Refund amount of rs. 593 has been initiated to upi.
Expected refund time was 1 day.

But no amount has been credited to my upi account till now. Please look through it at the earliest.

I placed the order on[protected], and the product was delivered on[protected] around 6:00 PM. Then I was not present, when I return around 8.15PM on[protected], I saw the product and found that the Myntra delivered me a defective product like shoe finishing are not well, the wildcraft logo is hazy type, dust and the packing box is like too cheap type. I had doubt with the product, then I placed the return request immediately, by selecting the option that the product is dispute. I never broke the price tag, not even wear the shoe. Next day the delivery boy came to take the product, first of all he behave rudely with my sister and then he marked the product as used . When I talked to him at 10PM on[protected], he told me that in case of dispute marked product he intentionally mark them as used. So that he stays safe and to save his salary he does it intentionally. He said while anybody send us defective issue then he does this kind of thing and harassment starts here. The boy confessed that the price tag was there, shoes were clean. Then what is the meaning of marked it as used? The boy told me does not matter you will get the refund by tomorrow. but 36 hours past no updates from myntra. Just to harass the customer and to save his Rs. 15 and salary(told by him), he did this, now my return request is on hold and I got an email saying the Quality Test Failed. Myntra delivered me defective product and internationally the executive and myntra is doing this while I have return the dispute product delivered by them. Where the condition was same as I received. Now I am facing the harassment. 36 hours past and no update I have received. Just to save their salary their return executive does this kind of things, and myntra find a very nice way to deliver defective products and the customer will be responsible for it. I called myntra many times but nobody gave me any resolution. my money is stuck there and the product was defective, I placed the return request within 2 - 2.30 hours after delivery(around 8.15 PM), next day I went to office at 9AM and after that the boy came and took the product back. Now sir, you tell me is it possible to use that product and with in that time? Please sir do the needful and help me, my money is stuck their, I never used the product and never even break the price tag. This is the new way of myntra to sell product.

I have made a prepaid purchase of INR 8500 + 1000 rs myntra point coupon on 22nd june 2020 through HDFC credit card. and on 29th june 2020 @ 4 pm without deliverying the ordered product my Myntra Account is blocked. Now I am not able to log in and track my orderd product.i called to myntra customer care but did not get any satisfactory answer from them, and on 30th june 2020 I got mail from myntra regarding your account is block. Please help me to refund the amount or to get the product.

I ordered 4 product on 19th June 2020 from MYNTRA - fraud, out of 4 - 3 got delivered, where as 1 product wasnt delivered to me and yet they mailed me that the product is delivered along with one more order. I had raised a concern regarding this with the customer support, they are not sharing me the update for my delivery nor even updating me, its been 6 days I had raised a concern but I still no update as to where my product is, the product is worth of 1500 rs, I got a discount and bought is for 1333 rs I am depressed by this truly, they are not giving me any update, daily they keep asking me to wait for another 24hours I cant wait for another day please help me on this

I had received the package on 23 of June, the package was supposed to have 3 items, but it had only 2 items the trouser was missing worth 1472.29 RS, When I raised the complaint they told I would receive it by 25 of June. Which I didn't, so I called customer care again. They told they would investigate and resolve the issue. Now they are telling it was dispatched and delivered which I didn't. I demand a refund of the product which I didn't receive

I have ordered fossil Gen watch 5 on 20/06/2020 for a deal price of Rs.8173/- and I have recieved a confirmation of my order through mail. The product was in packed stage from 21st June. Today I have recieved a message that the order was cancelled due to technical glitch. Now the product is priced at around 22000/-.

Please raise a complaint against Myntra for sending the product or ordering the same product at the deal price of Rs.8173.

I have placed an order for levis shorts woth order id[protected]-1447203.
On 27th of june, i got the parcel. When i opened the placed i got stuck where its contains tommy hilfiger shorts but tags attached with shorts of levis. Order status is not updated yet showing out for delivery. After 4 days it has been updated to delivered. It is very disappointing the company like myntra doing cheating their customers by selling product with different brand attched different tags. On 29th june i raised a return request delivery boy comes and refused to take the parcel. This is unacceptable. Is this type of service provide by myntra to their valuable customers😡

I ordered 2 hoodies and 2 jackets worth inr 6796 (Order number:[protected]-6082401). Instead, myntra sent me a box containing 2 items of girl's clothing (1 top 1 dress). From the invoice inside i can see that it was for sneha from bulandshahr but they sent it to hyderabad. I registered my return request but the delivery boy refused to pickup and asked to get a pre approval because items were different even though i my complaint was regarding different items received. Now these people have opened 4 different incidents regarding my 4 items and they are working on 1 incident at a time. But i only have 2 items with me. So for the remaining 2 items when they come for pickup i would not have anything to return and they would not give me refund saying that i did not return the item. Therefore, i have been asking them for last several days to provide pre approval on all 4 incidents at the same time so that i return the 2 wrong items to the pickup guy and get a complete refund. But no one is understanding my problem. Everyday i get a message for 1 pickup and i have to reject that because after 2 pickups i won't have anything to return. Soon they will say you were not returning so return request is cancelled. I will lose my hard earned money for no fault of mine. My product of a lamp came with just shade and not with the stand. Its non refundable item... As is mentioned by myntra (God knows why).

I've requested a return for an order having the following details

I've received no tag with this product and my return request was cancelled due to absence of tag. This is unfair.
I received a call from customer care but he didn't talk to me as he said i am not audible to him. Even though i could listen him. Kindly take my return request as it is genuine.

I have raised a complaint twice on myntra's help centre to unsubscribe me from promotional sms, but every time they ask me to wait for 48-72 hrs and close this the ticket without even confirming whether issue has been resolved or not.
But still the sms keep on coming to my number.
Please help to unsubscribe from all promotional sms as all those sms are irrelevant to me.

Worst customer service i have ever seen. Eventhougj calling 15 times, zero action was taken. I have ordered hand m 3 piece suit on 18 th june. The delivery date provided by them was 30 th june. But still the product has not been shipped. When i call to ecom express they say that they haven't received the object and to contact myntra. When i call myntra they say they have raised the issue and giving false information that product has been shipped.

Money has been deducted, by net banking but in orders it has not been showing. Kindly refund the money rs 498, 1966, 2850

I hav order clovia brides i have received different colours frm which i hav order. And as mentioned that briefs r not returnable wht do i do my money is wasted. This is regarding order #[protected]-3701503 #roadster men's beige regular.

I have ordered the product over a month ago and it hasn't been delivered as per the assigned time which was supposed to be gifted. Now myntra has failled to delivered on the agreed by date. And is keeping my money.
I have contacted myntra towards the same asking for a compensation to not deliver my order in time which has resulted in my image being lowered as i had promised to give the gift.

I contacted myntra over a chat and it has been more than 3 days that i have recieved a response.

This is very lathergic of them. To keep my money stored with them without my consent.

I am posting it here in hopes of an action

However will be approaching to further officials as well.

Kindly look into my case and provide a solution and a way to take my complaint further.

Myntra again debited some amount from my account as soon as it came back from the previous cancelled order for the amount ₹729 dated 26/07/2020. Now, there is no order for that amount with myntra and the money is on hold from the above mentioned date. Till now i haven’t got any message from myntra when they will be turning the funds to me! Please look into this matter! Turn my funds immediately as i haven’t placed any order with you guys. Attaching the screenshot.
