I have not received my myntra order shipped on 02 june 2020. The order status displays incorrect information as delivered but i never received the order. There was not confirmation or call receive red from the courier agent. I also checked with my neighbours and other folks but no on recevied any delivery on my behalf.
I have raised multiple issues / complaints in[protected], in[protected], in[protected], in[protected]) with myntra but no resolution nor delivery or the order sent. This is really annoying as i have been customer for so many years. Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest or initiate a refund for the missing order

    Part of an order (Pyjama from a nightwear) was missing. Called an placed a return request. Delivery boy refused to take the pickup. Return has been put on hold for 6 days. No response from myntra. I have generated issues and they are just marking them resolved without solving.

      Orederd on 1st and cancelled on the same day. Money debited and not credited. It is through upi and it should be within 1-2 days. It's more than 2 days.         I returnred those products as the colour is embarassing
        But the product code did not match the

          I had bought a bluetooth headset of wings from myntra.com with order no[protected]-4228801. When received, i am unable to either switch on the headset or charge the headset. Then i raised a complaint against the product on myntra and requested for exchange but even after more than 48 hrs no response received from myntra. Their all customer care nos are not working. I have bought this product for inr 1199 which is surely a considerable amount. Kindly register a complaint against myntra and help me exchange my product with a new and working one

            I placed an order on 28 may and their is no tracking details on the same, just "received by seller" it's a prepaid order[protected]-3332103 and I am getting nothing till now. I tried to go for contact option but it's unavailable, just they say that will call in 16-20 mins but don't get any call...this is really frustrating. I am not even able to cancle it.

            They are not cancelling my order and it's really frustrating, please make it cancle...my money is stuck over there...this has never happened and it's really irritating me...this order is never going to come...the customer care people are just saying refuse the delivery...how can I refuse it when it's never going to come and then my money will never be refunded...please resolve it.

              I am a frequent customer of myntra and i have bought dress.in last 10 days some sale was going on and i ordered it. Unfortunately dress don't exactly match with the pictures or quality is not as per expectations.in such cases we have no other option other than returning the product. But i am helpless i am not able to access my account as its locked. Plz help me in unlocking my account.

                I returned a product that i had ordered through your website and had asked them. To send the refund to my myntra credit as that is the fastest way of getting your money back (24hrs). It has been 5 days... I spoke with three different reps (Aishwarya, guddi, abrar), all three of them gave me different information... I have waited for 48 hours repeatedly... It is going to be a week and i don't have my money back. I never get a supervisor call like i am promised each time... I need a truthful update on where my money is and i need it back.

                  I had ordered a product via myntra but because of the pathetic quality of the dress i had to return it. I had chose myntra credit as an option for my refund as that's the fastest way of getting your money back... The eta is 24hrs... It's been 5 days and all that say is we will give you an update in 48hrs with no guarantee of the money being returned... I need my money back : (

                    I placed an order an order on 21st may and the expected delivery was 3rd of june. Today's 3rd june and without realising the date i raised a request to cancel my order as the previous orders placed were delivered late to me (12 days after the expected date of delivery). I don't want to cancel this order. Please look into the matter and deliver the product asap.

                          Package not delivered

                          21st of may i placed order from myntra.com. I have ordered two calvin klein boxers. My order number is[protected]-7755701. Because of the current situation corona virus lockdown the delivery date as expected was late that is 27th of may.in between i 27th to 28th i tried to ask costumer service about my order and i just got reply saying that i will receive my order on promised date. On 30th may i finally manage to get call back from myntra...

                          As i had placed an order on myntra 1 month back and till now not update with the order status and not able to contact customer care as well and it is suck never expect such pathetic service from such a big ecommerce site. Looking forward on this. Also i canโ€™t cancel the same at the moment.

                            Hi i received a kurta and palazo set from myntra. When i wanted to wear it i saw it has stains and stitching problems on side seam. When i opted for return, the person came and said he is putting on hold take approval. However there was no option for approval while placing return request. Now when i am calling the myntra customer care they are not providing anyone to talk. They are doing fraud with people. My money is stuck please help me

                              The issue that i have experienced was: i placed my order on 22-march-2020. I made my payment through credit card (Sbi).
                              I got the confirmation from sbi about my transaction. (I have attached the message screen shot.)

                              The next day i received sms from myntra that my product has been shipped and will receive by april 8th 2020.
                              Then, on 1st april 2020 i received message from myntra that order will get delayed as lockdown across the cities.

                              After that, i got a call from myntra on 4th may to confirm if the order which i placed should be cancelled or to be as it is for future delivery. I opted for future delivery.

                              Point here to be noted is, in the sms, it was no where mentioned my order id. Also, i did not logged in myntra app for long due to which it automatically logged me off from my account from my mobile app. (Note: i was tracking the order from my app till april which was having order id and its details.) now, when i log into my account, i don't see any order details.

                              It occurred on: 22/03/2020

                              I want resolution from myntra.

                              I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

                                I have ordered a lee cooper men sunglasses order number:[protected]-3461901. When i opened a package it was a damaged one. As it do not have one of the ear holders. Price tag is there too. I made a complaint and agent came and as per him complaint was not approved. So request is on hold right now. I have already made a payment of rs1699. Please look into this matter.

                                  I ordered lino perros bag which was in very bad condition and all the zippers were damaged even the main zip was not working so i requested a return within 15 minutes after order recieved. The next day delivery boy came to pick up order but didnโ€™t even see the bag and asked us to contact myntra support but no one responded to my problem and after 10 days they deleted my account.

                                      why is cash on delivery not available

                                      I've bought many things on myntra and i love its products but i tried to place an order today i. E 1 june 2020 and i came to know that cash on delivery is not available which is why i couldn't proceed further. I want to know is it a permanent change or you will fix it because to me this app will be of no use then.
