I have order 2 products from myntra.com

I got different colour as not shown in picture while shopping, so i was trying to return this product, but still it showing in trans even my order is delivered.

As well as the product colour is different then also myntra will charge me 149/- for delivery charges which means without our mistake customers will suffer unnessasary charge of delivery..br...

I've ordered my products from myntra, but the delivery boy refused to deliver to my home and asked to either collect order myself or cancel the order. I have ordered an puma grey shoe, instead got a puma black sneaker without any tag. When approached myntra regarding the same, they rejected return or exchange of the product.
