I have order a product from myntra and without opening the box i have returned it to them. 7 days later they texted me about some issue and now return it back to me.
They are committing fraud on me. The e-commerce service verified the product before picked it up

    I had ordered a flat sandal and all they have delivered is a used old chappal with tag. This is so disgusting!!!

      Hi Team,

      This is regarding order no.[protected]-4298303, I have returned one of the items in this order i.e Forever21 Women mauve solid which cost 1399 because of the size issues. I received the item on 28th may evening and i have apply for the return the next day i.e 29th may morning. The myntra delivery guy came on 30th may to pick the item and after sometime i got the message the item does not pass the quality check, I have returned the item the next day i received with both the tags and without use, how can it doesn't pass the quality check. And moreover I have written query on 30th may on myntra help center and it got removed today without answering my query. I'm a regular customer to myntra and never expected such behavior from such known shopping site. I'm writing this to register complaint against myntra and my return back as soon as possible.I'm attaching the screenshots of when i received the product, when i apply for return, when it got picked.

            I've ordered a jacket from myntra through myntra credit which costs rs 4499. They've cancelled it themselves without intimating me and also there's no instant refund to my myntra credit as they claimed. Besides this an extra credit of rs500 is missing from my myntra credit. They are not available through phone and i've mailed them like 6times and they just care to send me automatic messages. This is worst on their part and rs 4499 is a big amount to me.

                I was tryng to login my account but it is show that my account is locked..may i know why and how long will it take to fix it.

                Secondly i tried to reach you regarding some otp message, I didn’t tried to order anything but i got the msg from myntra and you didn’t contacted me and i got the message that my problem is resolved.wow great service myntra ..without knowing my problem how can you resolve it.

                And please unlock my account

                  When i try to log in my account it states that it is locked, why it happened?
                  Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                  The same thing is happening with me too and I also got an SMS saying they processed my refund but I didn't get any amount credited to my bank account and now it says the account is locked.
                  Anyways I tried logging into it by the alternate mobile number and it was logged in so you can try this however the previous order history, wishlist and also previous queries are all deleted.

                    Dear sir/madam,

                    I ordered some products from myntra in april. The ordered products arrived on 18th may and i got a call from the delivery agent of myntra on the same day. I live in a very remote place. He told me that he would give the parcel in the bus running towards south campus which runs from mandi at 1 pm. I live in south campus of iit mandi and i arrived at bus stand to collect my parcel. But i came to know that the bus had left for north campus before my arrival and driver had not given the parcel on check post. Therefore, i could not get the parcel on that day. But when i came back to my room, i opened myntra app and checked the status of the delivery. It was showing that the parcel is delivered but i did not received the parcel on that day. On the next day, i went again to find the parcel, but i did not get the parcel even on that day. I came back and contacted the delivery agent. I asked him to find the parcel. When the delivery-agent came to south campus and investigated the driver, the driver said that the parcel must have been taken or lost somewhere. The agent informed me the same. This whole process took 7 days. Three days back, i talked to the driver and he was saying that he did not know anything about the parcel. The parcel was lying on the back seat of the bus till 20th may, but no one came to pick it up. But there was nothing like this, i was constantly trying to trace my parcel. I have been here for two years and i have never faced such an issue before. I just want to say it was agent' responsibility to inform me where the parcel was? Why had he not deliverer the parcel to me? Why had he not given the parcel to me? If he would have not given the parcel to the bus-driver, the parcel would not have lost. But why didn't he do something like this? Because of this mistake of the agent, i have not received the parcel. Also when i am contacting to myntra customer care, they are saying that i should have raised the complain within 5 days. Myntra is neither refunding me the amount nor it is helping me to find the product. What should i do?

                    I request you to contact at myntra and ask them to find that parcel or refund the amount. I am also providing my detail so that you may contact me if the parcel is found.

                      Hi,

                      [incident: in[protected]] — high priority.
                      I am a very old customer in myntra, i was never into this type of situation..
                      My account details are: ([protected]/[protected]@gmail.com).
                      I have received a product (Order id:- 113609464754020111301) in my office address., date is 19/03/2020
                      The product is looking dull as comparing to the pic shown in app, i raised a return request on the same day, it got picked up buy 20/03/2020 from my home address.
                      After that it was not passed for quality check because of missing tags, the courier person himself checked and said product was fine to me.
                      After that how can he mislead the return process.. I got a sms on 20/04/2020 that the return request got declined (Return no:[protected]).
                      I tried to contact customer support via mobile/email everytime they are saying we are getting confirmation from logistic team, it is being delayed for covid-19.
                      Now today is 31st may, 2020 again another system generated return request got created and another courier person is asking for return where i had already returned the product from my home address.
                      Again, they are saying we are then rejecting the return request.
                      Now please help me today my account got locked for whatsoever reason might be for calling cc everyday for asking my refund.
                      Is it my fault for all nonsense things or your management? If you can't handle one case how all people can trust your website?

                      Please do these following items:
                      1) take a confimation from logistic team that product has been already picked up as i did on 20th march and update all details on your database.

                      2) unlock my account.

                      3) iniate my refunfd asap. Don't make hold it for more days and please stop saying stories.

                      4) try to put one case worker on one item and escalate my issue to case manger authority to resolve it asap.

                        I have ordered few things from myntra. And next i wake up and i saw all of my ordered item has automatically cancelled they didn't give me any reason for this. And also ihas been automatically logged out from my account. And if am trying to log in again it's showing account locked. I tried to contact with them. But i couldn't. They are not available in mail in call no where.. It's very much disappointing me. I am a regular customer of myntra i didn't expect this to happen i want a solution for my problem asap.. Pls

                          I should have got cashback from myntra, requested and called many times, messages also done many but of no benefit, but instead of giving my benefit they have locked my account. They are not giving my cashback.

                              Today i suddenly checked myntra has locked my account without informing me. I have placed a prepaid order. I don’t know the status of the product and also i have credit balance and redeeming points in my myntra account. This is not acceptable. I called their call centre but they aren’t responding and wrote a mail and they replied back that they are not replying on emails right now. I have shared the screenshots.

                                I have added a gift voucher worth rs. 500/- and cash rs. 785/- to place an order. While trying to pay by using myntra credit it is asking for otp sent on my email id to complete the transaction, but i am not getting any otp neither in my email nor in my mobile. I have been facing this issue since march 2020 and have raised several complaints (The latest complaint id - in[protected]) and also applied all the process as suggested by the customer support team, but all complaints have been closed by the customer support team without fixing my issue. Now the prices of the items have increased and i have to pay more to buy them after *hrs, for which they said my gift card is wasted and that they cannot do anything. I either need those * products with that myntra credit or i need a full refund of the amount so that i can pay it to slice pay. I wish that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon.

                                  I chose myntra as a friend advised me to do so because they provide genuine quality goods and their service is also great when it comes to shipping but i really got disappointed by this online shopping platform. I recently ordered a roadster shirt on 27 may 2020 for someone else for gifting purpose and so i entered their phone number for all the updates and paid them (Myntra) using upi from my bank account. Later i cancelled it because of some issues. The sms having the some link (Maybe to initiate the refunding process) was sent to the mobile number i entered for the updates (My friend's) but the link wasnt opening up. It wasn't snowing any webpage rather it was just saying"something went wrong". Because of this i posted a complain on the app as well messaged them on their facebook page and also called them. From everywhere i got the answer that my refund is initiated from their end i would have received it immediately as i paid by upi however because i didn't receive it i was told to wait for 1 day as my bank account will soon get it to me and it is my bank's fault not theirs. Because i was told to wait, i did and now it's 31 may 2020 i haven't recieved my refund till now. I was going logging in to my myntra account for checking the updates for this refund but what i got was shocking. It said that my account is locked. Please help me get my refund as soon as possible. I am here attaching some screenshots out of which
                                  #1 is about my cancelled order. This was taken on 27 may when i was able to access my account which is locked now.
                                  #2 is about link that was sent to the phone number i gave for updates which did not open up and showed "something went wrong"
                                  #3 #4 and #5 are about the complain i made through facebook page
                                  #6 is about "account lock" which happened today.

                                  Although myntra has told me to wait for 7 to 10 days in case of any delay and i am ready to wait but what made me disgusted was this account lock which made me unable to access my account.

                                  Kindly look into this matter.

                                    I've ordered one amazon series jojoba shampoo worth rs. 1197.00 and i got the status delivered on 23rd of may. But i didn't get the delivery yet. I've complaining about it since 24th of may. And they're still telling me that product is delivered whereas i didnt get my product. Enclosing herewith the screenshots of their reply.
                                    I request you to please look into the matter and please resolve it as soon as possible.

                                      My myntra account is hacked today morning, i saw someone (I have received an order confirmation email) had ordered from my account using all the credit i had. Called up myntra and cc rep was not able to sense the urgency. This is not acceptable. Also the hacker had changed my mobile number on the account without otp (Hopeless myntra security) and also i was not able to reset my password using email. Therefore this complaint. Please take immediate action

                                        My myntra account registered on mail id: [protected]@gmail.com having rs. 1000 myntra credits has been hacked by someone and
                                        Rs. 899 was used from my myntra credits for order id 114264822833121984203.
                                        Also my registered mobile number has been changed without my knowledge. When i contacted given customer care number - message received - due to covid crisis we cannot take your call. Email us from app or web page. I have already sent mail to [protected]@myntra.com. And they replied-we are currently not accepting emails sent directly to [protected]@myntra.com
                                        You can contact myntra customer support through the contact us section on the mobile app or by logging on to www.myntra.com/contactus on desktop, for your queries.
                                        But, i cannot reach to contact us section or because my account's mobile number and mail id has been changed by someone else without my knowledge so, i am not able to login my myntra account and raise issue regarding this from my myntra account contact us section. So, i request you to kindly solve this issue and give access of my account to me and refund my myntra credits rs.899.
