Dear sir/madam,
I ordered some products from myntra in april. The ordered products arrived on 18th may and i got a call from the delivery agent of myntra on the same day. I live in a very remote place. He told me that he would give the parcel in the bus running towards south campus which runs from mandi at 1 pm. I live in south campus of iit mandi and i arrived at bus stand to collect my parcel. But i came to know that the bus had left for north campus before my arrival and driver had not given the parcel on check post. Therefore, i could not get the parcel on that day. But when i came back to my room, i opened myntra app and checked the status of the delivery. It was showing that the parcel is delivered but i did not received the parcel on that day. On the next day, i went again to find the parcel, but i did not get the parcel even on that day. I came back and contacted the delivery agent. I asked him to find the parcel. When the delivery-agent came to south campus and investigated the driver, the driver said that the parcel must have been taken or lost somewhere. The agent informed me the same. This whole process took 7 days. Three days back, i talked to the driver and he was saying that he did not know anything about the parcel. The parcel was lying on the back seat of the bus till 20th may, but no one came to pick it up. But there was nothing like this, i was constantly trying to trace my parcel. I have been here for two years and i have never faced such an issue before. I just want to say it was agent' responsibility to inform me where the parcel was? Why had he not deliverer the parcel to me? Why had he not given the parcel to me? If he would have not given the parcel to the bus-driver, the parcel would not have lost. But why didn't he do something like this? Because of this mistake of the agent, i have not received the parcel. Also when i am contacting to myntra customer care, they are saying that i should have raised the complain within 5 days. Myntra is neither refunding me the amount nor it is helping me to find the product. What should i do?
I request you to contact at myntra and ask them to find that parcel or refund the amount. I am also providing my detail so that you may contact me if the parcel is found.

Anyways I tried logging into it by the alternate mobile number and it was logged in so you can try this however the previous order history, wishlist and also previous queries are all deleted.
