I have added a gift voucher worth rs. 500/- and cash rs. 785/- to place an order. While trying to pay by using myntra credit it is asking for otp sent on my email id to complete the transaction, but i am not getting any otp neither in my email nor in my mobile. I have been facing this issue since march 2020 and have raised several complaints (The latest complaint id - in[protected]) and also applied all the process as suggested by the customer support team, but all complaints have been closed by the customer support team without fixing my issue. Now the prices of the items have increased and i have to pay more to buy them after *hrs, for which they said my gift card is wasted and that they cannot do anything. I either need those * products with that myntra credit or i need a full refund of the amount so that i can pay it to slice pay. I wish that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon.

    I chose myntra as a friend advised me to do so because they provide genuine quality goods and their service is also great when it comes to shipping but i really got disappointed by this online shopping platform. I recently ordered a roadster shirt on 27 may 2020 for someone else for gifting purpose and so i entered their phone number for all the updates and paid them (Myntra) using upi from my bank account. Later i cancelled it because of some issues. The sms having the some link (Maybe to initiate the refunding process) was sent to the mobile number i entered for the updates (My friend's) but the link wasnt opening up. It wasn't snowing any webpage rather it was just saying"something went wrong". Because of this i posted a complain on the app as well messaged them on their facebook page and also called them. From everywhere i got the answer that my refund is initiated from their end i would have received it immediately as i paid by upi however because i didn't receive it i was told to wait for 1 day as my bank account will soon get it to me and it is my bank's fault not theirs. Because i was told to wait, i did and now it's 31 may 2020 i haven't recieved my refund till now. I was going logging in to my myntra account for checking the updates for this refund but what i got was shocking. It said that my account is locked. Please help me get my refund as soon as possible. I am here attaching some screenshots out of which
    #1 is about my cancelled order. This was taken on 27 may when i was able to access my account which is locked now.
    #2 is about link that was sent to the phone number i gave for updates which did not open up and showed "something went wrong"
    #3 #4 and #5 are about the complain i made through facebook page
    #6 is about "account lock" which happened today.

    Although myntra has told me to wait for 7 to 10 days in case of any delay and i am ready to wait but what made me disgusted was this account lock which made me unable to access my account.

    Kindly look into this matter.

      Dear concerned,

      I've ordered one amazon series jojoba shampoo worth rs. 1197.00 and i got the status delivered on 23rd of may. But i didn't get the delivery yet. I've complaining about it since 24th of may. And they're still telling me that product is delivered whereas i didnt get my product. Enclosing herewith the screenshots of their reply.
      I request you to please look into the matter and please resolve it as soon as possible.

        My myntra account is hacked today morning, i saw someone (I have received an order confirmation email) had ordered from my account using all the credit i had. Called up myntra and cc rep was not able to sense the urgency. This is not acceptable. Also the hacker had changed my mobile number on the account without otp (Hopeless myntra security) and also i was not able to reset my password using email. Therefore this complaint. Please take immediate action

          My myntra account registered on mail id: [protected]@gmail.com having rs. 1000 myntra credits has been hacked by someone and
          Rs. 899 was used from my myntra credits for order id 114264822833121984203.
          Also my registered mobile number has been changed without my knowledge. When i contacted given customer care number - message received - due to covid crisis we cannot take your call. Email us from app or web page. I have already sent mail to [protected]@myntra.com. And they replied-we are currently not accepting emails sent directly to [protected]@myntra.com
          You can contact myntra customer support through the contact us section on the mobile app or by logging on to www.myntra.com/contactus on desktop, for your queries.
          But, i cannot reach to contact us section or because my account's mobile number and mail id has been changed by someone else without my knowledge so, i am not able to login my myntra account and raise issue regarding this from my myntra account contact us section. So, i request you to kindly solve this issue and give access of my account to me and refund my myntra credits rs.899.

            I have returned one item from myntra.com which payment was made via flipkart pay later option as on march. Pay later bill has been paid by me in april but due to lockdown my product return request was processed on may and on 15 may my product has been picked up from myntra.com but till today 30.05.2020 i haven't received my amount back neither in my pay later account nor in my bank account
            So i have lodge many complaint to myntra.com but they didn't respond properly about where is my money
            Kindly provide my refund.

              I received a message at 02:42 am on may 30, 2020 that mobile number linked to my myntra account has been changed! Without taking any verification from me!! The number was changed to "[protected]". This number belongs to the hacker fraudster.

              My myntra account had credits of more than rs.17000!!

              Now i am unable to log into my account using my phone or email.!

              It says the account does not exist!!

              How can myntra let this kind of a breach happen!!

              Please help! Someone just hacked and stole all my money!

                I had credits of rs. 10000 which were used by hacker to purchase goods. He changed the registered email id and phone number, thus i can't login to my account.

                  I brought one roadster t-shirts and i created return request for that. The parcel is picked up from my side and app is showing me refund is processed but i haven't received it yet... I had a couple of calls to customer care... They were just saying the refund is processed... But now it's been a week while still my refund is not received... I also write this query many times to customer care.. But as usual m getting reply of this will take 3 to 5 days... I need a solution for this.
                  If you have processed that... Then why it's not reflected yet.

                    On 17th may i have placed an order for 3 h&m shirts on myntra first the delivery was suppose to happen on 25th then it got delayed by 29th may, 2020 still i have not received my order. This is no customer support where we can find about our order.

                    I want to know when my order will reach it has been more than 10 days!

                      I received sms on 29 may 2020 afternoon - the mobile number on your myntra account has been changed. If it is not you contact customer care.
                      When i contacted given customer care number - message received - due to covid crisis we cannot take your call. Email us from app or web page.
                      My account has 3000 worth gift cards and insider points too. Seems like that person has done some shopping too

                      I have already sent email via contact us field but there was no appropriate section to raise such issues. This is an emergency situation, at least they should keep their customer care working in such situations.

                      Please help me with this issue

                        I tried ordering some items in myntra by paying through zest money but it showed process failed in myntra site but in zestmoney my loan of rs. 4792/- got active and when i called zestmoney they said they have disbursed the money to myntra and it’s success from there side and they asked me to call myntra then i called myntra since 15 may they listen to my problem and always they update the problem as complain and give assurance that in 48 hours it will be resolved but nobody calls me or email me regarding this and after one day i can see in my helpcenter menu my raised issue shows as “resolved” then since 15 may i contacted them so many timed they always say that ‘mam we didn’t receive the money we have updated and you must have got the email’ and i always tell them that i didn’t receive any email but they just say the same thing, i asked them that i want to talk to senior authority then she said she will arrange a call from supervisor today is 29 may till now i didn’t get any call.in zestmoney my emi will start from 15 june. This is very serious issue and they are not resolving as their intention is not to return the money or what??

                                I have a problem regarding the exchange process of myntra. Before lockdown i raised a exchange request and on 19th may one attempt has been made to exchange the product. I was not at my home that day and nobody from myntra even bothered to make a call on the no provided and may be my landlord rejected the parcel and that’s not my problem at the first place it’s courier boy’s fault that he didn’t call and only one attempt for exchange has been made that too without my knowledge and after few days it’s showing that the order has been sent back. I even raised query on myntra and without resolving it it was shown as issue resolved by just providing me the details that how to create an exchange. I don’t think this is ethical to do so. If they can’t maintain the site during lockdown then for god’s sake they should shut it down. Even call centre are closed and that’s upto myntra if i didn’t get my product back and one more thing if they can’t exchange the product then i am more happy to return it. I contacted myntra within the time frame provided and that’s not my fault that the team doesn’t responded well. I value for my money and that piece is just useless to me.

                                  I placed an order on Myntra for "Under Armour Men blue sport style left chest short sleeve training T-shirt" on 15th March. Its price is Rs. 1999. I did not like the product so I returned it. But the pickup wasn't done due to the COVID-19 situation. But now when everything opened, it was picked up on 19th May 2020. According to Myntra will get a refund in my bank account in Max 3-4 working days. But its 28th may today and I still haven't received my refund yet. I am not able to call them as they have shut their calling service. But I'm able to contact them on the help center by writing messages, but they are completely ignoring the messages and not releasing my money. They keep on delaying the refund again & again. I keep on getting SMS from them that due to some error the refund is getting delayed & wait for the other 7 days. This is unacceptable, I need my money back, its been months now. Please help me get my money back because they are just playing with me and not giving it back. Please prevent this fraud from happening. It's the second time something like this is happening, earlier in 2018 they did this same thing to me (ID: 2391396). Please punish them so that they stop the violation of consumer rights and their own terms & conditions. Please help me, its been 9 days today. Order No:[protected]-7784303.                                     I am one of a regular shopper with Myntra. We had placed first an order with Myntra with order no[protected]-9176903 for Men Navy AS M NSW Tracksuit (Size-S) on March 11, 2020. This product comes with a Jacket & a lower. The item with aforesaid order no was delivered without jacket. We immediately contacted customer care and requested for an exchange but they initiated for a return and refund was also processed.
                                    We again placed the order for the same product with order no[protected]-8192901 on March 24, 2020. this was delivered on May 23, 2020. this time the product was delivered with jacket and without the pant. We immediately wrote a message in the app to customer care but till date there is no response from them yet. Today (27.05.2020)again I initiated an exchange. This is a clear case of CHEATING and we demand immediate action by Myntra.

                                        I have placed order of amount around 5059 rs on 24 may 2020 at 12:08 pm. Amount got deducted from my bank account but after that when i go through and check order status after some time i cant see any order placed in myntra account and there is no person in customer care to whom i can contact.
                                        Myntra is now became a fraud site in which your money got debited, order you placed but how it is possible that i cant see any order and moreover there is no person to contact.

                                        Very fraud site never trust in this.. They are making fool of people by placing order but not clearing them. And same i am not getting any update from myntra.
