I ordered men black leather sneakers of tommy hilfiger (Rs. 6499) from myntra, which got delivered on 28th may. When i opened the parcel, it was totally different product of same brand. I immediately launched complaint in myntra website for wrong product & was expecting refund.
Courier person came to pick the product & said he can't take the product as there should be "pre"-approval"be as"yes" in case of wrong product (Not with my case) & also told to check with myntra team. I called them & they said they are working on it & will revert in 48 hrs. I didn't got any update from myntra next couple days.
After 10 days of harassment, today myntra update on my incident saying that they will not take the product. After 10 days of harassment, i came to learn that they refused to take the parcel. Please assist.
