I want to return my myntra package under order number[protected]-7808001,
But it says i can't do so because i've collected insider points. I dont remember doing it.
I want to return the order in any way as its neither comfortable nor fits me.
I would appreciate the resolution of the same.

    I ordered some items from myntra before lockdown and created return request as well before lockdown due to fit issues. I got message that soon they will arrange pick up once they get some relaxation in lockdown. Twice the pick up guy came to my society but he didnot confirmed me which item i have to return him. He told me that you must have recd some confirmation which was not the cas. I only received message that "pl assist the pick up to reach your location. There was no any mention of the item which needs to be returned (Since there were 5-6 items to be returned). Thay guy told me that i will be calling you back in 2 minutes after confirming from myntra team. Then he didnot called me back and he ran away from there... I texted him, called him but no reply. I am escalating my concern to myntra helpdesk from past so many days but no any proper assistance been provided. They replied me that send the details vis email which all items you want to return but not confirming the email id on which i have to share the details. I received there mails from 2 ids"updates"&"mailers" but both these ids are bouncing back my mails. No any customer care number available to reach. I want to return all the said items which are unused, tags are intact and i want my moneyback. Please help me asap

      I order some items during myntra sale then after it got delivered to me i want it to return but at the time when i am entering my bank account the. Confirm log is disabled so now please help me out of this i want my money in my bank account not in myntra credits

        Myntra is the third class e-commerce website in india. Myntra locked my two account without any valid reason. I calling many time in your customers support but your agent jot attending my calls. I am requesting to you please unlocked my account as soon as possible

          I m a regular customer of myntra. I m trying to logging in my account from 5 days and unable to log in. Now it's locked and i have called customer care they also don't helped me, i had received worst quality material now i want to return the product, i directly wrote the mail to [protected]@myntra.com but they are not responding. Plese help me to return the product.

              I ordered 2 shoes from myntra. One size 8 and one size 9. The size 9 didnt fit well, so i placed a return request. The pickup agent said the product is used and denied to take it. Its been since feb 5 that i have been trying on calls, emails and twitter to explain that all the tags are in tact and the product is not used by me at all. Finally the product was picked around feb 20. Now myntra is claiming that i have the product but i dont. They are neither willing to share a quality check report nor process the refund and now they are claiming that i have the product.

              Highly annoyed and disappointed. They are stealing and harassing their loyal customers.

                I had bought a nike zoom gravity shoes from myntra on 18 march 2020, the left shoe developed cut on inner front side after use of about 2 months. I raised issue with myntra and had sent them all the details including photos on 08 june 2020 as your product comes with warranty of 6 months. They had assured me to resolve this issue by 12 june 2020. Its been more than a week now, they are not giving any update and are not even obeying time lines. This is a pure case of customer harassement.

                  Return on the product has been put on hold with the reason that belt is not available (Product image do not match).

                  As per website description, belt is not part of product.. Pick up wrongly submitted the withhold the refund.

                  I have raised complaint to myntra also few time but response is not positive. Everytime they ask for same details even after sharing all the details along with relevant images.

                  Kindly help me to resolve the issue as problem is from myntra side (Return withhold due to belt which is not part of product)

                    Hello, i received a parcel today on my mother name by someone which was none of your knows and they’re trying harm my family as they are throwing some other bad things into my house, parcel came today @16:00pm at my house but we refused to take it, kindly call me and provide the details of the sender.

                      I had ordered one saree from myntra which got delivered on 5th june but the product received was not the same that i ordered also there was no pricetag, hence i requested return and it's been more than 2 weeks the product has not been picked up yet. I called the customer service more than 5 times and everytime they ask me to wait for 48 hrs. I am afraid soon the product warranty of 30 days will expire and they won't collect the product afterwards.

                        I had purchased a shoe worth rs. 1000 due to size issue i had cancelled the product in the month of march 2020. Due to lockdown myntra people unable to pick up their product & my 1000.00rs are still stucked with them. Now they are denying to refund it.

                          I placed an order on the 20th of june 2020 on myntra. I tried placing it twice and my money got deducted via upi twice but the order did not get placed. What the hell is going on myntra? How am i supposed to give details when the order did not even get placed? I have the upi receipts. I requested a call back but no body contacted me either. I want my money back.

                            I have already contacted the customer care center for Myntra several times, but my issue has not been resolved.
                            I have asked to speak to their supervisor for resolving my issue, but nothing has happened so far.
                            This is a very unprofessional attitude, not becoming from a major warehouse company like Myntra.
                            Kindly resolve my issue ASAP.

                              The products on myntra site show a different price to what they actually end up charging.
                              So if a product shows final price as 850 rs all inclusive of taxes. It actually mentions that. And when the product was delivered, i ended up paying 891 rs. And the additional charges were igst for every product. So why aren't these mentioned on the website? In the light of being competitive if you are cheating people is that ok? I want to file a legal complaint under consumer protection act and want a resolution.

                                I have paid inr1, 590 for an order id 114450901446871905703 on jun 20, 2020 @ 10.54 am using my google pay, it clearly shows that amount has been successful. But after that the order has not placed on my myntra app. The money has not credited back, i have all the proof that money goes to myntra, i need by money back.

                                    I am trying to login into myntra.com via my number but it says account is locked.

                                    Earlier i used to login via my fb app but now that option is not coming and it is asking my phone number.

                                    I want to know, being a regular customer of myntra, on what grounds my account is locked and on what basis they are still flooding my inbox if they have blocked me?

                                        I never thought of getting such an experience with india's well established business website-“myntra”.
                                        From now on and going forward i boycott any shopping from myntra and would request my friends and family to do so as well. Please read below for the detailed experience.
                                        I ordered a wallet on date 07-june-2020 and the packet was delivered in about 4-5 days. The process was going normal as always until the packet was opened.
                                        The packet was delivered with a sealed plastic bag with the company's logo on it. We all normally open the packet with the excitement of checking the product and feel happy about it. But, in this case the packet was delivered with an empty box with no product inside (I have attached the photo of the empty box). Till this time also i was expecting the company to acknowledge my comments and initiate an exchange or a new delivery on behalf of the payment made to the company in advance (Because of pandemic situation).
                                        First of all, it is very difficult reach the company as the customer care centres are opened with very limited staff. Somehow i managed to have a ticket opened explaining the scenario. The ticket was resolved with the comments “ please note that post thorough investigation and review of your claim, we had found that the product was shipped and delivered from our end”. When asked to share the investigation details, rather than giving a justifiable answer, question was asked if i made a unpacking video of the product or not.
                                        I am sure no one make a unboxing video when you expect the company to deliver the product which customer pays for.
                                        The ticket in[protected] is still open and i am not convinced with the justification given. Can company share the video of the product while packaging??
                                        If not, then i am looking forward to a refund or delivery of the product.
                                        The concern will not be resolved unless the customer gets either of the above.
