I have bought my earphone. But they are not working now. They are in warrenty. But myntra has not given me invoice. So i am not able to claim warrenty. They are doing illegal business by not giving bill and hiding taxes.

I haven't received my refund for 4 months. Tried calling their support 100 times, everytime I hear the same response that I ll get my refund back within 10 days.
The amount is 3500rs.

I would like to inform you that i have ordered monte carlo men black solid sweatshirt on myntra online shopping vide: order no:[protected]-3433701 on 14.03.2020 to be delivered to my friend at the following address.

As per the web site it was supposed to be delivered by 25.03.2020. But i have received a message that it was successfully delivered to the above address on 21.03.2020. But to my surprise the item was not delivered to the person on whose name it was booked as he was out of station and scheduled to come to the address on 24.03.2020. After contacting myntra i got a message saying that it was delivered successfully and they have attached a snapshot of the receiver’s signature (Attached with this mail). You will also see to your surprise also that the attached signature was attributed to mr chandan singh's signature.
Upon follow up from myntra i have been getting messages every now and then that the issue will be addressed in next 48 hours / 24 hours and son on and will give you feed back. (Attached the mails correspondence with myntra).
Also i have made a parallel follow up with xpressbess vide complaint no:[protected]Myntra's logistics partner), i have been getting false promises on phone till last to last week that the item would delivered within next two days and so on. From last week onwards they have even stopped attending my calls.
Hence request you to kindly register my compliant against myntra to either refund my amount back to me or deliver the item immediately

I had placed many orders worth rs. 20000.in myntra for which i had prepaid the prices of the items placed through my credit card. They haven't delivered my items. Now, i however, myntra has locked my account & i am unable to log in. The customer care folks are able to see my account details either. (Since account is already locked). They are also not registering my complaint since they cannot do so with a locked account. Please help get my money back.

This complaint is regarding the order number:113094677308205230703.
The refund amount has not been reflected in my bank account yet(utbi).
I requested for the refund on 27th of january 2020. Still the amount has not reflected in my bank account.

I didn't get my refund back from the myntra and after i initiated my complaint to myntra i got to know that thy have already initiated my payment back on 21 of march which should be reflected by 31st of march.
They have provided me the bank reference number regarding my purchase that is [protected] stating that it is due to some bank issue.
So i would like you guys to look into this matter.

Refund reference number112947548000081848103 i placed an order on dec 26 on myntra of inr 1400, amount deducted from my andhra bank account but myntra claims that they did not receive even though my bank - andhra bank confirms that amount has been transferred to their account with reference no.:[protected] if ref no. Has been generated that means amount has been transferred to myntra. But they are not accepting that amount is transferred and continuously asking me to contact my bank.. What is going on.. How can myntra cheat like this. I have proofs that refund reference number transaction was failed it's not successfully 3months completed but myntra customer care not helping me

I placed an order with myntra and paid for it on 28 nov 2019 (Order no.[protected]-1622903) should have received the return refund of rs1507 r but till date 16th april 2020 myntra has not refunded me the above amount. Myntra has only provided me this reference number[protected] but i have confirmed from my bank that they have also not received any amount on behalf me. I have contacted myntra several times through mail and over the phone but there is no response from them.

This order was placed on 23/03/20 and a nationwide lockdown was announced on 24/03 since then i have been trying to cancel this order and have contacted customer care multiple times but they say i cannot cancel the order and i can only return the order when i get it. Last customer contact person i spoke to informed me that the product has not even been dispatched so why can't i cancel the order. They are not able to deliver due to lock down which is fine but they should cancel my order and give me my money back. They can't force me to wait for the order.

. Forcing a customer to purchase only from myntra after return or exchange. There must be a provision to transfer myntra credits to bank account on return of a product.

I have around 2000 in my myntra credits and do not wish to purchase items anymore. I have asked myntra to refund the money bank onto my into but they are not doing so. I would want my amount to be credited to the bank account registered with myntra....

I ordered adidas running shoes from myntra on 18th feb. I issued request for return on the very same day. Next day my return was successfully done but from here the struggle began. It's been 2 months now that i am waiting for my refund. Everytime i call the customer care they tell me to wait for 24- 48 hours. But it's been 2 months and i've not recieved my refund of rupees 2149. They told me that my bank account details were wrong then i gave them another bank account details but everything came to be useless. I called them for whole 1 month regularly.

I have ordered a dress from your app. But first time i'm very disappointed with the product because i have ordered olive green color which is shown in the discription picture and i have received the different green color.. I placed an order of big fox men brown loafers for rs 649.00. As i found the product did not fit me, i immediately placed return order (13/3/2020). The item was picked up from me on 14/3/2020. On 15 the march, myntra send me a mail stating “ the amount will be reserved back to the same source account based on the payment mode selected at the time of payment (Bank account). Since the amount was credited to my account, i sent an email again. I was replied that we have initiated the refund of the mentioned production 15th march 2020. On 28/3/2020, on further enquiry, i was given a return id. No. [protected] to place query in this matter. I was again provided with a reference no. In[protected] to quote for further enquiry. When send a mail again on 1/4/2020, to know why the amount is not yet credited to my account, on i got a reply on 2/4/2020 stating that the amount is credited to myntra credit. Well, i am not interested in myntra credit. The money paid need to be back to my account only. Will you please help me!

On 9th march i placed an order for 1mount 1926 inr at myntra fashion, unfortunately the transaction was pending for 2 days. On 11th march the transaction was shown as successful but there was no order placed at all. I buy these stuffs using amazon upi, talk to amazon and my bank accordingly but they confirmed that as the transaction was successful so myntra can help on that.in my bank statement it is recored the money has been deducted. Since last couple of days i am contacting to myntra, and on 23rd march they mentioned that they received the amount and will refund within 5-7 working days. But till yesterday here was no refund of the money, they i contact to then and they told with 15th april i shall get the refund, but today i got a mail from myntra and they completely ignore about the transaction. Need help to get the refund.

I had cancelled 4 orders and they had to refund the amount to me. Each item was costing rs. 629/-. Therefore they had to refund the total amount of rs. 2516/-. They have refunded only 1258/- so far. I called their customer care multiple times and spoken to the supervisor also twice. I got an sms saying that my complaint has been registered, and after a week's time i got an sms that my complaint has been resolved. They have not resolved the complaint till now, as i have not got the refund nor the details of the bank transaction capturing the refund. They are pathetic in their service.
They had taken the return numbers from me.

I applied a complaint against myntra regarding refund of my returned product. They says they have processed it already but not yet credited in my account. I returned peach coloured grey printed kurta but refund rs. 839 has not yet credited in my account even after 15 days. I kindly request them to cross check it and return my amount as soon as possible.

I ordered monte carlo women pink hooded padded jacket. This jacket received by me on 22 march 2020. But brand name not mention on the jacket. I totally confused what is the brand of this jacket. Price tag is available with the jacket. I mean to say this jacket is totally different who shown in the image. I want to return the jacket. I raised many complaint and myntra said me send jacket details. But i have already shared the jacket details many times. But no response by the myntra. I want to return the product.
