I Vinker Bakshi i was order to shirts form myntra.com and when i received product both aur damage shirts. Now i try to return the product.
They said in this pin code we cannot pickup order and if you want return you have only one option self-ship
First if pickup location pincode is not applicable why you delivey my order
Second how i can submit my shirts by self -ship the warehouse are in delhi mubai and i live in Kharar mohali punjab.
This company is totally fraud
No one help us

      I purchased skybag trolley from Myntra but the quality is not up to thr mark.so i wanted to return. When requested for return it says I have to self ship the product which costs me aroung 5000 as the trolley is huge and voluminous. I spoke with customer care but there is no solution with them. I dont understand why my location is not eligible for pickup. We had returned/exchanged many items in the past from the same location. There is no pre information that it should be self shipped if return is needed. All of a sudden they are asking to self ship which is expensive. Please resolve

        My product was supposed to be delivered on 11th but it got delayed and the last shipped location was gurgaon. I've raised a complaint on 13th april but no-one has given me any update for my order to be delivered.ive asked the customer care executive to cancel my request and provide me with my refund they refused to do and asked me to wait as they said they were unable to do so. Everytime customer care executive asked me to wait for 24 hrs for update but no response from there end. below is the complaint number

        My order was supposed to be delivered on 11th April but now it got delayed by 14 days. I have raised a complaint on 13th april but haven't recieved any update for delivery. I've called customer care executive several times and they asked me to wait 24 hrs everytime I called them. I asked them to cancel my order as it's more than 14 days now and they said they won't be able to do it as it's already shipped.below is the complaint number IN23041310344986167248

          I have ordered a dress from Myntra on April 22. Of brand Taavi - blue indigo dress.
          Your order ID[protected]-3670703
          I received order on April 24th due to size issue I requested return on the same day itself.
          I clearly remember that I didn't misplaced any tags .even kept the bill receipt with it.still it's saying that the tag is missing.
          And now the return request is cancelled as they are saying quality check failed.
          How can it be possible if I returned on the same day itself.
          Previously also I faced same issue on Myntra. And I didn't receive any refund.
          For this order I need my refund.
          Kindly do the needful.

I was not contacted for pick-up and I received the message that it's on hold. both the orders are unused and till now I never faced such problem at myntra and I am a frequent buyer.

                  Why did my Myntra account get deactivated today? Is there any reason? I want my Myntra account back. Please reactivate my account I already contacted customer care and I complain about this and they told that they can't reactivate my account and they gave complaint number

                    I had bought Mochi heels from Myntra which clearly mentioned “easy return and exchange within 14 days”. The heels are small for me and I want to exchange it for a bigger size. However, now myntra is not accepting an exchange for the product by saying service not available at this pincode and neither is it allowing me to return it for the same reason. The only option they are giving me is of self shipment which is not feasible for me as I want to exchange the product.

                          I am appalled to learn that Myntra is not delivering to my PIN Code 190009, even cancelled my order. I also tried putting my home pincode which is 192231, and even one of my relative's pincode in Anantnag, but still facing the same issue. I called up myntra customer care and they clearly told me that they dont ship to these pincodes. I tried asking them if they stopped delivering here recently but they didnt want to admit any such thing and repeatedly said that they dont deliver to this pincode. I tried putting some other pincodes of west bengal, but none of them is working. While pincodes of my relatives who reside in delhi and bangalore are working just fine.
                          Why did myntra stop delivering here out of blue? Is it only here or the whole of Kashmir?

                            Hi,
                            I have placed an order on 15th April 2023 where they were showing me expected delivery on 21st, I needed that product on 22nd so I placed the order, At first they asked me to wait for 24 hours and now still no update on delivery. It’s already 23rd.

                            There should be a better redressal process to brings this issue as it happened multiple times with me only on Myntra.

                                I am extremely disappointed with Myntra. I had an account by the phone number [protected]. It has been deactivated under the reason of misuse of account. I was delivered a wrong product and was trying to return it. It got picked up but my account was deactivated right after the pickup. Also, my refund hasn’t been issued. I have been sent a mail by Myntra Customer Care that no return or exchange will ne issued from this account because of return of wrong product.

                                I want my refund back immediately. This is so irresponsible of Myntra to blame a customer for their fault and refuse to refund my money.

                                  I received a pair of shoes on 20th of April 2023 and found the box of the shoes in a half torn condition and the Shoes Had stain marks. So I requsted a return and it was picked up on 21st, the next day. In the evening, I received a mail from Myntra that my return request has been cancelled .the query is what are the legitimate steps they are going through and why this harassment for a customer?

                                    Received product without tag

                                    I'd ordered a product from Myntra and received without tag. And now they're denying to pick it up. I've raising complaints multiple times they say they will schedule a pick up. But then delivery agent rejects the pick up coz he's unable to pick it up without tag....

                                    So recently I purchased a white shirt of havard brand from myntra. On receiving the product, I didnt like the material and the size so I returned it. And the so I returned it to the person sent by myntra to pick the order on 23 may 2023.

                                    But then they gave a notification that the product return is put on hold as the product didn't pass the quality check due to the tag is missing, which is not true.

                                    I have seen the tag when I returned it to the product. There were two tags. If there were any more tags, then I don't know because when I have received the product there were only two tags which was there when I returned the product. That means they already gave me a defective product. And now they are not giving my money back.

                                    This way they are duping innocent customers through such unethical schemes.

                                    I wat my money back.
