I have not received product from courier (Ecom express - as shown in order tracking) but yesturday status changed to delivered and a mail saying item was delivered

Order details are:

Date ordered is 13th jan 19

And no contact mail or chat option available on myntra for easy issue resolution, i do not see a working callback button yesturday and today (May be because of weekends) and it seems there is not easy option to get items delivered or money refund, i just dont know where the items went, and how they handle such fraud things if we place any new orders.

Would like to inform you that i had purchased a pair of red tape walking shoes from myntra.com dated 10/08/2018 for rs 1471.37 /- order number[protected]-5662501). I used the shoes very gently, but a few weeks back the shoes got teared from the net side o[censored]pper toes of right and left leg both the photograph of defective shoes and bill are attached here with this mail for your reference. I ma in strange that i haven't wore them for any harsh place. Its pain to see that your premier line of shoes couldn't survive my morning walk for even 3 months. I am very disappointed it feels that shoes are being used for over an year or more. I request you to please look into this matter as i am the old customer of this brand i am having two other pairs of the same brand apart from this particular defective article. I feel that this product is defective and need to get replace.

I was shopping on myntra. Order was placed yesterday night 19 january and the money was debited from the account. No email came as to confirming the order placed. When i came to check this, the order is not showing to be not placed but the money has been deducted from my account. I was shopping for some clothing items due to the offer period of republic day. What should i do. I payed through netbanking from canara bank...

This is to say that i returned an order on myntra having return no. [protected] which i ordered on 29 december 2018 having order no.[protected]-1526601. It is saying through email that refund has been initiated from 10th january 2019 but i have not received my refund amount of rs.1340.64 till now (20th january 2019). Please process my refund as soon as possible.

Ordered the woodland shoes and paid the amount upfront. Today is the the date of delivery but the even don't know where is the product exactly in their supply chain. Asking for another 72 hours to resolve the issues. I think they are buying the time from the customer to know where the product is. Pathetic service and worst customer experience. I am the first time user of myntra if they are not keeping their promise then how they deliver the expectef product.

Hi i was ordered 5 jeans (04 us polo and 01 spykar) by cod and gave rs 6800 to delivery boy but when open packet and found instead of 5 jeans there are one jeans and one jacket of make here & now which i was not ordered.
I return the wrong product to myntra but still wating for my money refund. I have called myntra teem about 20 to 25 timers ans talked around 30 to 50 minute every time and always they promise to refund money but not done till date. Really it is a cheat company and only wants to buyer money.

I would like to raise a complaints against myntra, how myntra making fraud... I purchased a product for brand crocs size 8. Myntra delivered size 9 a used product agin i raised a complaint for exchange also requested a call back from myntra... Today i got the product with size 9 again... Its almost aweek m requesting for a call back from myntra which m not receving... M not getting proper resolutios from myntra when i raised my concern on facebook they have blocked me... What about my money

I have placed a return request for a sweatshirt but till date it has not been picked up. Every day i get a message that it will be picked up but all in vain nobody comes to pick up. I called customer care to register my complain and he also assured for the pick up but it did'nt happened.

Compeletly frustrates, firstly they are insanely late with the delivery. Then the odacity to pack a john players product when i ordered for a next formal trouser. To add to it they sent me a size 44 when i’m a 34. I am utterly disappointed with this and will not stop here, will send emails out to everyone i can find at myntra. Now the refund will take days!

I had placed a return request for 2 topwears and the request got declined but the product was already been received by myntra warehouse in bhiwandi and i haven't received my refund yet. Even the customer care contacts of myntra aren't available and the refund policy on the website says that within 3-7 days refund will be transferred but it's more than 15 days now. I want my refund as soon as possible. Plz look into it

We had ordered from myntra on 30th december 2018, and due to some issues, we had to return our order which was picked up by myntra on 4th january 2019. Order number:[protected]-2894103.
The refund of 2, 499 rupees should have arrived by 14th january but its 18th january today and return have yet not arrived, myntra is not taking any responsibility for the order and blaming the bank. We contacted the bank and even filled the discrepancy form but still, there is no response from either side and myntra have not given any proof that they refunded our amount and neither are they taking responsibility of the same. They have not given any update for the order and trying to escape from the situation. We are attaching the bank statement of previous days for verification as well.

I had ordered 2 shoes from nike. Got the product but the size were not perfect so i decided to exchange it. There was no option for exchange so i returned the both products. It has been 10 days they have picked up the product but i still didnt received the refund. Please help me in that case. Im trying to call customer care but they are not responding me.

I ordered mango navy blue culletos from myntra. I prepaid it online. I get a message that your myntra cod shipment for 3158 is out on delivery. My father took it by paying the amount. What i get is mango sandals that i didnt ask for. Website shows that my navy blue culletos are delivered. It was for 1500. So i am currently in loss of more than 4500. Your costumer service is giving no positive reply to me. I have been a loyal costumer for so many years. You cant say its my fault. I have massage stating to pay 3158 for the order. I want all my money back.

My product was to be delivered on jan 14 but it got delayed. Myntra people said it will took 2 days to deliver the product but when on 17 th i called myntra they said due to some technical error they cant my product details and i have to calla after 24 hrs. Why should i wait for another 24 hrs for my product to get delivered. This is second time happening that your product has got delayed. Now i dont my status of my order. First of all myntra takes so much time to get product delivered and upon that so much tax charges then also your product get delayed. This is pure irresponsibility on the part of your company.

On return no. [protected], dorothy perkins woman printed shirt was picked up by myntra associate naren str (Mobile [protected]) on 2nd january 2019. After pick up, myntra site showed that return was declined. It assigned another return no. [protected]which was redundant as the product had already been picked up. When naren str was enquired about the delay in refund, he said that it was due to software error and will be resolved soon. Myntra customer care was contacted thrice during the last ten days who promised that in three days the issue will be resolved whenever contacted. But nothing was heard from them.

Pl. Arrange for refund of rs. 1, 339.52 for the returned product.

I have ordered a women jacket from myntr.com on 31st of dec 2018 by paying complete amount 1880/-, which needs to be delivered by 5th jan 2019. Once the order not delivered by 7th jan and no information received, i called to customer care about this, they didn't have any answer.

After 2 days i received an email that my order was cancelled due to some technology issues. I don't know, whats the technology issue in delivering a product.

Now it is 17th and i am still waiting for my refund, don't know, where is my money.

I called them many times for this but not getting any satisfactory answer for this.

Horrible app. Locked my account [protected]@gmail.com for no reason.. Is tese ppl r insane. Now i cant return my items also which i hav ordered.. Customer service ppl r also horrible dnt knw wht to guide. I[censored] ppl r not unlocking my account m going to file a complaint n consumer frm. U ppl cant cheat customers lik tis. I wil c to it i wil get my money back frm myntra ppl.. U cant mak ppl fool lik tis..

I have been facing unprofessional behaviour from customer care executives and delivery persons from past 7 days. I made an order on 9th, which was received incomplete and on the same day i raised a complaint for exchanging the order. Since then no actions have been taken. They have raised a exchange request from the backend and since than three delivery person have come to my place for picking up the incomplete order but they refuse to do that and humiliate my parents by asking unnecessary questions. 3 fake attempts have been made and that incomplete order is still lying at my home. I have been calling everyday and these customer care executives are being so unprofessional and refuse to give any assistance. I have made multiple calls and all my efforts have just been converted into complain numbers. I requested for a call back which i am yet to receive.
I am not sure how long i have to beg to get served.
Looking for for a response here.

I feel so sorry i feel upset with myntra. Shopping here in this platform make me so upset. I have order puma flexracer blue shoe but it's not yet reached although its delivery time is at 15 jan now it's not yet reached i feel so upset. I have ordered this to give a gift to my brother on his birthday i. E on 17 jan 2019 but it's not yet reached and i feel so sorry to my brother for not able to give the gift. And i have also complained earlier. From now on i will never ever buy things from myntra
