I hardly used it for two times and while using them for the second time
The shoe fabric material started coming out automatically. Its for the first time i am seeing this. I didn’t expect such things from myntra product. As i dont have original bill, box, tag i cant place return order also.
Help me out from this either provide me a new pair of shoes orelse give my money back

I placed a order for a top and got an email and text saying that the item was out for delivery, but was not delivered, i got a call from a woman claiming that no one was in the route and they were very busy and could not deliver and i was to pick up the product the next day. I told them i cannot pick up because i was busy and the woman just told me to tell my brothers/siblings to pick it up and if i didn't they are going to send it back and she hung up the phone before i could even say anything. The next two days i received messages telling me the product was out for delivery but still didn't receive it, now it says return to origin. Thank you.

Hy I am from rajpura your delivery boy didn't give the packed when he was asked for deliver the package again and again he didn't listen to wait for 5 min when I was busy at the time of delivery and he canceled the order immidiately

I ordered a john players shirt and a here & now chino from myntra. Received the products today. The jp shirt was fine but the here & now chino was horrible. It has stains all over it, one button from the back pocket is missing and even theres a small hole in it. I am so disappointed. Never expected this from myntra. Horrible experience. I trusted myntra as it provides us a guarantee of 100% original products. I have ordered before but never been cheated like this. It's a shame. Don't fool people like this.

I was informed the refund amount was transferred to my bank account.
But while checking with myntra i came to know that the bank account was different.
I contacted the bank personal.
They informed me that such an account doesn’t exist in there bank in anybody’s name. They also said that the transaction will be a 100 percentage failure in such a case.
But when i contacted myntra regarding this.
They are saying the transaction once done is done even if it’s a failure or success. So they wnt refund my money.
I need to raise a complaint. But myntra representatives are saying no complaints can be registered or no money can be refunded.

An amount of 2594.82 was expected to be reflected to my account but it's been 10 days and no refunds was made to i have contacted myntra customer care about this issue several times but no action was taken so please i again request you to make the refund as soon as possible

Through myntra, last year jan -18 also i bought a jacket from raymond shop in vapi
This time shoe leather quallity is very pathetic as a its skin is getting removed, i have a pics also but not able to attach as it is big file
It is not raymond or park avenue quallity

They aren't caring about my orders. I waited for so long but at last they cancelled delivery without informing me.
How irresponsible they are . They did not even call me or sent a message to me.
I even gave them feedback by the link, which is sent by them. They are not responding at all.

I ordered a product on 27th December 2018. The product was expected to be delivered on January 2nd 2019. But till now it has not been delivered and I am not able to track my order or able to contact the Customer care. No contact number is available. Completely messed up state.

On 5 jan 2019, i have purchased winter jacket from myntra app and payment made from freecharge wallet as on[protected] at 10:00 am, so amount deducted from my wallet but product was not booked. Refund still not received in my wallet and i was discuss with myntra team representative he said that i need to talk with freecharge.
Then i have made another payment from freecharge wallet for that product.

I am a very old myntra customer and had never faced such a situation. I ordered a watch from myntra worth rs 2149 rs. First, my order was marked delivered without delivering it to me. When i complained about the same, i received the box but it was empty. I got a complaint registered with myntra and they told me that they'll update (And not resolve) within 72 hours. The time is already over but there is no response. Plus the delivery guy who delivers the product is very nice. He very often comes to deliver the products. So he is not at fault asper my knowledge. As the box and everything was fine i guess. As i opened it in very much excitement and didn't expect that anything of such sort could happen, i didn't notice even about the condition of packaging.
Don't know if myntra is gonna lose on myntrainsider customer over this?

I placed an order on 6th January and today i got a message saying the product was delivered. May I know to who did your delivery team deliver the product to?
This is my first time buying in Myntra and you give me the worst service possible.

Hi, I have not received my order from Myntra, but the status is showing it is delivered. Upon several complaints to customer care there is no action taken from Myntra. It's 7 days now we have been waiting for the delivery. Based on the feedback from customer care that there is signature from the customer - it seems the delivery boy did a false signature to update the status as delivered.

Updated by NiveditaMohanty There is no update from Myntra.com on this issue. Two items ordered - but they delivered only one on 23rd Dec. The other item showing delivered on 3rd Jan, which is not delivered to us. Customer care response is not helpful. On 3rd Jan, after receiving the message as item delivered, I called up the delivery boy number ( MGR Enterprises_7 - Arjun [protected]) given by Myntra, the assigned delivery boy told he was off on 3rd Jan and he has given the item to other delivery boy to deliver. We have raised several times with costumer care several times, but all effort in vain, neither we got the item nor we got the refund. Myntra like big brand are so poor in handling this kind of issues is very disgusting.

Since even i am not getting any calls from any one. I tried calling myntra but the customer care executive is saying we can not help you in that. So be aware of these things before placing any oder. .is this how mnytra treat their customers?

I had ordered navy blue printed a-line kurta from myntra on 22 december 2018and the date of the delivery was almost 2 nd january 2019 but it hasn't arrived yet. I ordered that to gift someone and now the date is even gone. So just give me the confirmation so that i cancel the order because it's been a long time now. Also i had to wait for more than 5 minutes just to get on the line with customer support but still nothing.

I didnt get fit in the shirt i ordered so, i placed a return of that shirt.
Since 10days no one came to pick up the order. Now customer care is also not responding not even lifting the calls since 3 days, what kind of company is this?
