I had placed a return request for 2 topwears and the request got declined but the product was already been received by myntra warehouse in bhiwandi and i haven't received my refund yet. Even the customer care contacts of myntra aren't available and the refund policy on the website says that within 3-7 days refund will be transferred but it's more than 15 days now. I want my refund as soon as possible. Plz look into it

We had ordered from myntra on 30th december 2018, and due to some issues, we had to return our order which was picked up by myntra on 4th january 2019. Order number:[protected]-2894103.
The refund of 2, 499 rupees should have arrived by 14th january but its 18th january today and return have yet not arrived, myntra is not taking any responsibility for the order and blaming the bank. We contacted the bank and even filled the discrepancy form but still, there is no response from either side and myntra have not given any proof that they refunded our amount and neither are they taking responsibility of the same. They have not given any update for the order and trying to escape from the situation. We are attaching the bank statement of previous days for verification as well.

I had ordered 2 shoes from nike. Got the product but the size were not perfect so i decided to exchange it. There was no option for exchange so i returned the both products. It has been 10 days they have picked up the product but i still didnt received the refund. Please help me in that case. Im trying to call customer care but they are not responding me.

I ordered mango navy blue culletos from myntra. I prepaid it online. I get a message that your myntra cod shipment for 3158 is out on delivery. My father took it by paying the amount. What i get is mango sandals that i didnt ask for. Website shows that my navy blue culletos are delivered. It was for 1500. So i am currently in loss of more than 4500. Your costumer service is giving no positive reply to me. I have been a loyal costumer for so many years. You cant say its my fault. I have massage stating to pay 3158 for the order. I want all my money back.

My product was to be delivered on jan 14 but it got delayed. Myntra people said it will took 2 days to deliver the product but when on 17 th i called myntra they said due to some technical error they cant my product details and i have to calla after 24 hrs. Why should i wait for another 24 hrs for my product to get delivered. This is second time happening that your product has got delayed. Now i dont my status of my order. First of all myntra takes so much time to get product delivered and upon that so much tax charges then also your product get delayed. This is pure irresponsibility on the part of your company.

On return no. [protected], dorothy perkins woman printed shirt was picked up by myntra associate naren str (Mobile [protected]) on 2nd january 2019. After pick up, myntra site showed that return was declined. It assigned another return no. [protected]which was redundant as the product had already been picked up. When naren str was enquired about the delay in refund, he said that it was due to software error and will be resolved soon. Myntra customer care was contacted thrice during the last ten days who promised that in three days the issue will be resolved whenever contacted. But nothing was heard from them.

Pl. Arrange for refund of rs. 1, 339.52 for the returned product.

I have ordered a women jacket from myntr.com on 31st of dec 2018 by paying complete amount 1880/-, which needs to be delivered by 5th jan 2019. Once the order not delivered by 7th jan and no information received, i called to customer care about this, they didn't have any answer.

After 2 days i received an email that my order was cancelled due to some technology issues. I don't know, whats the technology issue in delivering a product.

Now it is 17th and i am still waiting for my refund, don't know, where is my money.

I called them many times for this but not getting any satisfactory answer for this.

Horrible app. Locked my account [protected]@gmail.com for no reason.. Is tese ppl r insane. Now i cant return my items also which i hav ordered.. I have been facing unprofessional behaviour from customer care executives and delivery persons from past 7 days. I made an order on 9th, which was received incomplete and on the same day i raised a complaint for exchanging the order. Since then no actions have been taken. They have raised a exchange request from the backend and since than three delivery person have come to my place for picking up the incomplete order but they refuse to do that and humiliate my parents by asking unnecessary questions. 3 fake attempts have been made and that incomplete order is still lying at my home. I have been calling everyday and these customer care executives are being so unprofessional and refuse to give any assistance. I have made multiple calls and all my efforts have just been converted into complain numbers. I requested for a call back which i am yet to receive.
I am not sure how long i have to beg to get served.
Looking for for a response here.

I feel so sorry i feel upset with myntra. Shopping here in this platform make me so upset. I have order puma flexracer blue shoe but it's not yet reached although its delivery time is at 15 jan now it's not yet reached i feel so upset. I have ordered this to give a gift to my brother on his birthday i. E on 17 jan 2019 but it's not yet reached and i feel so sorry to my brother for not able to give the gift. And i have also complained earlier. From now on i will never ever buy things from myntra

I am from punjab and while placing order by mistake i gave wrong address (For bangalore),
Though i called to customer care before the product was delivered.
After few days the product is showing as delivered.
I have explained them several times i am living in punjab and the delivery guy has delivered it to somebody else in bangalore.
After writing several emails, the issue is not yet resolved.

Please look into the matter.

My order from myntra (Order number and other details are attached in screenshot) is kept on showing "rescheduled for next day" for last consecutive 4 days. Please let me know when it will be delivered. The item has been shipped on 13th january after that there is no proper update. Every day it is showing the same thing. It is quite urgent. I returned 14 items on same date as a 4th jan and received a mail from you regarding refund request proceeds and return initiated and it will reflect within 7 to 10 working days so pls wait till 16 jan.

I ordered a number of products from myntra during eors. Few products got delivered while other got little delayed and i have to travel out of town. Hence i was not able to receive my product. The product was delivered to the security guard in my office who went on leave for a week when i came back.

I was okay as myntra anyways has 30 days return policy. On his return i discovered that the blazer that i have ordered in not fitting me. Hence i want to return it. Unfortunately i was not able to see return button over there. So i contacted myntra customer care on facebook who told me that for this particular product return timelines are 7 days.

That's really shocking for me as your website clearly states that you have 30 days easy return policy. This product is not cheap, its worth 3300, and it is of no use for me as it is not fitting me properly.

Hey this is vishal i have ordered from myntra on 29.01.18 3 items order no 109796624290944351703 after waited long times now i seen the items are returned to origin.
For this i lost my time nd money i called up myntra they are saying always wait for more time we will deliver your product as soon but end of time no response totaly useless service please take a acton on the same

I am a Bangalore resident who has never been to Mumbai, while a person has logged into my account and placed order - he has provided his address & phone number for delivery.

Process an official complaint against it. Figure out if it is e-Commerce data theft or Account hack or any other source of failure in system.

I have proof for the following.

I have given a promo code to use on 30th November which was NOV30 and it was valid till midnight 12.00 but when I tried at around 4 o'clock evening, I got error stating that the code is expired.

I called the support team immediately and shared the screenshot of the error. I was promise to give another code.

This issue was went till their Pavitra Narasimhan || Case Manager l Escalation Desk - Myntra. But now they are ignoring all my emails and not replying to me.

This is really shame on them.

I ordered 6 products from myntra on 22nd Dec 2018, out of which 3 of them were delivered on 2nd Jan and the rest were yet to be delivered but the status of the products which are yet to be delivered shows all were delivered on 2nd Jan. I have contacted the customer care a number of times but there is no solution to my problem.

On 16th jan 2019 around 2:00am, there is an order made by a hacker using the myntra credits available in my account and the order has been shipped to the mumbai delivery address which is mentioned by the hacker. He has put a invalid phone number (No valid phone number check) and changed the account name but still myntra could not find out that it is security violation.

Myntra has no security validations. I had to call customer care thrice to connect to senior manager and the response i got is that they cannot cancel the order.

If myntra has no control for security and cannot stop a order processing at any stage then how can a consumer trust this site?

I will be waiting for a day to see if my myntra credits (2500rs) used by the hacker is refunded to my account. If not, i will raise police complaint in the cyber crime against myntra.

I have placed an order on 29th december[protected]-[protected] kurtis) and when i checked for the status on 8th jan, it was showing the product has been delivered on 5th jan but we havent received the product. I have raised the complaint on the same day and i keep on following everyday but i havent received any resolution. I tried to contact the delivery guy number several times which myntra has shared via sms but he didnt answer and after that he blocked our number.

I also have few items to be returned for which the same delivery guy is assigned for return pickup. I thought i can atleast ask him that time. But he cleverly cancelled our return saying he is not able to reach us. I have raised a complaint for this as well but so far nothing happend.

On jan 11th, i lost hope and i asked the customer care person to coonect to his supervisor. His name was abhisek. He assured me that he is escalating and defenetiely we get a resolution within 72 hours. Then when i again called them on 14th jan they said tomorrow they will give a resolution. Finally i gave a final call on 16th jan, where i spoke with one of the supervisor named ayush and he says the complaint has been closed saying the product has been delivered. I tried to explain him that the complaint i have raised itself for we not received the product but he keeps on repeating the same thing saying like you have to wait for another 48 hours for the new compliant.

I have totally been waiting for 9 days and i received nothing from myntra. Its totally waste of time calling their customer care everyday.

Now i have lost the money and i haven't received the product too. Please help in resolving this issue. I have the voice recording of all the calls i made since 8th jan and i can provide any more information needed for the same.
