I ordered a product on myntra.com] order no:[protected]-8875303. On 04 jan 19, i got a message from myntra that the agent will deliver my product today and the the agent's phone number and name was also there. Next day on 05 jan 19 the updates received from myntra that the ordered is undelivered and the reason mentioned that the costumer refused. But in fact no one called on the registered mobile. I called him number of times but not responded. Again i received an update of apology for late delivery (Last date 07 jan 19) and stating that the order will be delivered as soon as possible. Till todate nothing has been delivered and now on website in track orders it is mentioned that the product has been returned to the origin. Did i make a mistake by paying online in advance? This is my very first and worst experience with myntra ever.

    I recived item from myntra in december 26th date but the item is large size after two days u request to myntra for the exchange item and the order is placed after 6 days i got a messege from myntra in this messege shown out for delivery item but i have not recived any call from ekart service after 2 p. M i got a mail in that mail the item is delivered, at the same time i opened my myntra account and went to my orders in that also shown item is delivered

    i bought t shirt in myntra website but its too large. the next day i request exchange item.after 5 days i got a message in that message "out for delivery" i waited till evening 5'o clock, but delivery boy does not come to me.at 5.30 i got a mail in that mentioned exchange item delivered. i called to myntra customer care, he said, wait for 48 hours.after 3 days call again to myntra customer care and he said that item is already delivered.but im not get any product from myntra.what to do now?please help me

      I had ordered a pair of earrings from myntra and received a totally different product delivered.

      Immediately when I requested for exchange to get the right product, the myntra designated person who came to collect the earrings refused exchange claiming that the product code do not match.

      But just to clarify that if a totally different product was delivered then how will the product code match the ordered product.
      I also lodged a complaint with myntra with no response.

      Order no is[protected]-4819601. Also attaching relevant screens with product codes of product received and tax invoice with product code of ordered product.

          I ordered a product on[protected] order id :[protected]-5525203. Now on[protected], i got a message from myntra that the agent will deliver my product today and the the agent's phone number was also there, i called him he was not ready to answer me properly and hung up on me, then he didn't deliver me the product on that day. Now on[protected], i received the product but i ordered 07 size and they delivered me 10 size. Now on[protected], i put this order on replacement for the right product with new order id :[protected]-4626401 and they promised me on application and message that i'll receive the right product on or before[protected]. But i haven't received the product. So, it's been 15+ days i haven't got my product.
          Three things to notice :
          1. On[protected], i received false message of delivery.
          2. On[protected], i received a wrong product, even when i ordered a right one with right size.
          3. On[protected], i didn't received the right product.

            Please note

            I received 3 items on 17th or18th dec with order number order no:[protected]-0728703. (All 3 items in the same package)

            I placed return request for all 3 and i received a text msg to return all 3 in the same pack.

            As 19th i was out of station, i told my watchman security to handover return courier to the myntra return personnel (I also communicated to the myntra personnel over phone).

            (Contact number of myntra personnel who picked up my return items - [protected])

            I have attached the acknowledgement photo.

            But somewhere there was a miscommunication and instead of returning 1 item i have returned all 3 items to the myntra personnel (Wrong pick up of retuen items)

            I have raised compliant regarding the same. Now i have recied refund of only one item (Van heusen woman, women black regular fit solid regular trousers, size: 30) and not for the other 2 items (Van heusen woman, women black regular fit solid regular trousers, size: 32 and vero moda
            Women black solid front open smart casual blazer, size: s)

            Kindly process the refund request for other

              Dear sir, i had requsted for return, it was placed successfully. Surprisingly after two days it was showing return request cancelled. After contact with customer care the same was again placed.
              With regard to my same order, the third product was jack and jone t shirt, it was cancelled by myntra from their end without informing me same. And saying please give order once again. I need the same with same rate and same size without giving fresh order.
              Kindly resolve the issue immediately.

              I have ordered one kurtha set in Myntra. It was supposed to be delivered by 31st December 2018.but till now(9th January) it is not delivered and when I contact them they are saying we will resolve.but no response. I have paid 1510 rs already.I want my money back in my account. I did not expect this cheap experience from myntra

                My order status was showing as returned to origin since 20 days but i didn’t get call from delivery agent on the delivery date. When i called the response was the shipment was returned due to some issue which he didn’t cleared.

                And above all the customer service was horrible i couldn’t even reach out to myntra on phone it’s always busy and there is no email id to reach out

                  I have two issues.
                  1st - i had ordered a tommy hilfigher jacket and puma shoes on 22nd dec 2018 which was supposed to be delivered by 26th dec however i still didn't receive any notification.

                  2nd - i had ordered a being human sweatshirt on 27th dec and now i am receiving email that the ordered has been returned to origin however noone contacted me or came to deliver the product.
                  The order numbers are:

                  [protected]-9012703
                  Myntra didn't even bother to inform me any uodate regarding the order, terrible service!!!

                  In the screenshot it's clearly states that order was cancelled due to technical issue but Myntra's twitter team is saying that the parcel was lost in transit however, the pracel was not shipped because the tracking was not generated!!!

                    I placed an order on 23 of december order no:[protected]-3443701 [roadster men black sneakers size: 9 | qty: 1] thy supposed to delver on 28th december but they delivered damaged product on 01/05/2019 i requested the return request on same day still there is no one turned up yet and the worst thing is such largest online business company has no customer care services no e-mail address on myntra website and the customer care number on website [+[protected]] this # always says busy with other customer call back again and call disconnected automatically, myntra is such pathetic services provider

                      Order no.[protected]-9260001 containing a pair of shoes returned on[protected] is still not refunded to me. An amount of rs.6438.08 is lying with myntra and recently they even locked my account. Almost a month got no refund, got no support of myntra in getting my refund. They seeked my bank details 2-3 times and promised to refund but still no refund. I am attaching a picture of order returned mail received on[protected]. I want my refund pf rs.6438.08.

                        Sir,
                        The product i ordered a roadster women’s blue grey shirt on 25 th december 2018 has got cancelled the money has deducted from my account it was supposed to be refunded in 7 to 10 days and i did not get refund for it yet. Please make sure i get my refund back to my account. The other number is[protected]-9395203. The help centre on the app doesn’t respond to my call i even did keep mails but didn’t get any back. Its my humble request to please refund my money on my account of the cancelled product.

                          Hey i had ordered a jimsuit but iuts a week my product has not yet arrived plz i wanted my product by tommoro that is on 9 of jan 2019 kindly do the honour. As myntra promises to deliver the products within 4 to 5 working days and the payment is already done. Since my place doesn't have myntra faculty that is why ordered to bangalore so that i get my order soon but at any condition i need my parcel by 9 of jan 2019 it's very emergency

                            I ordered Guava Lofers with order id[protected]-8212001. The delivery didn't contacted me and cancelled the order on my behalf and it got cancelled and went to ware house again. When contacted customer care they told me to reorder and when I try to reorder it is asking me the delivery charge again. When I ordered previously I clubbed with other products and got free delivery.

                            I contacted customer care and they told me that I will get compensation for that using which I can order it again.

                            When I contacted them again asking there is no update they said again that there will be no compensation. You need to pay the delivery fee and he bluntly disconnected the call.

                            I ordered the shoes for a party and expecting it. I faced a lot of issues when I came to that it was cancelled on my behalf.

                            I need the product back at the same price and the compensation as well.

                              My order id[protected]-5040601 return picked up but refund not received its been 2 weeks customer service pathetic they won't answer calls and not responding to email as well

                              They were calling and asking me to check with the bank I already shared the screenshot of the message received from the bank regarding the refund.

                              Called more than 20 times update the issue and sent 20 emails but there is no resolution

                                  My order id 109742343242721821301 and tracking ID ML[protected] was delivered on Jan 03, 2019 by Mohammed ([protected]). I opted for card on delivery but he has debited the amount 481 two times and then he went back saying he will get back my money but now he is not receiving my call .so please take a look into this matter and get back my money (.kick him out of the job)

                                    I don't why u have opened such a business when you are not good to deal with it. From the date 06/12/18 and today is 08/01/19 till now i haven't get my refund amount i. E 996 rs. It feels like u are earning money by simply making false promises. The worst site please guys don't trust them they are very fake instead it's urgent try to avoid myntra.

                                      I had ppurchased a marks & spencer navy blue jacket from myntra.com which i had eventually put up for return. The product was picked up on 24.12.2018 when another item was delivered to me but i received no update on the pickup, hence i called myntra customer care within half an hour of coming back home and finding that the product has been picked up. I was assured that the update will be received within 48 hours and my refund shall also be initiated. When that did not happen, i called them again. This time, i was assured that the product has been definitely picked up and refund shall be initiated soon. I waited three days and received no update or refund. Upon calling myntra customer care again on 29th of dec, 2018, i was told that there is no update and a formal complaint was registered and an email to that effect was sent to me and i was assured that within 72 hours, the issue would be resolved. That did not take place. When i again contacted them several times after that, each time i was assured that the issue will be resolved within another 24 hours. On 05.01.2019, i was assured the same and a supervisor call back was also assured, which again did not happen. On 07.01.2019, i called and after waiting for 30 minutes on hold, i was put on call with ms. Deepika jain, escalation supervisor who assured me the issue will be resolved within 24 hours and took down the name and number of the delivery executive who made the pickup. After a few hours, two emails were forwarded to me from bharath and vignesh, both escalation supervisors saying 48 hours was required to make even the inquiry. This has been going on 24th dec, 2018 and my refund of rs. 2249.50 is not being initiated. Please help.

                                        This is regarding my recent order (Safari unisex red anti-scratch small trolley suitcase) placed on myntra with order id #[protected]-9646803 on dated : 22 dec 2018 which is on returned to origin status.

                                        I was completely surpise to see the order status as returned to origin, because no one every contacted me for delivery and even no one came for delivery.

                                        After that i called customercare and had a word with yesh customer care agent and he informed me that there was some deffect in the product and due to which it was retuned back to the origin. And he also confirmed that a complaint has been raised against the order and they will get back to me with in 3 days for the resolution.

                                        Here my question is: if there is some defect in the product then why it was shipped and if it is shipped after all quality check how they come to know about defect in transist without opening the order.
                                        This clearly show myntra is tempring the package.

                                        After 3 days again i called to teh customer care and had a word pooja.

                                        She informed me to wait for another 72 hours.

                                        After waiting again i called back and this time a had a word with anita.
                                        She again asking me to wait for more 3 days for resolution.

                                        When i ask to provide the same product with the same price. She denied and asking me to choose any other product with the price which is showing in the website and the response was so rude and un-professional.

                                        If myntra doent have any sla standard then why customer care agent giving incorrect time line for resolution.

                                        This is not the way to provide customer service. If myntra is not willing to provide product to the customer then myntra should not allow the customer to place order.

                                        Being waited for more then 15 days, talking to the custome care associate multiple time i am getting such kind of response and getting mentaly persure while taking to customer care and getting idiotic response.

                                        This is not at all expected and myntra should not play with customer emotion and expection.
