Hello,
I buyed an Adidas sweatshirt from myntra and due to size issues I wanted an exchange. So, when the exchange came, they gave me a different product which was a women's sweater. The interesting point here is that, that the product had do packets on which there were two different tags- one of the product I wanted and one of the wrong product(attached a pic of it) . Also, when I inspected, the price tag of the wrong product was different to that of the price mentioned on the product itself(women's sweater). Now, when I called the customer care regarding this issue they are telling me that they don't know where the product went and cannot track the product which I wanted in exchange. I even told them the article no and order no etc but still they are giving me an excuse that they can't track it and also without my consent they marked my product to return to which when I complained, the customer care guy told me that I will get the original product back when the return will happen. Next day the delivery boy came he said he don't have any information regarding the product i wanted and also refused to take the wrong product back.
I even talked to the floor supervisor (named Anmol) and he told me that the exchange can't happen now and they will provide me with refund. But the product is double the price as of earlier and when I said that how can I buy that sweatshirt which is now the double the price, to which he said he cant do anything about it. I even asked the to check the tag of the wrong product to whom it should have been originally delivered to which he again said he cant do that.
So, I just want to know few things from them-
1. How can they not track a product they are delivering
2. How can the packet have 2 tags - one of the product I wanted and other of the wrong product itself. It means it definitely have been opened before either buy the sales guy or when it was in transit.
3. How can they initiate a return without my consent.
I can provide the order number or with any detail if required.
I hope the issue is seen by the forum and an action is taken against them.
