I here by nishant patel request you to pay attention in my problem.
I had received defective product.
So i had requesed for exhchange, but mail from myntra shocked me that they cant replace it due to quality was ok while deliverd. Without observing how can you say that it is not defective. There is defect at stching defect at "roadster" brand steel tag on left side, and it stiching was not done left side of tag and i m attaching pics in mail. While opening of packing of jacket i observed this and so i didnt remove other tag of price and alll. So jacket is unused. Tags and all are as it is.
So i request you to look in this matter and do needfull.

I ordered a product on 21st dec for which the delivery date was 31st dec. From 24th dec the status is product at delivery location but i haven't received any updates on the same. Trying to reach customer care since 3 days but of no use. I will be travelling so i need the product delivered max by 3rd jan. Kindly look into the matter and revert asap.

My complaint is against ds raina who refused to deliver me the product yesterday. I have been a customer of myntra for four years and this is the first time i am experiencing such kind of misbehave. I do shopping from myntra because myntra provides me all the comfort but if such kind of people have started working with you then i don't want to buy anything again because i am not here to tolerate anything bad. I am expecting some action against him.

I placed an order containing 5 products on myntra.
I received only two. It's been many days, i haven't recieved the product yet. The customer care number never gets connected. After trying multiple times, i could talk to one person and they said they raised a complaint for this but i didn't recieve any communication on it. The product shows that it's out for delivery from last few days, so i called the delivery executive. One day he said that there is a lot of load, and he is unable to deliver it. And then i told him that i will only go and collect it from delivery center. Then he said that their office is closed as everyone was on leave that day. I expected him to deliver the next day atleast, but when i called him next day, he didn't answer. When i called multiple times from unknown number, he answered and said that i have to wait till i get delivery message from them again. I asked him why are they not delivering the product since manu days if it's with them, and he cut the call without talking. And i tried contacting myntra customer care multiple times but in vain.
From a popular platform like myntra, this is not at all acceptable. I ordered clothes for new year day, it was showing 29th dec as delivery date in tracking details, and it's been very long i'm still waiting for the product. I don't feel like i'm a customer, i feel like i'm begging for someone's clothes. This is the worst experience i ever had with online shopping. It has changed my complete opinion on online shopping. Will never recommed myntra.

I ordered a jacket named mast and harbour women maroon biker jacket with order no[protected]-3491103 on 21st of december. The order was paid online. The order on being tracked was showing shipped to the destination area but today morning when i checked the status it showed delivered on 1st of january. I was shocked and being confused i called on the myntra customer care toll free number and they said they would file a complaint and asked me to wait for 5-6 days to get any update. I am very disppointed with myntra. I need my money refund back. Please help me out.

I bought a basket ball from your website, product name is : cosco

Unisex orange hi-grip printed basketball. It didn't even last for 2 days, we got it inflated and the very next day, ball started losing its air and started deflating. So i assume product delivered was defective. I got the product on 22 dec 2018.

I have placed an exchange request to myntra of order no[protected]-1593101 on 18 dec-18. After two weeks its still not delivered neither i got any confirmation call or late delivery call or messages. On portal it showing it will delivered to 29 dec but still in transit.

Also there is no contact no. Provided for complaints or information regarding order status. Please help on solve this issue.

I placed an order for two dress under the order no:[protected]-5982603. The sum total of both the dresses amounted to rs.2508.

However, while refunding they have only paid rs.1254.
I have an email confirmation from them that they have taken both the products back. Earlier when i called up i was informed that both the refunds will hit my account before the 27th of jan and now when i trying to contact them their customer service team isn't answering the calls.

This is some kind of fraud racket that myntra has started.
Amazon certainly is much more reliable a site and organisation then this.
At least the don't stoop to this level and cheat people.

I have ordered nayo's women mustard yellow printed kurta with palazzos from myntra on 25th dec, 2018. Payment has been done at the time of placing order only. Order was supposed to deliver on 4th jan, 2019. But now in app its showing that it has been delivered on 28th dec, 2018, but i didnt receive any call or message from myntra or delivery agent about arrival of the product. When i called customer care, she is saying that your signature has been uploaded. But i confirmed very well, no one received order. How delivery agent (If delivered) can give it to any one without confirmation of identity or without calling me.

I had ordered for a jack & jones t-shirt and a shirt during their annual myntra eors 2018 sale. When the product was ordered it was in stock. The order was made on 21st dec, 2018. I received a message one week later regarding a delay for those 2 particular products. On 1st jan when i checked on the myntra app, to my surprise i see that these 2 products were cancelled without my permission and the money was refunded to my account silently....

I ordered 3 products in myntra on dec 12 2018, it was 2 set of jeans and a puma shoe... But they deliverd women's inner wears, tops and skirts.. I raised a complaint on dec 12 and now its jan 2 they have not yet given me a refund and its very atrocious that em calling them every day and every time when i call them they will file it as a new complaint and they will ask me to wait for 3 days... I have not yet received any solution for this they have to refund me around 3000 rs

I am priyadarshini w/o purshotham srinivas from hyderabad writing this complaint regarding myntra online shopping. I purchased item (Shoes) to my husband as a gift in myntra online shopping my order no. 109727970865967905901 (In offer) order amount rs. 2063.82/- instantly paid amount rs. 2063.82/- on 21/12/2018. I received conformation message i. E., my order is conformed then it will delivery on till on 26/12/2018. But, till up-to right now (31/12/2018) i didn't received my order. When i checked myntra app, my order as been returned to origin is displayed. There is no call from delivery boy, also no conformation from me without any intimation the product is returned. How could they do that? When i call to customer care no.[protected] they customer executive is telling me make a re-order. But, i ordered in offer time the shoes price rs. 2063.82/- which is paid! Now the price is rs.3, 500/-. Same issue happen in 18-july-2016 with my husband & my friend. Please sir, i want justice! This type of online frauds happening again and again please take an action on myntra.
I don't want return money i need my product. So, that my husband can wear and celebrate in my family marriage party.

This e-mail is with regard to the complaint about your return request for "shuz touch women black solid sandals".

I was promised a refund within 24 hrs on 22nd dec'18 and it's been over 10 days now i haven't heard from the team.

In spite of multiple calls and emails, my issue is not addressed. Every time i follow up, the conversation ends with a false promise. Now 30 days eligibility period for a refund/ exchange has also expired.

I have already filed a complaint with consumer forum and will take to social media now.

Please refer to the last messages in the attached images here where i was informed that the pickup would be done the very next day after cancellation.
This is getting really worse!!
I trust myntra for their quality but this pickup issue is worsening the relation with one of your customer.

I calling customer care so many times but to no effect.

I have ordered some items from the online shopping site myntra.com on 21st december 2018. The ordered products were shipped through xpressbees on 22nd december 2018. The delivery date of the ordered products was 27th december 2018. The tracking id of the products shipped is[protected]. I have already raised a complaint in myntra. May i know the product tracking details and when the ordered products will be delivered.

My name is jeetendra khimji jadhav. I want to file a complaint in the mynta.com.
On december 22, i ordered a denim shirt and sweat shirt from the around 8 o'clock.
My bill 1408 /- rupees which i paid through net banking. Expected delivery time was december 30 and december 31. But in these 8 days, the delivery of both the products became automatic cancel.
When i call the delivery boy, he is saying that this is the wrong number with giggles the and second delivery boy, i called him around 20 times but he didnt picked and call from me. So i called myntra.com customer service, so far this poor service has been found. After 1 hour, our number came and said, after coming in, that customer service guy (Akshay) said to me there is no problem in delivery and our service. After checking, he found some problem, after founding some pronblem. He was not giving me any kind of assurty for products. There is no guarantee that the product will come or not. And once your product shiped, you can not cancle the product then they will say that it is cancelled by you. What can we do? It has not been delivered yet. It's been 2 december 2019. We have already made a payment. Please help us this kind of online fraud. Please help.

I ordered 6products from myntra on 22dec.Five Out of them are delivered and one is still not delivered.I got msg of delivered on 28Dec but product still not delivered.I registered my complaint on 31dec with customer care but there is no follow up from them.And they claim as they delivered that product. And i already done payment through debit card.

Uske bad maine myntra ke customer support se bat ki to waha se 3 din k bad 1 email k reply main muje bataya gaya ki app apke koi orders ko Return or Replace nahi kar sakte & Aap ka Account ab block hi rahega but waha bhi muje koi bhi specific reason nahi diya gaya block karne ka... Ab muje mere orders main se kuch kapde jo muje fit nahi ho rahe use return karne hai par myntra mera account block karke mere sath cheat kar raha hai... Aur Myntra.com pe 30 days ki Return or Replace ki policy hai and maine kuch bhi galat nahi kiya mere account se and agar kiya hai to specifically kya kiya hai uska reason bhi nahi diya myntra walo ne muje... I have booked an apparel which has to be delivered on 01st jan 2019, but the order has been cancelled without my knowledge or consent. Here the delivery boys are taking their own decisions on our orders which we have placed and prepaid order which is not so good act.

How can they take an initiative to cancel the order which i have booked? Other apparels booked at the same time has been delivered except this.
