Sir,
I am writing this mail as a complaint on non-delivery of my order (Order number:[protected]-1210701).
I have made my order on 04/07/2017 and was given an expected delivery date 18/07/2017.
As the order was not delivered on the provided date, i have called the myntra customer care centre on 20/07/2017 and they raised a complaint on the same. They said me to wait for 2 business days and the delivery was promised.
As the item was not delivered i have called the customer care centre 2-3 times, i was informed that there was some delay in processing my item and i was asked to wait, but i didnt get any further information regarding my order.
The worst part of this is though i have called and reached out myntra for the delay in delivery - there was not even a single mail or message or any updates about the status of order/reason for delay.
I consider this as a total ignorance from side of myntra towards a customer,
I have already paid for my order and i need my order at the earliest.
Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
