Hi,

I have ordered a "lotto women grey melange finley running shoes" from myntra on 24th july, 2017; order no.:[protected]-3973503

I have received this product on 27th july. Only in 2 months the product is heavily damaged. I contacted myntra customer care but they said this is a wear tear issue and not quality issue. But how come a product of 2070/- can wear in 2 months with quality issue. A local product has more life than this.

    I got delivered these shoes order no.[protected]-4006901 from myntra on 31/08/17. I tried these shoes on 5/09/17 for the first time and the result was shocking they started cracking from their very first use. I have never thought that shoes like this would turn up like this.
    I tried calling customer care many times but number provided on website does not connect it always says this no. Is wrong. I tried returning the shoes from their website by putting return request but their's delivery guys said your item is not approved for returning so it cant be taken back. I strongly feel that the shoes are fake us polo.
    Shoes are having 3 month warranty for any manufacturing defect but i thinks its quality is really bad.
    I want full refund of my money.

      Ordered a biba magenta embroidered printed kurta with palazzo trousers & dupatta size: xl / qty: 1 code: 1506177. The product details mention a dupatta but the delivered product didn, t contain one. The customer care executive said that the dupatta can't be delivered and urged me to return the product. I have gifted the product to a relative and thus can't return it. Kindly take appropriate action and deliver me the complete product or i will be forced to take a legal action against your site.

        I ordered one mark and taylor shirt worth rs 527 on[protected] amount deducted from my account but order not placed. I have sent many mails, uploaded my bank statement 3 times, called them many times but still not get any response from them and the issue is not yet resolved. Whenever i'm calling they are committing to resolve in sometime but still the situation is same this is worst shopping experience with myntra i contacted to bank as well but no issue on their end. I called in myntra many times i just the issue and call disconnected. And didn't receive any call from their end.

              I had placed an order worth rs. 4, 322.33/- on september 20, 2017, on myntra. As part of its promotion there was an instant discount of 10% on payment via sbi debit card. I made a payment via my sbi debit card but instead of discount they deducted the whole amount from my bank account. Despite repeated calls myntra has not returned my money, instead asked for an extension about 3 times, the last call they made was around 29th september and said they are trying from their end and will not commit the timelines to resolve it. This is highly disappointing as i have not heard from them since then. I had requested the person who made the call that is an issue between myntra and sbi why does the customer has to suffer. Please refund my amount and resolve ur issue internally with sbi. The person said the issue is with sbi on this i told him that the promotion was displayed on myntra and myntra should take the sole responsibility of that offer to me and not shift responsibilities to anyone, as i had availed the offer by seeing it on myntra, to this he said we will try our best.
              I request u to look into this matter immediately as this has taken a long time despite numerous efforts from my side.

                Got a damaged product from myntra. And they are saying they have shipped the product from their end in a excellent condition so they can not return my product. It's their fault and they want us to pay for theirs damaged product i don't know what kind of justice is this. I really feel sorry shopping with myntra as this is my first worst experience with the shopping site.

                  First i order jaipur kurthi (Order no.:[protected]-8588101). It didn't received on the date said. Then a message came as sorry for the inconvenience and it will be delivered in another date. It didn't came and when i checked my mails now, i got a mail on september 20, saying that it got canceled. I ordered that item on september 7. They didn't even called me once in the number which i provided.
                  Next i order buckle up (Ladies belt) of order no.:[protected]-8705203 and i ordered it on september 21, because i didn't check my mails for some days, else i wouldn't have ordered. Same is the response i got, it also got canceled. Can i get a response this time or i should call and complaint again.. Thank you.

                    I have an item for exchange. It is taking 20 days to process it. Now i have moved to another location, but i am not able to change the delivery address as well. I have called the myntra customer care 4 times, but no help. They keep fooling customers. Firstly, they had promised product will be delivered within 5 days but it was not. Next after i shifted, i had called them again when i had been told that request will be cancelled within 2 days so that i can raise a new request with my new address but till now the status is showing shipped since last 1 week. Product had reached my old location and got returned but they are not changing the status. Inspite of calling the customer care again and again to update the status, they kept telling lies and did nothing. Now i am running short of time as product won't be exchanged after 30 days. Worst service ever. Shall never buy anything again from myntra.

                      I got a product on 20th sept and raised a return request on 23rd sept. From 4th oct to 7th oct everyday i got pick up message but the product was not picked up and today on 8th oct i checked that the status is "declined for pick up" in the app. So i called customer care and according to them due some "30 days return policy" the status is declined while i have raised the return request within 3days and after 10days i got pick up message and the pick up is delayed by 4 days (These 14days is not my concern), so it's only 18days from the day when the product was delivered.

                      2 products were ordered on 28th September. One product was delivered on 4th October. Other one hasn't delivered yet. But the website is showing both the products have been delivered. Order ID is[protected]-3051603. Undelivered product is a HRX active t-shirt.
                      I received Intex fitrist today when I opened the box it did not contain any warranty card and user manual ..when I tried to switch it on it did not start even after charging full.kindly look into the matter and at least get it repaired i[censored] people are not returning it.

                        Myntra should keep more professional and sensible delivery guys on work.
                        I was supposed to receive my parcel on 7th as the guy said that to me, when i couldn't receive it on 6th, to which he filed the order delivery for 10th which is not a convenient day for me to receive the parcel.

                          Delivery boy in Jammu is doing what they want According to them.
                          My complaint is against Sahil wadahera contact no. [protected], he has my parcel since 2-3 days but every time i call him he said I'm very busy, collect your parcel from place where I want.
                          Either you are not paying salary to them.
                          It's very inconvenient to us every time they want according to them
                          Please fix these peoples or may you have less customers in future from Jammu

[protected] and [protected]...The delivery boy of yours named ARYAN JADHAV PR was utterly nonsense, impolite and rude.When the payment was made to him, he says that he wont deliver from next time if you take so much time in paying me, when there wasnt any delay in first place, just the normal time one takes to go back get cash out from ones locker.Arguing at the top of his voice in front of the door, such bloody nonsense behaviour aint acceptable.We pay you Myntra, you work for us customers.We are not here to dance to the whims and fancies of a goon-like delivery boy.Had my mother not intervened, your delivery boy would have had it from me.And at this in end, this ### blatantly says, "Jao jake complaint dalo Myntra walon ko, dekh lunga"...And to add icing and cherry to the cake, your products were extremely dissatisfactory, wrong sized baggy which nowhere resembles the pics and tips while choosing, ...ultra thin jacket of HRX...call it sweat shirt rather than jacket...did not expect this.You Myntra people just pissed me off today.I have an additional order for my sister pending, which I am surely going to cancel now.And return you these.Under the guise of End of Season sale you people are probably irritating people with your annoying Delivery boys first and then with your low quality products.

                            I placed order for rebock tshirt through myntra and also paid the full dues through net banking. I have mentioned my office address as delivery address. My office is situated in prime location in sipcot it park chennai.

                            Delivery guy could not locate the office. I also mentioned land mark for my office but the delivery boy did not bother to find my office and mentioned as customer not reachable. I will be busy in meetings everyday and i cannot wait for delivery boy or my order hence i told the delivery boy to leave the parcel in the reception or security. No response from delivery guy.

                            I got totally frustrated and disappointed with your service. I did not receive my product or refund money. Amazon is far ahead in customer service than you and i prefer to place order through amazon. Learn from amazon how to serve customers.

                              I ordered a treggings (Apparel) of mango brand during myntra sale. The quality of the product is very poor and it turned disaster after a single wash. The stitches were opened after the wash. The price of the product is as per the brand value but quality turned out extremely poor. Mango is a reputable brand so i doubt that the product delivered to me is first copy and not an original one. I can't return or exchange the apparel also as i have removed the tags and washed it. Please help...

                                I had placed an order for a pair of shoe from myntra on the 18th of september 2017.
                                The due date given by them was 24th of september. On the 21st of september i got a msg saying that order was undelivered, and no reason as to why it was undelivered was mentioned.
                                After the due date, around 25th or 26th i called them up to have a word with them and enquire bout my product. They assured me saying my order would be delivered as soon as possible and that they’ve already put in the complaint or the request. 2-3 days passed and i still did not get my parcel. I again called them up to know the status of my order. They told me that my order was to be delivered today, on hearing this i clearly told them to inform their delivery partner to contact me before attempting to deliver my product cause no one would be at home due to muharram.
                                They did assure me that i’d get a call or a text regarding this and as a matter of fact, they even updated my number so as to be sure. But i got no msg or calls regarding my order and on reaching home my guard informs me that my order was here but since no one was at home he left saying he’d come on the 2nd of october.
                                On entering home, i straight away contacted myntra and told them bout everything. I even spoke to one their manager named shaabaz. He told me to give him 2 business working days and within that my order would be delivered to me. He even told that its on the priority list and # but days passed and still as of now i haven’t received my order nor any msg or calls. I sent various mails and even posted on their facebook page but all they do is ask for more days and tell me to be patient. Its like they treating this as a joke. Its been over various working days but i have no clue as to where my parcel is and when will it reach me or will it ever reach me.
                                Kindly look into this matter and if possible ensure these crooks deliver my product to me.
                                If not i’d at least want them to he taught a lesson so that they never do such a pathetic joke or whatever it is with someone else.

                                I had placed an order for a jeans from myntra on the 22nd of August 2020.
                                The due date given by them was 3rd of september. On the 27thst of september i got a msg saying that order was undelivered, and no reason as to why it was undelivered was mentioned. This order is really urgent... I need asap!!!
                                The Roadster Jacket ordered on the 9th of Jan 2021 has been received on the 12th BUT the jacket ordered around 3rd Jan with tracking ID MYNC[protected] has NOT been delivered up to date. Please could you see to it's deliver asap.

                                  I would like to bring this to your notice the shoe bearing order no.:[protected]-4144903 afrojack men tan brown mid-top leather semiformal shoes placed on friday, september 22, 2017 / rs. 2, 123.5. The sole is of a terrible quality, which is ridiculous. Mynra should maintain some quality standards a shoe sole would never be worn out in just about an hours time, most importantly when the shoe is priced at inr 4, 999.00 online with a discount available for the sale price. I have already requested for a return or a possible exchange with a better quality sole, if you are unable to do so then please refund or a myntra voucher which i can buy something at a later point in time.

                                    I have bought multiple products during the big billion day sale and at quite good price however myntra failed to deliver all the products and then stated the refund has been initiated. This is a scandal, clearly. They do not want the product to be delivered at this price. Very much disappointed with myntra this time. Order #[protected]-2740103

                                    Even the customer care service is impotent and unable to provide resolutions even after reaching to them multiple times.

                                    Nobody from myntra is taking the responsibility of the poor delivery system. Lost faith in myntra and thank you for all the harassment.
