My email ID is [protected]@gmail.com I purchased heels from Myntra but it was a damaged product the day I received it on next day I made a request for return .As you can check my history I ordered a lot of products from Myntra but don't know from the last month wherever I purchased either it was damaged or shipped wrong products . Now they are saying they won't take it back n I have to bear the loss of 1700 . I was keep calling on Myntra help line no. They are saying they checked with quality staff the order was properly placed I asked them to send me recording where did you check but they said no we can't send you . This was the third time they did this to me but this time I can't ignore it . Please take an action against Myntra coz they started selling damaged products n this is same happened with my Frnds too .

My order no s this[protected]-1453401 I buy a show of roadster company from Myntra, s online shopping site on 10 may and I paid throughout my card and they send my order to DES-S[protected] courier service to delivered to me my order did not reached after expected date am waiting for 12 days and they not delivered to me I send many e- mails to Myntra, s costumer care service and support but also shocking they did not replied to me at all about my order and now am thinking that the company made me a big fool this is very bad experience . Myntra and his courier service is very bad please not buy any product from Myntra it's a bad greedy company.

Hello, i am lokendra kumar from nit raipur, chhattisgarh. Backdate on may 14th, 2017 i had ordered a product (Order no.[protected]-1207503, tracking no.[protected] hrx sleeveless tshirt worth of rs. 675, paid by online) as the product delivery date is may 19, 2017, but i didn't get any notification regarding product arriving or delivery. Also, i am not finding the current status of the product which was last updated on may 15, 2015. So kindly request you to sort out this issue.

I have ordered three items which contained two slipper and a shoe.
this order was prepaid by me. but unfortunately two items of the cart was delivered but the remaining one item was not delivered.
As per the application the address was not appropriate, if the address was not appropriate how can you deliver the other two products.

I had also called tot he customer care given all details they said issue will be resolved in days, which didn't happen.
a very bad and unsatisfactory consumer experience.

I had ordered my Pantaloons Boys Navy Sports Shorts. It was going to be delivered to my own address (431125) but I am not getting it on my proper address. As I need my order on this 431125 zip code but I had got the call today stating that you will need to take your order from this 431122 pin. As it is not possible for me to travel so long so I hope that you will clear this matter up and give me my order on proper address (431125) which I had given during my details. I purchased many clothes from myntra last month by using my debit card. I returned few items. I didnot get the return till date. I complained in myntra n they provided me the reference numbers eware of buying from myntra. They have provided me fake reference numbers as my bank says they have not recd any refund against it. Bad experience buying from myntra. 6100 is stillnot refunded.

I purchased navy active track pant.
After delivery next day I put return request.
Myntra pick boy saying we can not take this product.
Everything is there tag n all.
We have shown tag n all product is packed.
He was arrogant.
We can not reach and speak with customer care person n we can not email.
We should have rights to return the product if we do not like.
We should able to speak with Myntra customer care.

Please resolve this issue.

I placed the return request on 11th may. I got a message the next day and even called the mentioned person who would be doing the pickup but he never came. The next day we got a message which apologised for not having executed the pickup and said that it would be done that day. But nobody came. It has been 4 days. I am never going to recommend myntra to anybody. Such kind of behaviour is not acceptable.

I had ordered for a trouser by honey pantaloons which i never got but d status shows it has been delivered. On 28th april i received a message saying it is delayed n on 28th itself it shows delivered. Filed complaint but no solution yet. It s harassment calling n sending email over n over again. This is very irritating. Order details are attached herewith.

My order no.[protected]-1159801 which has multiple shipment. First part is delivered 2nd part is shipped and another part missed its shipment date which was estimated on 10th may. Order delivery date is 14th may. My question is will i get my order on time or not? When will i receive my order? Please inform me if there is any change in delivery date.

Hi, have placed an order of a dress on may 6th, 2017 - order no. is[protected]-9328103,
i received the message yesterday from myntra that the order is out for delivery (contact person no. [protected]) but no one came to deliver the product.
when i called on the above no., i was told that the no. is of the delivery partner's of myntra and i was given an another no. of the delivery boy. ([protected])
i called this delivery boy who kept on telling me he is coming in an hr.. and whole day went by.
Today morning again i called him, to which his reply was "as i am on leave today and i only have your package to deliver, lets meet somewhere outside and you can collect your package." the delivery boy misbehaved with me and when i shouted on him for misbehaving he updated the status as delivered without even delivering the package.
I raised a complaint in myntra as well as this delivery partner's but no one is interested in taking any action and in return telling me to replace the order if i want to purchase the dress.
The delivery person asked me 2-3 weather the amount is already paid or not (i paid online) and after that he kept the parcel with himself, used disrespectful words, this is just not acceptable.
I want serious action to be taken against the delivery firm and the dress which i ordered to be delivered without any delay.

I have been shopping with Myntra since long. However this time my experience was worst. I had placed the order for rs 5009+150/- delivery charges. that included 2 products. However i had to return because of the length issues.

First of all no website charges delivery for orders above 1000 secondly incase of returns the delivery charges are also refunded.

However this was not the case with myntra.
And that is unacceptable. None of the company put such unfair charges into the account.
This was worst i will never ever order any thing from this site also i will make sure none of my friends use this site ever in future.

We have handsome number of options for online shopping. Which doesn't add unfair charges to the account.

I had brought a Sennhieser Head phone from Myntra.

The product was already broken when deliverd to me .

On contacting myntra they refused to refund my money.
Please take immediate action.

Several times we had called, and followed up but they dont answer and refund our money, Even the vendor of the product complains it is the fault of Myntra to not to deliver with proper packaging .

This was a COD order. When received was paid in full. Only one product was in the package the second product (trousers) missing. Customer care assured a resolution and when called they say the warehouse has shipped thr product. A customer would not ask for the same product if it is delivered. Need a resolution right away as there has been no support from the customer care. I need either the product or the refund.

I ordered Madame tops on 27th April and received the order on the same date in the evening and paid Rs. 3726 by cash. My order no is[protected]-5037703. At the same time I requested for return. Next day morning on 28 April the executive came and took all the tops and very soon I got the messsage that the quality check has been done and I ll receive my refund back. I got the refund for 4 items in my account and it's been more than a week I haven't received my balance for this particular item with the return id[protected] I.e. Madame women yellow top. The customer care people are in no mood to help in anyway and every time they say to wait for 1 more day. It's like I am begging them for my own money.

I have ordered a product whch was out for delivery on 3rd may, but i didnt rcv any call for delivery attempt, after that when i called they have taken the request. Next day again its out for delivery, i waited and called customercare, they are telling product will be delivered today. Waited end of the day, no product.. Hi There, to whom it may concern, i am a regular and a loyal customer of Myntra and keep shopping regularly, now the issue is that i had ordered a shoe which was a size 10 on the 2nd of may 2017 where as the shoes was delivered on the 3rd of may 2017 on checking the shoe i came to know that the size is too big and ordered a size 9
your person from Myntra comes with the exchange size 9 and upon checking the shoe he tells that there are wrinkles on the shoe size 10 which is to be exchanged, now that is not my concern cause the shoe was delivered to me was in the same condition as how it came on the very first day whereas he did not do an exchange and went without doing it.
It is highly unacceptable from you guys doing this to a regular customer of yours, shame on you, you think that the customer is lying where as i have sent a complete description of the shoe with pictures to you, and your supervisor Mr Animesh did not take the required action on resolving the issue which is so unprofessional, this will be the last time i will be doing business with you if my concern is not resolved soon and i will make sure that none of my friends or family shops on Myntra. A VERY VERY VERY UNHAPPY AND A ANGRY CUSTOMER NOT AT ALL PLEASED.
