Hi,

have placed order throw myntra and payment got deducted from my account twice.
after so many days i have yet not received the money back nor any response from them.
i have also sent them the statement of the account as per their requirements but they are not replying nor giving any feed back over the phone.
it is getting worst for me now.

Please help me in to the same....

I had purchase a shoes on myntra EOR 3 jan and had given return on same date as i recieved the product i.e on 5 jan, when i call customercare they say i have been rescheduling by delivery date but no one ever contacted me for Return purpose and its been rescheduled backend from their side. I created an exchange request for catwalk sandals as it was small in size. The myntra personnel came and collected the product I wanted to exchange. But when the delivery personnel came to deliver exchanged product, he asked me to return the sandal with smaller size. My Ordered was placed on Tuesday, January 03, 2017 and delivered on 09 JAN which i didn't like and wanted to return the item and i made a request for it on January 10, 2017.

after that i received few messages that " we were unable to pick up your item. we'll attempt again." I never received any call regarding this. after that my request for return got cancelled itself.

I ordered few articles from myntra on 2nd january night, costing to 4449, and tries to pay online, although the the amount was debited from my account, it did not show as paid. So i ordered for cash on delivery, and made the request for refund.

I placed my order on 5th Jan, 2017 on Myntra during a sale.
But the delivery agent who was supposed to deliver my order deliberately, without even contacting me filed a return of my order on my behalf. He has done this act with me and other colleagues a number of times. I have already complained to myntra helpline a number of times but in vain.
Now they are asking me to order again...

I order 4 tops. In 16 th January they said I will receive my order. but they don't deliver my order. They said that they call me many times but I don't response. But it is false. They don't call me. I have complained to custumer care executive regarding not receiving my refund but they informed me that refund has been initiated on 4 jan 2017 it has been more than 10 days but amount is not reflecting on my bank account

I have ordered a sweatshirt from Myntra.com on 18th Dec 2016, but that was oversized so their customer care told me to return the product instead of exchanging it. But when I asked for pick up the ordered product as per their policy then they denied that they don't have pickup facility at my address . they asked me to send the product by Indian post and they will reimburse the amount along with postal charges. Already returned half a month ago, no refund, just says processing. Myntra app and website doesn't let me contact them, no direct email services are active(and without a customer support email they are selling products? REALLY?) and there is no other way to contact, unable to send email or make active calls.
When would I get refund? I don't...

Myntra is the most pathetic online e-commerce portal. I ordered 3 shirts nd a Jean on 5th Jan 17 nd it was supposed to b delivered on 12th. I got a txt nd email that the person is out for delivery. But this person never called me nd I was told later when I called myntra that I did not recieve their call nd due to number o[censored]nsuccessful attempts my order has been cancelled. So now myntra can shove is order up their ###. Never order from myntra....

I ordered a dress on 3rd of January. It was scheduled to "deliver" on 13th. But due to myntra's carelessness and 3rd grade attitude, it has not been DISPATCHED yet.
The reason why Amazon is far ahead of myntra is they know how to treat their customers well and on time delivery. I've even called and told them three times, yet they aren't taking any steps towards delivering it. ASHAMED OF MYNTRA. YOU SUCK....
