I had ordered for a trouser by honey pantaloons which i never got but d status shows it has been delivered. On 28th april i received a message saying it is delayed n on 28th itself it shows delivered. Filed complaint but no solution yet. It s harassment calling n sending email over n over again. This is very irritating. Order details are attached herewith.

    My order no.[protected]-1159801 which has multiple shipment. First part is delivered 2nd part is shipped and another part missed its shipment date which was estimated on 10th may. Order delivery date is 14th may. My question is will i get my order on time or not? When will i receive my order? Please inform me if there is any change in delivery date.

      Same issue I faced. You are correct Sujeet. Please file an complaint with police station to shutdown Myntra website.
      Very bad company on time delivery. Consumer please avoid order any item with Myntra.com. they won't take any responsibility on delivery on placed your item. Please save you money.
      Really these comment will helpful for decision on purchasing with Myntra or not.

      Hey guys never believe with Myntra customer care/delivery boys. All promise wrongly about delivery and will make fake delivery. Above execuse will be known. Avoid to purchase with Myntra or new era company. Both are fake company.

        Hi, have placed an order of a dress on may 6th, 2017 - order no. is[protected]-9328103,
        i received the message yesterday from myntra that the order is out for delivery (contact person no. [protected]) but no one came to deliver the product.
        when i called on the above no., i was told that the no. is of the delivery partner's of myntra and i was given an another no. of the delivery boy. ([protected])
        i called this delivery boy who kept on telling me he is coming in an hr.. and whole day went by.
        Today morning again i called him, to which his reply was "as i am on leave today and i only have your package to deliver, lets meet somewhere outside and you can collect your package." the delivery boy misbehaved with me and when i shouted on him for misbehaving he updated the status as delivered without even delivering the package.
        I raised a complaint in myntra as well as this delivery partner's but no one is interested in taking any action and in return telling me to replace the order if i want to purchase the dress.
        The delivery person asked me 2-3 weather the amount is already paid or not (i paid online) and after that he kept the parcel with himself, used disrespectful words, this is just not acceptable.
        I want serious action to be taken against the delivery firm and the dress which i ordered to be delivered without any delay.

        I borrowed a product in myntra online showroom. Product was not in good quality. so, i returned their product back my money was not refunded yet. I asked them about my money. There are all not working on my issue. It's nearly one month completed on my issue.
        I had purches saree from last year on voonic.com but i had not like the saree so i replaced it but voonic not paid my refund they always asked account number so i request to get my refund from voonic .com my no is [protected].plz help to get my refund

          Hi,

          I have been shopping with Myntra since long. However this time my experience was worst. I had placed the order for rs 5009+150/- delivery charges. that included 2 products. However i had to return because of the length issues.

          First of all no website charges delivery for orders above 1000 secondly incase of returns the delivery charges are also refunded.

          However this was not the case with myntra.
          And that is unacceptable. None of the company put such unfair charges into the account.
          This was worst i will never ever order any thing from this site also i will make sure none of my friends use this site ever in future.

          We have handsome number of options for online shopping. Which doesn't add unfair charges to the account.

            I had brought a Sennhieser Head phone from Myntra.
            Order no[protected]-5797701, Jan 6th
            The product was already broken when deliverd to me .

            On contacting myntra they refused to refund my money.
            Please take immediate action.

            Several times we had called, and followed up but they dont answer and refund our money, Even the vendor of the product complains it is the fault of Myntra to not to deliver with proper packaging .

              This was a COD order. When received was paid in full. Only one product was in the package the second product (trousers) missing. Customer care assured a resolution and when called they say the warehouse has shipped thr product. A customer would not ask for the same product if it is delivered. Need a resolution right away as there has been no support from the customer care. I need either the product or the refund.

                Return no.[protected].
                I ordered Madame tops on 27th April and received the order on the same date in the evening and paid Rs. 3726 by cash. My order no is[protected]-5037703. At the same time I requested for return. Next day morning on 28 April the executive came and took all the tops and very soon I got the messsage that the quality check has been done and I ll receive my refund back. I got the refund for 4 items in my account and it's been more than a week I haven't received my balance for this particular item with the return id[protected] I.e. Madame women yellow top. The customer care people are in no mood to help in anyway and every time they say to wait for 1 more day. It's like I am begging them for my own money.

                  Hi There, to whom it may concern, i am a regular and a loyal customer of Myntra and keep shopping regularly, now the issue is that i had ordered a shoe which was a size 10 on the 2nd of may 2017 where as the shoes was delivered on the 3rd of may 2017 on checking the shoe i came to know that the size is too big and ordered a size 9
                  your person from Myntra comes with the exchange size 9 and upon checking the shoe he tells that there are wrinkles on the shoe size 10 which is to be exchanged, now that is not my concern cause the shoe was delivered to me was in the same condition as how it came on the very first day whereas he did not do an exchange and went without doing it.
                  It is highly unacceptable from you guys doing this to a regular customer of yours, shame on you, you think that the customer is lying where as i have sent a complete description of the shoe with pictures to you, and your supervisor Mr Animesh did not take the required action on resolving the issue which is so unprofessional, this will be the last time i will be doing business with you if my concern is not resolved soon and i will make sure that none of my friends or family shops on Myntra. A VERY VERY VERY UNHAPPY AND A ANGRY CUSTOMER NOT AT ALL PLEASED.

                    I get this shoes 5 monthes ago and it shows defet on top side and torn.. I need replacement and please help me to solve the problm of such defective products... As soon as possible or i will go consumer court for ditching customer on branded produts.. Give me response as soon as possible.. I dont want customers will be ditched like myntra did.. So it is my meek to help me regarding this matter..

                      Placed : april 15th
                      I orderered a product on april 15th and received the same on april 18th.
                      On trying the product which waa of white colour i found out it was of smaller size and re ordered a larrger one by again paying full amount. I put a return of the order and all the price tags and stuff were intact on this.
                      Now myntra is saying quality check failed on the order as there was some dirt on collar. How muxj dirt can accumulate while trying.
                      The product is of more than 10k rupees in value.
                      Please help me in sorting the same and handing the same.

                        I had purchased one shirt for my brother from Myntra and the size was not appropriate so I returned the same. It has been more than 20 days I haven't received my amount yet in my bank. When I call them they are saying speak to the bank we have processed from here. I did all the things which could have been possible from my end but the bank are also refusing and they are also not ready to process the amount. I am feeling helpless now please do something. Didn't expected this at all from Myntra.

It has been 20 days and still money is not yet refunded. I have been chasing Myntra and my bank but then still no resolution I have got.. Plz help me out as I am feeling helpless now. I make a request for multiple then this request automatically cancel, i don't why. Its too much irritating service. Whenever called on customer care they said we will try to resolve your problem as soon as possible but still there is not solution for that problem. I am facing this problem for last 10 to 15 days. Still there is no solution for my problem. I suggest to everyone don't buy this website or app you can also prefer Myntra and Abof etc.

                            My order was supposed to be delivered by 26th of April, '17 and also I am getting notification for the last 3 days that that day my order will arrive. I tried calling the person I was given contact of (delivery boy as in). At first he delayed by saying he doesn't know the exact location of my address and later on during evening when I called him he denied having my parcel.
                            Today is 27th already. Do you people have any sense of time? This was my first experience with Myntra and probably would be my last. Thank You so much for telling how good your service is!

                              Dear sir/madam
                              I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent purchase from myntra. I had placed an order of a ‘brown footin women ballet shoes’ size 37 from your website on march 29, 2017 for which i made a payment of rs.589.45 through my credit card, my order number is[protected]-6788801. My order arrived on 1st april, 2017, but when i unpacked it i found that the product was not in a good shape and it didn’t fit me as i had size issues, also it was damaged as out of the 28 metal studs on the shoes one of the small studs was missing already. Since the product was under the free trial and return policy within 30 days of the receipt of the item, unused and intact in its original condition, tags and packaging, i initiated a return request with myntra. Your executive didn’t arrive until 24th april, 2017 and that too after several complaint calls to your customer services to pick up the order but as he saw the product he refused to take it back. I even called the customer service operator for assistance but no action has been taken after several reminders from me, they refuse to acknowledge the fact that the delivered product was damaged. The consumer rights act makes it an implied term that the product be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose and i being a consumer am entitled to have the refund.
                              Therefore, i request you to confirm that you will arrange for the pickup by sending one of your executives and will refund me my money for returning the damaged product.
                              I look forward to receiving your time and consideration along with a quick action for settlement of my claim before the due date of return i. E 30th april, 2017, as it is affects your company’s credibility too.

                                Hi,

                                I had ordered a "Fossil Men Black Dial Chronograph Watch FS5132I" pertaining to the order number[protected]-7883801 on April 19. I received the package on April 22nd which was supposed to contain Watch and 2 shirts as part of the order. As I opened the package, the seal of the watch box was broken and there was no watch inside. I was shocked and I immediately called the Myntra helpline to launch a complaint.

                                I received an email after few hours saying that they had sent the product and they can't anything about it. I again responded to them for escalation and still the same response.

                                I am not sure what to do? If I should I for social media, news media, and consumer court. Could you please guide me?

                                  Order placed:monday, april 10, 2017.
                                  Still i dont got my product and today i received an email that order has been canceled due to some logistical issue.
                                  Then i called them to enquire about the issue, and they apologize for the issue that happen from their side, and said they'll give me a coupon for reordering the same product. When i tried to purchase it shows the coupon is applicable only if i purchase another 1400rs item and i tried that also. After that it shows cannot use this coupon for that specific item!!! Soo now the same product is for rs8200 which is 800rs more than previous purchase. They are doing nothing.. Jus simply saying sorry sorry. Worst customer care ever!!! Myntra trying to fool customers by their tricky moves!!! Never gonna purchase again from myntra again.

                                    I had purchased brown coloured hrx-active by hrithik roshan's track pant from myntra.com after 1-2 uses i found 3 holes over back sieving of pant and i approached myntra's costumer care centre called 12-15 times and mailed several times now without examining product they declined return telling that it's not a manufacturing defect so kindly help me to sort out this problem.
