I ordered one swarovski solitaire pierced earrings size: one size / qty: 1 code: 1369681, order no.[protected], from myntra on 6th july 2016 for my fiance as it was her birthday, and had made an advance payment of rs.4015/- and they promised a delivery date of 9th july 2016, i was able to track this item till 7th july 2016, as it was showing it has been shipped to third party logistics - cl. but after that there is no update about this order.
I am repeatedly calling and sending mails to myntra customer care, but they just apologize and give me a random date after two days, and promise me that they will resolve this issue in 2 days, but nothing happens.
Now i am asking them to cancel this order and give my money back, but they say they do not have any policy to cancel the item during it is being shipped.
Now i am completely fed up, by seeing there incompetency and obligatory behavior to resolve this matter.
Hence i request you to kindly look into this matter.
