I have recently returned one item on july 24, 2016 that i had bought from myntra. I paid the bill from credit card. The payment went through successfully. I got an sms from myntra stating that it takes 3-5 days for item to be returned to them. Further, it takes 7-10 business day for refund to credit card. The item was picked up on july 25, 2016. Its been over 10 working days and i have not received my refund. After sending an email to myntra i got an automated reply stating that return request has been accepted. I don't understand the refund concept as they have used my money for more than 10-12 days. I want them to refund the amounts along with interest as i invest money in mutual fund market for returns. I lost my interest in bank account or market securities for those number of days. And the refund is still not credited. Please look into this matter.

I didnt recieve my order, order no:[protected] which was supposed to be delivered on 5th august 2016. It is already paid order for rs 626.28. I request you to kindly help me with the same and i am an active user of myntra products as well.

Try to inform the customers everything with regards to the product.

I ordered the product on 28th july and the expected date of delivery was 5th august. It is showing that the product got delivered but i have contacted the myntra sales guy who delivers the product but he said he didnt recive the order for the same

I ordered some goods from myntra, even after the confirmation of order, the website cancelled my goods. And for the compensation, the gave me a giftcard. I have the gift card number, but whenever I order something, the option for applying gift card is not there! This is their simple trick to fool the customers! I am mailing them about my problem from a very long time, but they are not answering! Very poor customer service!

I have ordered the kurta from myntra.com, but it was diffrent from the product they have shown on website.the material mentioned was cotton 100% but it was polyester material.the pattern they have shown was different too.its a complete fraud with the customers.during the purchase i have checked the details the pattern of kurta is different it was looking attractive, but when i received its really disappointing to see that its pattern and material were different.i am really unhappy with the product.

My refund for money has not been done till yet. Order was done on 19 july.
I have to order other stuff but since my cashback is not done, all I can do is wait.
It is not expected from such a big organization to make such mistakes and not even conveying it to their customers about the delay.

I have paid 806rs through card and placed an order of Nike thongs 5 on 27-7-16 in myntra, it showed the product to be dispatched on 27-7-16 as per track but still despite of 7days from order placed product hasnt been dispatched and i have logged complaint in myntra cc for 3 times but still no action has been taken.

You guys sent me a pair o[censored]sed slippers instead of floaters and you need to pay for it. How can you bait and switch with a person who is paying you in advance and expecting a right product.

Inhuman and discrimination law of a human holds you liable in indian penal court and being a lawyer will exercise my rights in court itself.

I am giving you a warning last time that stop my eating up money else i am gonna take this matter very seriously.

This has been more than 30 days all these bloody items are lying at my home and i am not gonna keep them more.

Also, in the same order, have also ordered 2 t shirts and they are being sold by you at higher prices and when i tried to return them, you guys want me to keep polythenes as well??? I mean are you serious?? I am returning the items in original unused condition and that too with tags and you want me to keep bloody polythenes too.

I am saying that pls stop these tantrums and kindly return the money to me or i will start start giving damn to money and can spend more money on it to get this sorted by going legal.

Seriusly unhappy with the delivery guyz. As soon as i get msg from myntra i am contacting the delivery guys to say it's my office address working tym is 9am-6 pm.. We r closed on sat and sun still i was trying to connect them to take my courier but i am getting no response from them... Delivery staff dont feel the need to revert back. Past 3days m waitg fr my courier...

I have placed return order on myntra on 13th july, till they did not pick up the product instead i am getting mails stating pick up fail, no pick up person called me for pick up. If i try there customer care number i am getting no response from them and no mail id is provided any where to mail them if we reply to the mail they dont give proper answer when to picked return order.

I received a call from delivery guy name : sunil jadhav phone no: [protected], [protected], usually myntra delivery guyz bring the processing machine for accepting card payments when i asked him for card payment he said he doesnt have and that guy was so arrogant towards me saying you should make online payment if you have a problem. This is so so poor service they say they accept card payment and does this type of customer service to all also thay guy said you do a complaint onlinr he doesn't care. Also want to make sure that he is not deliver my stuffs henceforth.

As I purchased Shirt & I GOT a Size smaller So I Have Replaced It But with me I have missed a Packing cover of Shirt where Barcode is printed on it so the replacement cannot be done it seems the courier Boy Told To us Wheater is it Write (or) Wrong???

And as per bluedart's tracking service it's showing that the item has been delivered on 29th july and some mr dinesh in the your center received it. but still now i haven't heard anything from myntra's side. i kept on trying to reach them via email but they didn't even replied once. is return successfully processed or what. i am little worried.

I had bought a shoe from puma. The shoe was so fake that the moment i remove shoe from the box puma name embossed on the shoe starts vanishing. My shoes size is 9, however the product was so fake that it was an hustle to wear this shoe. Immediately i ask for the replacement. The delivery guy asked me to contact customer support of myntra in order to return the product so i place the return request. The same delivery person came next day. When i gave shoe to him he said " sir you had wear this shoe i can see a small dirt at the bottom of shoe. So if i return this product i will have yo bear the cost. I guess he don't know that if he didn't take the shoe the cost would be on me. I spoke to customer care they ask me to send the images of the product. Its been 5 days i haven't got any reply from them. I guess they are waiting for replacement timelines to get over before the reply me.😅

Very poor service of myntra …i purchased 5 products from myntra order no[protected] and when i received the packet i was shocked to see here was 4 product and 1 product was missing also the outside packing was tempered immediately I informed to the customer care and also communicate by email but they declined my complaint it’s very pathetic service of Myntra I didn’t expect this

I ordered adidas messi 15.4 football shoes from myntra on the 5th of July!!
Then I received my order on 13th of July!!
The day I received my order I was shocked to see the size was UK 11 kids
And not UK 11!! Where as i ordered a UK 11!!
The same day I asked myntra for the return as they had a return policy!!
I made the request on 13th of July !! The expected date was 20th and today it's 30th July everytime I call myntra the order keeps on postponing!!
I'm not at all happy with the myntra service!! I paid 2200 rupees to the delivery guy just to see a pair of shoes which are sooooo small???????
The order should be returned in the next few days or else serious action will be taken against myntra!!

Now its 30th july and I haven't recived the product yet or got any update about the product delivery. It is first time shopping at myntra and it is a worst experience. I would never shop at myntra again

In spite of several reminder, Myntra team doesn't bother to pick return material. Already they have raise return request twice and both the time they managed to miss pick up. Return number is : 15597339 to be picked by 27th July and earlier return number was 15242070 which was automatically cancelled after breaching dedicated time line.

Mu Money got stuck with them and i am not happy with products to spare.

On 23rd july, 16 i order ether navy blue polo tshirt xxl size at rs.513/- bt unfortunately the product was not in good quality n too large size. So return my tshirt on 28th july, 16.
As per their company cash back policy, i suppose to get my refund today 29th july, 16.. Bt still not getting amount or cash back return in my myntra account. So request to return my refund as soon as possible.

I have created a return requestfor[protected] the item on 11 July Monday, but no one came for pickup and it's been 17 days I didn't get any update even I called Myntra customer care 5 times and every time I was told like they already filed a complaint and they will surely come for pickup and everyday no one come. I think it's better not to shop from this site as daily they told me to wait ...how much time they would need its like they are expecting that the time period of return item will get over... it's very disappointing.
