‪#‎mytra‬ is playing cheap tricks on this name of sale. #mytra customer service is pathetic. they say we have mention every thing faq. but you will never found what you actually want to know. on 4th july 2016 i talked to mr. abhishek chauhan (who has no knowledge about anything). i don't how they recruit and train them. i asked about my order no.[protected] which was already received and requested for return by me. while returning it was mentioned that i will receive refund of 944.68 but total amount was 1093.68. so, i asked him about the same and he told me sir don't worry you receive your whole amount. but today i get refund of 944.68 only. then i called customer care and today harleen attend my call and she was explaining me the policies about shipping charges and all. this was the last order on myntra. i am not going to use this fraud app any more.

    Myntra has the worst courier service and the delivery guys are very rude and unprofessional. This has always happened with Myntra. Their courier agents simply don't come to the exact address and call up the customer to come down to a near by location which is frustrating. Due to this I am cancelling all the orders that I placed will Myntra and will never recommend it to any of my friends

      Dear concern,

      I have order four product on 2nd july wit the order #[protected] after spending so many hours on Myntra Mobile App.

      The order has been successfully placed & my account has been debited but after some day i got a massage the my order has been declined with no reason given by Myntra Customer care people.

      I got one msg on 4th july'16 on my ph that the have regrate that they could not processed my oreder & providing me 400rs coupon on 1000 Rs sales. which never received also ( false commitment again).

      I want same order to be delivered to me i have invested my valuable time on Myntra now they have debited my amount gave me order successfully placement pop up on app which i took a screen shot which is attached below.

      i want the same order which i have placed.. i do not want refund.

        Dear sir,

        This saurav singh highly dissapointed customer.

        I had placed an order for "louis philippe jeans blue printed union slim casual shirt" but received something else. I informed myntra customer support immediatley and they arranged return of the received product but courier guy did not picked the product saying that it's a wrong product. I informed same to the myntra support team and they again arranged pick up but again i faced same issue. I again infomed same to the myntra customer support team and then they asked for images (After 15 days) i sent the same. After that i received a call from myntra that they cannot arrange the pick up as they have sent the right product and nothing can be done.

        I got really tired and stopped begging myntra to pick up the product and send right one. Today i tried to wear that shirt and but it did not fit me now it is useless to me. Please help me.

          I ordered 2 shirts and I only received one shirt. I received the blue shirt costing 499 rupees, but the cotton linen shirt by ether is not present in the package. What can I do? There is no options to return products that didn't received. And also the contact us page didn't show any email address to contact .The received shirt is in good quality but how can I get the other shirt. I mail about it and made a call to myntra customer support they didn't replied anything at all

          Your company didn't take any action about it. I call and mailed about this situation but they didn't contacted me. I have to contact them for further details. The initially said they will update the issue with in 24 hours but the time is passed. At least sent me a e-mail about it's update. I need my shirt urgently😈

            I had ordered a t shirt on myntra. com. on 29th Jun'16 and expected delivery was 2nd July. from last 3 days and i am getting message that it has been out for delivery by nitesh ([protected]) but he is not delivering the product and the no of this person is switch off and when i call to the myntra executive they told that i have reschedule the parcel for tomorrow. i am not rescheduling my parcel.i am mentally harassed.

            Myntra has very pathetic service . if you people can not deliver the product on time so why do you commit . your delivery staff is worse, after lodging complaint at consumer complaints i got a call from company that sir please request for refund. i am not asking for refund i want product.i will make sure that you guys wont do any thing like this with anyone else if i dont get product by today. Tomorrow i will lodge a complaint on consumer court against myntra as well as that delivery person nitesh who is updating wrong status that customer has reschedule the delivery and all the executives who have given me false hope that it would be delivered by today evening.

              Hi my order id no :[protected] there is no order status and from myantra app also you cannot track your order. On app also they have mentioned courier details of blue dart with tracking number which we go on blue dart website and track the tracking number is invalid. I called the customer care also they have no answer for it.
              Its is fraud company ..they say during sale period we cannot commit on date of delivery. If you guys cannot manage to run sale than why you do it?

                  I ordered products in myntra and paid through debit card and amount deducted from my account but order was not placed. when i call customer care they told me amount is stuck with payment gateway due to that order is not processed. For reverting amount it will take 7 to 10 days. But these days technology improved like on one click amount will transfer in seconds. But returning the money why they want 7 to 10 days?

                    First time when I Returned it got canceled the delivery boy dint come to pick up the return, , , , , i just got a message telling that it was canceled second time facing the same problem, , delivery person number not reachable and no updates, he called me only once and no return calls and when I tried calling on the number he had called but not reachable and the number is busy

                      Dear myntra,

                      This is really unprofessional behavior from myntra with the customer support.
                      Unable to resolve the issue & keeping on hold for long time.

                      1.
                      Delivery address unable to change.

                      2.
                      As per web site of myntra the minimum purchase of 2000 the customer will get 10% discount. i have placed the order for 3232 but not receive any discount, which i have paid through sbi debit card.

                        Sazia banu is. Staff member of myntra. Did not give good responce and angry with customer and waiting for supervisor transfer call to 10 minitue. I lost my balance 35 up rupie with romaing and suppervisor se baat ki to bola ki voh action legi. But uska diya hua vada bhi juth nikla. I will action against sazia banu. Fast action against her.                           Hi I made two orders, one of 2704.90 and other of RS. 3732.78 at 1:02 AM and 1:09 AM on 2 July 2016.I want the stuff or the money back. In case I don't get any of them by tomorrow, I will go for legal help. Both transaction made by diners club card.
                          The customer support is denying to generate any written records of the conversation an promises.
                          Myntra is actually doing fraud, harassing customers deducting money without placing orders with a lot of customers.
                          Who is accountable for all the bull that's happening around. With this kind of customer experience, I would tell everyone not to shop from Myntra from now onwards.

                            I am very sorry to say that the kind of service offered by myntra is very disappointing.As soon as we go to the myntra app they allow us to view the products and when we select any product they shift to a waiting page in which shows that after 10minutes we will be redirected to the site but as soon as the page redirects, the waiting page reappears.Moreover we cannot checkout from the site as when select the mode of payment it says "SORRY YOUR ORDER IS NOT PLACED THERE IS SOME PROBLEM".MYNTRA SHOULD NOT TRY TO GAIN PUBLICITY IN THE NAME OF END OF SEASON SALE IF THEY CANNOT SATISFY THEIR CUSTOMERS AND THEY CANNOT MANAGE A LITTLE MORE TRAFFIC ON THEIR SITE.
                            THIS IS A SERIOUS ISSUE I WANT MYNTRA TO REVERT BACK TO ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AS THIS IS TOTALLY AGAINST THE CONSUMER RIGHTS AND A SERIOUS ACTION CAN BE TAKEN AGAINST THESE KIND OF FALSE COMMITMENTS BY MYNRA.

                                I ordered a pair of shoes online from myntra and paid through my debit card. the payment was done but then due to some reason i had to cancel my order. i even got an email that i've got my refund but today on updating my passbook i got to know that i still haven't received my refund. the order id was[protected] .

                                  Myntra has really disappointed me wid der rubbish comments over my returned blue skinny jeans of roadstar dat it had stains in it and i hve used the product which is completely useless grounds of not acceptng my return req and declying it.i had just tried the product and saw thar its not of proper fitting and also the colour was not as it was shown on the screen, so i returned the product and the retrn req rejected.
                                  Well with dis response of myntra i have decided not to order from myntra anymore.
                                  And i will make sure dat my family do the same, we were regular user of myntra but this response has made me annoyed

                                    Although, i was buying from myntra from past 4 years, this incident brought the reality of their degraded service to my doorstep.

                                    I ordered from myntra.com on 27/06/2016, Order ID[protected], COD and without Delivery Charge as the order was above 999.

                                    In that order i ordered a size 28 belt by mistake and told the customer care to make it a 32.

                                    They at first refused to do it, then suggested to cancel the order and place again.

                                    Since, i had placed that order using a coupon of 400 off on 1000 rupees purchase, i asked to get the same coupon back. She (customer care) assured me of the same.

                                    Then, she went ahead and canceled the order. After which i got a coupon of 400 off on 2400 rupees. Which is not the same coupon, as was assured.

                                    When i called back to complain about this regard, another person answered, and after explaining the whole scenario to her again, she behaved very rudely and told that nothing could be done and it is what it is. After much argument i was told that she will look into the tapes (call) and verify if the previous customer care senior executive did indeed assured the same coupon or not. I asked for a time frame and i was provided with an answer of 24Hours.

                                    Now, the real deal of torturing happened.

                                    My account of flagged it seems and now i was barred from placing orders with cash on delivery, as well as, i have to pay now a delivery charge of 149 compulsorily on any amount worth of order.

                                    I called again, to the non toll-free customer care, and this time, i had to explain the whole scene to another representative. After which, he told me that the account with majority rejected orders was flagged on june 15 itself. The question that arises then, is this: How come i was able to order a COD enabled free delivery order on 27 june which comes after 15 june, and only after calling and trying to get a solution for the second time from that rude consumer representative, that my account had these things imposed ?

                                    thus, they behave as a virtual casino sailing in international waters. higher than any law, as there are less to make them answerable and stop this harassment o[censored]sers as they please and like.

                                    i have all the necessary proof's to prove my case anywhere and thus i would be approaching consumer court for making them answerable.
