This complaint is regarding the irresponsibility shown by online shopping site MYNTRA.COM

I had ordered an item worth Rs 1750 on 18th of Dec.My order no. is 2037971. As per the site's policy,they dispatch ordered items within 24 hours and ensures delivery within 5 to 7 days. On 19th Dec,i was informed through the site that the item has been dispatched through India Post and the tracking no. was also given. I tried to track the item in India Post website for next 5 days and was unsuccessful. When I called up Myntra help line on 22nd Dec, I was told that it will take time for the Postal site to update the status.

Then I called them again on 24th and I was told that the item was shifted to Quantium Solutions Parcels since they were unsuccessful to dispatch it through Post(after 6 days of placing the order) and was given a tracking no. for this new UNHEARD parcel service. When I tried to track the item,I was unsuccessful. When I contacted Myntra regarding this,I was promised that the item will be delivered by 30th Dec.

The item was not delivered till 31st also.Then I again called up Myntra on 31st and they ensured that the item will under any circumstances be delivered before 2nd Jan noon.When this promise also turned out to be false , I contacted them again on 2nd only to know that the item was now shifted to Pushpak Couriers(another UNHEARD parcel service) since the earlier Quantium parcel service doesn't have an agency in Jamnagar, Gujarat which happens to be one of the major cities in Gujarat and a District headquarters.

Now Im awaiting more response from the Myntra authorities.However the whole situation was managed very badly by them.
1)Shown a false dispatch date on the site.
2)Use of poor shipping methods.
3)Had to call the help line more than six times,each call of duration more than ten minutes and the no. is not toll free.
4)Doesn't have any idea of what is the present status of the item.
5)Poor help line facility which is not bothered to call back with details even if they had promised to.

Myntra gives u false promise it's better you do shopping in other good sites or go for a window shopping that are no use three out guys have joined hands to make a fool of others with the help of others out guys who is in top position when their priority is not on customer they have no rights to be in the e commerce business guys plz don't. Use myntra ever

Myntra.com provided a fraud offer for gift and selfie stick with 'only' top for 1495 - full prize and other offer were not valid due to this offer and customer care guys denied the offer. Request to take the action accordingly.

    I had purchased a frock from Myntra on the 21st of December 2011fro INR 490.00, screen shot of the same given below. I had viewed the same frock on the 16th December 2011 and tried doing payment but my internet connection got logged off and the transaction was left incomplete. I placed the same order on 21st paid for it and got the delivery too, but the credit card statement shows payment was claimed by Myntra on 16th December too for the same frock however the frock was delivered only once after the payment done on 21st December. Request you to please refund the amount claimed on 16th December 2011.

      HI,
      I ordered a pair of sandals,through "www.myntra.com" on 18/DEC/2011. and i got the status of the shipment as "dispatched" from myntra on 19th Dec.

      The consignment is suppose to be delivered on 25th DEC,as they mentioned.but till date i didn't received my goods.

      I tried calling myntra every day from 21st Dec,as on this day it is received to pune through Quantium courier service.every time they ask me to hold on call,and after few minutes they reply like "we will follow up the things and call you back in few minutes sir",and they never turned back.

      its 8 days fro now,since the goods delivered to pune quantium courier service.till date i even didn't received a call from either myntra or quantium explaining the delay of deliver.

      i don't know,what might might be the reason for the delay,but as a consumer,i demand proper explanation fro this delay.and i want to claim compensation for the failed service from myntra.

        I have ordered medium heels chappals from the site "Myntra" some time back. I have received the product but not properly. They have sent the two chappals of the same leg i.e., of the left leg. I also paid their delivery charges for the same. I tried to complain to them on their no's to customer care dept. But in vain. They asked me to send it by my own, then they will check and either send the proper pair or they will return the money to me back which will take probably one month time. Eventhough i told them that it is their duty to get it back as it is their fault of sending faulty product not mine, still they did not bother to do so. Why must i pay twice for the same product for the mistake which they have done ?

        I shall not like to buy anything from them as they have irresponsible staff in their dept. like customer care. Nobody bothers or bothered. I love to buy from either fashion & you or 99 labels which are safe shopping.

            i've placed an order for Puma Unisex Deck Black Backpack @ myntra.com (1914146 Order Number ) on 23rd October, as per the website, the product shall be delivered within 5-6 days and its being more than 10 days already, there is no information regarding the product, 1st they told it will be delivered within 27th then 31st then 3rd of this month and 5th now its 7th, they're changing its time to time, feeling so bad about the service...

              I had ordered Puma Men's Sandal for the price of 1700 Rs. They had mentioned that as soon as you will place your order you will get a 10% cash back in your myntra account. but after the order nothing got credited in my myntra account. I wrote many mails to their customer support regarding this but they have not done anything till yet.
              I want now they should return 20% cashback for the problems these people have given to me. they have not replied to any of my mails only i got computerized reply s.

                I have purchased the shoe from your site Bering order no1787944 on 29/07/2011 and paid the amount online Rs1710/- through internet banking of state bank of mysore
                It has been confirmed that shoe will deliver to me by 02/08/2011 thorough SMS but It has been delivered on 08/08/2011 after my rigorous follow up .
                when I opened the box ,I found defected pair of shoe than immediately I called customer care and they confirmed through mail that it will pick up by 17/08/2011 and your money will refund earliest but it has not happen .
                I called 17/08/2011 on your customer care centre they told me it has been already arranged and it will pick up at any cost by tomorrow but it has been not happen once again

                Today also I called once again your customer care centre and they told now you should arranged yourself pickup even they harassed and scolded me also and told you have to sent otherwise you have to bear defected product only.

                I don’t not know what your company has a intentions but my money Rs has been hold 1710/- for almost 22 days .

                  Mine order no is 1807743 and i had placed it on 10 august,2011.Now its been 10 days and mine order is still not processed yet.I had complaint about it on the following contact address provided by myntra.com i.e. [protected]@myntra.com, chirag.[protected]@myntra.com but i haven't got any replies from them.I had complaint about it more than 2 to 3 times but it is not solved yet because they are not interested in answering any of my mails.I had also requested them to send my courier by any courier service except Blue Dart because of some past bad experiences.I had also attached mine order status.Please Sir help me out and ask myntra.com to process and ship mine order as fast as possible.

                  After complaining about myntra.com i had received an e-mail from myntra.com as an apology stating that due to overflow of same orders they had cancelled the order of many users including me and providing me an rs250 off coupon.After making me suffered so much now they are cancelling mine order by providing me an coupon, this is not it.If they are not able to handle orders then they should close their useless website.If in the end they had to cancel order then they can also tell this thing in past also, after waiting for 10 complete days they are saying to me that the order is cancelled.Please take strict actions towards them.

                    I placed the order for Puma & Reebok T-Shirt 3 nos. on 6th of July'11, which is still not dispatched from the Myntra and Customer care peoples are not able to solve the problem. also from the product i came to know that they have cancelled one t-shirt
                    for which refund status and the discount given on original purchase is also lapsed.
                    My Details Are as follows :

                    Items : 2 Nos Puma T-Shirt, & 1 Reebok T-shirt

                    Problems :
                    1. Items are still not despatched from Myntra.
                    2. 1 T-Shirt Is cancelled without/ late information.
                    3. Cost of Cancelled T-Shirt is Not refunded yet.
                    4. Discount Coupon for the product is lapsed after payment.

                    I request to Myntra.com's Higher Authority to look into the matter and resolve the issue and reply me at the earliest.

                    I want my money to be transferred to my account. When I called on the myntra customer care no. they said that there is no pending returns. The total amount is Rs.1967.00. I just want my money to be transferred to my bank account from myntra cashback.

                      Myntra.com is totally a fraud site. They will take your order online with the payments for Tshirts and then they will not do any communications.

                      I have placed order for 2 T shirts on March 25,2011 and made the payment of INR 798.00 only and I was searching these T shirts since last 1.5 years so I booked immediately. There was neither shipment nor any call/communication till April 06,2011, then I called them in late night on April 06,2011 and came to know that there is no stock for these T shirts. So If you will call them they will say that these t shirts are not in stock very easily ignoring the customer. I m putting screen shot of my order for your reference.
                      I would not recommend to use this site to place any type of order as I experienced the worst online site to place the T shirts order.
                      I am enclosing the screenshot of my order which I have taken on April 06,2011 before calling them and its still showing "Being Processed."

                      They are not bother about their relationship or customer ethics, its very easy to them to say that this product is not in stock, we will refund your money.

                      Please DO NOT USE this site to place any order. This is the biggest fraud site here in India.

                      After putting this complaint on site and my subsequent discussion with Myntra.com in call center, I received a personal call at me cell from Mr. Chirag Bhuva VP-Customer Connect. He understood my problem very patiently and provided me the solution at the same time.

                      I am thankful to Mr. Chirag and Myntra.com team to provide me the same T-shirts which I ordered even though out of stock showing on site. I received these T- shirts with in 48 Hrs time after Mr. Chirag's call.

                        Based out of Bangalore myntra.com is an online shopping website , we had place an oder for the shoe ( addidas , mens runner shoe , size 9, on 23rd of march 2011, this shoe was available online in stock, after successful payment received by the company they refused for the stock availability, in turn they have asked us more amount for other model of the shoe , for this transaction payment was done on 28th after redemption of the coupon and the additional amount the total amount was 1995, which was paid through icici online payment gateway, merchant site vetor e commerce pvt ltd , they had promised that order will reach within 7 working days , Now they say the order is not in stock

                        This is clear case case of Forgery

                          Iam Sharath Chandra from Hyderabad, i ordered US Polo Assn Sandals from Myntra and availed discount through one of their coupons..From the time i placed an order until i received it..the service provided by myntra was excellent..compared with other onlinestores the service rendered by Myntra is the best, i can rate it along side FLIPKART.com. both these are not using any 3PL any more they have got their own logisitics..and the response i get from the delivery execs was also very prompt..and courteous..

                          believe me, i have purchased goods from other online websites also(espcially boasting to be one of the biggest stores in india) where i had a terrible time for 2-3 weeks first the goods sent were both used and wrong products and i had to visit their stores in GVK mall Hyderabad personally and had the product returned..during the entire process i called this company more than 15 times and sent them an e-mails but in vain..also they use the services of ARAMEX courier for this..of the entire online purchases the worst/filthiest i experienced was this courier..pathetic response you get for your queries always..they will have to do a lot to improve their services...

                          Experiences may vary..mine was this and just wanted to share it with you people.after all we are the consumers who have the right to get the correct product on ontime..to justify the money we spend..

                          I ordered shoes from myntra and got bluedart trackng number : [protected] but every time I enter it in their site they show it is not valid . Please help.
                          Iam ghizala, when i was doing the selection of the saree(viva and diva saree) from jabong at that time the price was shown was Rs.750 after wards i had added the product in bag and gone for purchasing, suddenly they had change the price within a day and made it Rs.1450. As being a good brand they are simply cheated customer.
                          Everyone having different experience, i am posting this to share my experience with you as many of you may had same experience.
                          I ordered a pink ladies kurtha, but received news daily and a used cloth.I suggest everyone to open the parcel and see the item inside it. I tried to explain to them multiple times in proper english... response is very poor. horrible experience.

                          They delivered a wrong product and now they are neither returning it nor exchanging.Instead of a calvin klein t shirt worth rupees 2300 I got an unknown cheap brand's t shirt.poor service n fake site

                            In the age of outsorucing big fishes like ’Blue Dart + Myntra’ also outsourcing their delivery business to irresponsible delivery companies such as ’Rawat Enterprise’ and they simple
                            ’Return the product’!!!!

                            The address given by you is your native place and where my parents are staying since 1982. How you feel, if some courier company says that the address is incorrect. CAN NOT BELEIVE.

                            While placing the order ’Myntra’ asked the whole history, like complete shipping address, number, billing address and the number in case of issue. I have given all the numbers like contact number of shipping address, my contact number but I was not knowing that phone calls are so costly that MYNTRA and BLUE DART cannot effort it.

                            However, my experience with MYNTRA was very very bad. Since Myntra took the money from me and didn’t deliver the product at ALL

                            Your one has even been shipped. My order has never been shipped and did not arrive at all. And they were not even ready to listen me, when I called their customer service. They simply said sir, we can not do anything in such case and when I asked to talk to their supervisor they simply hanged up.

                            It appears that Myntra's objective is to be '100 %' customer satisfaction so they join the hands with many online review website to take the appropriate action on the customer dissatisfaction.

                            In my case, after the regress follow-up with myntra and blue dart the product has been delivered. The Myntra also refund the shipping charges of Rs 50 towards the compensation.

                            I am looking forward to use Myntra in future with the hope that Myntra will fulfill the promise given to me. I am going to try Myntra surely to conclude on the recent change in the Myntra object. Did they really improved the service or it is just a post-facto action to satisfy the customer?

                              i have ordered a jersy online in myntra's website on 30th of march which costs 500 rs. after discount & shipping charges it costs me rs 482.once i have placed my order it showed some server error and asked me to reorder the product.i then mailed the myntra customer service again.they mailed me back stating that that the transaction was not yet done & asked to reorder the jersy.so i re -ordered the same jersy on 31st march and again the same error appeared.i mailed back to myntra customer service immediately stating the problem.they replied me back stating that "probably there might be some problem with the server ,the transaction has not yet been done..try to re-order again or pay the money through check".
                              i checked my balance the next day and got my bank passbook updated & found that rs 482 has been deducted twice (on 30th & 31st of march) from my account..i then again mailed back myntra about this.then they said that only one transaction has been done & shipped me the jersy.

                              I have placed an order on 23.12.10 and its a designed t-shirt for my new year eve. They have promised it will be delivered on 28.12.10 but till today it has not been manufactured. Their customer call numbers are not responded. They suck!!!

                              Bought a flip flop of ESTD 1977 brand and within 2 days i see wear out of color of the flipflops. ESTD1977 is a reputed brand which is hand made leather then how does color goes of in 2days.. Not satisfied with the product
                              I have ordered saree on black colour but I received the wrong product a poor quality yellow colour saree. During the time of delievery the product came to my home but during the return they told me to self ship plz solve the problem. Otherwise give the money as myntra credit soon.                               31 product was delivered to me after that put request for return on 6th which was pickup successful on 8th then return got rejected in quality check
                              I had ordered a track pant but received a low quality t shirt, now after discussing with them for a week, they are saying they will not replace or refund the product. I mean what a approach this is.

                                This regarding not keeping the delivery timelines for item which was suppose to get deliver within same city,

                                And because of this delay in delivery of items we have lost a big deal which is a loss to our business.

                                If a company like Blue dart is not concerned about the delivery timeline Im scared if anyone would ever like to have business relation with this company.

                                i ordered a product from myntra.they said that it would be delivered before 27th.but they didnt.called them 2 times, they said that it would be delivered.still it isnt delivered
