I ordered bag from myntra but i returned it on 2 nd april but i am not getting refund

I received damage product from Myntra. I request for return and refund, but they give me the date for return pickup and nobody come to pick my product. This is my fourth time i am sending return request but same thing happened with me they cancel my pickup. Even though I called customer care and they resolved my issue still my pickup is not done yet. Why should I bear the cost of damage product. Horrible experience and poor service, poor communication.

We have ordered all about you sarees from Myntra from [protected] contact number, and the saree doesn't have tag when we have received it and due to the product quality and no tag we have immediately requested for return and yet the pickup is not done, what kind of service and quality Myntra provide, i never want to use this Myntra app and i want to recommend my contacts also never to use the Myntra. Please check this concern and the saree was tagless, no tag on it and low quality second hand product. Please pick it up immediately.

The shoe delivered to me by Myntra looked used. I placed a return request a few hours after the shoe was delivered. Myntra rejected the return request claiming I used the shoe. I have not used the shoe and I want a refund

My Myntra Order ID # 1200713 [protected]. I placed a order of headset and it should be delivered on 5 April, 2022. I didn't get the delivery but it was marked as delivered. I didn't get any call from the delivery agent. I did not have num of the agent too. I raised a complaint and they resolved it as delivered. I want to know details who delivered it? Whom did they deliver? Did they ask the pin? What the hell is wrong with the people. It is postpaid so you don't care whether customers received it or not.

I placed an order with myntra.com and they delivered me the wrong product which was immediately returned by me. I received a mail and confirmation that my amount of refund which id Rs. 1150/- has been credited to my debit card on 19.03.2022 and the same will be reflected to my account within 10 days. The reference id provided by them was 75503722079014267211431 for the said refund. I have not received any amount and when I contacted with my concerned bank which is SBI, the bank manager told me that the reference number provided by myntra.com is of no use for tracing the refund transaction and asked for a valid transaction number to trace the refund amount. When again I contacted myntra.com they forwarded me the same email again with the above quoted reference number which has been twice submitted by me to my bank customer care and no such amount has been reflected in bank account till date. Myntra.com is not providing correct reference number or there has been no refund initiated or transferred by them otherwise it would have been traced by the bank.

I bought park avenue blue suit from Myntra website, which was delivered on 30th of march, returned on 31st. They said they have initiated the refund amount on the same day. But haven't recieved refund till now after 6 days. They are not giving any response. The amount is 4364₹

I have return one parcel but the refund is still not processed I have been calling them they are not reverting back they are not giving my refund of Rs 1767

Myntra send me a old looking dress so I have put a return request but they have earlier declined saying that product is used and later saying that the product doesn’t have tags but in real firstly the product was looking old so I have even not worn the product for trial and secondly all the tags are intact in the product and now they are not returning the product

I had orders many items on myntra and due to size issue I created return of 5 products but at the time of pickup, the agent had put false remarks due to which all of them have been put on hold. The products are in perfectly fine condition and tags are intact. Myntra is doing scam with customers and forcing them to keep the products by putting false remarks and after escalating the issue, they are giving the same response like a robot. Please help me in getting my refund back which is amounting to Rs.5000 approx.

I had purchased purse of forever brand for rs1500. I had received the wrong product, had registered the complaint on 31st march but till date there is no information. It was mentioned that within 72hrs complaint will be verified and product would be picked up by 6th april. But now the date has extended to 9th while there is no information about the verification. Cc agents are pathetic and do not understand the issue.

I had returned my jeans through order id #[protected] worth Rs 1289 on 24 March 2022. But till date I hadn't received my refund amount . On making complaint at there app, They are not giving proper response and making my ticket close. Please help in this regards

I purchased this product form myntra. The product description mentioned this product can be exchanged or returned within 30 days. After receiving the product the product had a different colour which which myntra said will vary form the colour on the website. I placed a request to return the product as the size was too small and I wasn't able to exchange the product as myntra did not to have the next size available. To my surprise the myntra guy refused to collect the order as he demanded the product should match the colour on the website, this is after myntra says they will send the a colour that will vary. After calling myntra the myntra executive said the product is non returnable even when it is clearly written on the the website that this very product has an easy 30 days return and exchange.
I was very upset and rightly so I could not believe that i was cheated by myntra and lied at my face by myntra executives that the product cannot be returned even when myntra has clearly written that the product is returnable.
I would like myntra to take the product back and refund my money as they have mentioned on their website that the product is returnable as that is why I bought the product in the first place, if not I would not purchase any product.

I ordered for truffle Tie up heels and i received one piece of what I ordered and one piece of different design sandals. I request for return the delivery guy didn’t take it as verification was shown to him I contacted the customer care they raised an investigation and they’re telling me correct product was sent from their warehouse they’ve seen the recording and asked the courier service too. I want my refund Myntra this is just not done how can you cheat people sending wrong products and not accepting returns and telling correct product was sent based on donno what evidence which they’re not ready to show us

Delivery Boy And Myntra Team is Claiming That The Product They Delivered To Me Was Unused But I Am Claiming That the Product Was Used. Because I Didn't Use The Product. Myntra Declined to accept the product they are not thinking about Customer satisfaction. I want to apeal to Myntra and Customer Support Forum To Investigate This Issue And Send Delivery Boy Again For Quality Check. And Initially pickup the product and refund to me.

I have purchased 5 sarees from Myntra and i recieved one of them that is vastranand saree costs 1760 rupees. And the saree we received is torned and defective saree which is second hand product or used product. Is this the way to cheat with customer, i would like to never buy or use Myntra in lifetime, and i recommend the same to my contacts also

I ordered one oversized H & M T-shirt from myntra.com but size didn't fit me.
So I exchanged that T-shirt for a smaller size, but that T-shirt also didn't fit me
So I made a return request. And myntra now is saying no delivery guy is available in my area to take the product.
And I also cant exchange that product for another product.I tried to call customer care and that computer voice woman said they will call me after 5 minutes but now its been two days they havn't called me yet.

I need to return my order.but I'm unable to see my old orders.

I have ordered a Noise Colorfit Pro2 smartwatch with Order ID # 1200442 [protected] on 29/03/2022 and delivered on 01/04/2022 at 12 PM.
When I opened the package it was empty and the product is not there in the package. I am fully disappointed with Myntra's order and I want the product and if not possible then I want my money back.
