      I ordered one top from Myntra, and as I did not liked the material when I received it I scheduled a return. My product was picked up and then the return was not accepted I was told that the top looked old and used.
      I did not even use the top I checked the material and scheduled the return, I gave back the package as I received it with the tags, poly packaging as well as the main packaging.
      They sent it back in a small poly bag which was not even sealed and the top was wrinkled..
      I reached out to them multiple times and I did not get any resolution, the executives were even difficult to talk to and reluctant to even answer my queries.

        I ordered Woodland shoes 11 days over but product not delivered

        Woodland Men Olive Green Solid Mid-Top Leather Shoes.
        Every time they write "product will be delivered today"
        after that 'product delivered failed'
        What would I do?

          Levis Casual shirt from Myntra was delivered to me on 13th Feb 2022. I created return request on the same day due to size and quality issue. Next i got call from delivery executive and he asked for bribe(500rs) to pick the product. I declined to give bribe and complaint to Myntra. After complain there were around 30 returns (all declined without calling me) and 15-20 complains (all resolved without informing me) registered but there were no positive response from there side.
          Myntra waisted my lot of time and money for this product.

            I had purchased a top (Order ID # 1201888 [protected]) from myntra some days back and they sent it in a totally different color and design. I placed an exchange request for it. The delivery guy came on 24th APR 2022 and refused to take the product saying this is a different product and he doesn't have some approval mail to collect this from myntra. I told him I had requested exchange as wrong product was delivered to me so why any more approval is required. He put my order status ON HOLD and reason as did not pass quality check and that the tags on the product are missing . I have all the tags with original packaging and bills still this wrong status is updated and now i'm unable to contact customer service for this and neither able to cancel the order . Please help me get either the right product or the refund for this.

                Website: They send me product without price tag and now i want to return my product then they refuse return by giving missing price tag.

                I ordered nike man black shoes from myntra but i received product without price tag and when I returned them then they rejected the return request by giving price tag missing excuse. They are doing cheat to a customer and mentally harass to me.

                  Regarding receiving fake Levis jeans

                  Today I received Levis jeans which I ordered on myntra. It was fake Levis jeans, I was eagerly waiting for jeans but I had not accepted that I could receive fake Levis jeans as myntra guarantees for the original product....

                  I am using myntra from past few years and never got a problem in returning but this time myntra is saying return pickup is not available at your pincode. Although exchange is possible, why this inconvenience to customer. I am a good regular customer but due to this poor service experience, i think i have to find a substitute of myntra.

                    I had issued a product return for a Kurta on 22 Apr. I received a confirmation that it was accepted the and the pick up was shown for the same day. It's been 3 days since but no one has come for the pick up and no updates are provided regarding the same whatsoever. I've raised the issue with their help center but they keep copy pasting their replies and provide no solution to the problem. The product status still shows that the pick up was scheduled for 22 Apr. They haven't even assigned any delivery agent for the pick up yet. I had returned other products during this time frame as well and I had no issues with their processing. Only for this item I have received no updates and I would like to raise a complaint regarding their poor customer service management.

                        Serial number on the product is not matching

                        I bought a shirt from hnm from myntra..the quality was bad.. So i placed a return request. And when the delivery boy came to pick up.. The serial number on the product was not there or was not provided.. Tried every possible number on the tag.. But it was not succesfull..please do something about it at the earliest.. It was my first order from myntra.. And such a bad experience.. Fist it as soon as possible please......

                        On 24th March, I ordered trase woman black solid block heels. I recieved the wrong product, I recieved them in red colour. I applied for the return request, they said the pickup will be done in 3-4business days . After re-applying 3-4 for the return request and sending multiple emails to Myntra the pickup guy showed up today(24th April ) after 25days. I gave him the product, after 3-4hours he came to my house and handed me the heel sandals . Even after applying multiply return requests, he handed me the sandles asking me to cancle my return request and do it again .on the app it was showing your pickup will be done in 3-4days, I have been waiting for the return for over 25days now. Myntra kept me on waiting .it's almost been a month and I want my refund.

                              Your logistic partner delivered me WROGN WHITE JEANS on 18th April. The jeans I received was of poor quality. I asked for a return even without trying, all labels/tags intact with Issue mentioned Used Product Delivered as while checking jeans material i noticed few stains on pocket side & back area as it is in white colour they are clearly visible so I immediately placed the return request. The pickup was schedule next day & this issue I also told to delivery boy but he refused to take back the jeans & want me to have approval from your side first. I called the customer care service several times and despite their assurance that my product would be picked up again and refund would be made as the quality check is done manually and there could be some error from their side, I received no help from @Myntra. Really disappointed with their behaviour and such an experience.I want my refund as early as possible.

                                Hi. My request was rejected by Myntra. I ordered white shoes from kook n keech via Myntra. When I received the product the product was not up to the mark, the quality I was expecting was not there. So I applied for the return on the same day within 2 to 3 hours, the the product quality was as it is it came with and all the tags were intact, and in the same packaging it came with.
                                But when the delivery guy came he denied to take the return stating it did not pass the quality check and you can contact the customer care for the same.
                                When I contacted the customer care they put my return on hold and then came with the reason that the product did not pass the quality check without stating any reason that why it did not passed quality check.

                                So I applied for the return again. This time when the delivery guy came he accepted the product and took it with him. And the Myntra stated that they will refund the amount after the product passes the quality check. But within one day they gave me a notification that the product did not pass the quality check and they are reshipping the product .

                                Now when I am trying to contact the customer care and Myntra they are not even giving me any option to contact them for the same product and my issue.

                                Very disheartening that the seller has sended a very bad quality of product and now they are not even accepting the return.
                                Also the Myntra is not giving any option to contact the customer care to resolve the issue of this product.

                                I want my refund back as I am very much sure that the product was not used and I retured the product with the same quality with all the tags intach, I do not want to waste my money on such a bad quality of product.

                                They have reshipped the item, saying the shoes are stained a little.
                                Which was already there when i recieved it .

                                What i m suppose to do when the seller sended me a stained product, and now Myntra is putting it on me for an excuse as a failed quality check

                                  I had placed a combo order worth 11579 on 16th March, 2022 & made payment though MYNTRA CREDIT.
                                  17th March, 2022 the order was cancelled by me.
                                  Then I waited for my refunds. After few days I checked that I've received incomplete refunds.
                                  The total amount of refund received till date is 8893 and I have paid 11579. That means 2686 missing.
                                  I'm continuously connecting Myntra team since 1 month but they're not helping neither paying.

                                    My order number is 1202059 [protected].

                                    Order contains 6 items that are not delivered.

                                    I got a message that Package is out for delivery on 20th April 10:09 am. I did not get any call and product was not delivered.

                                    I got another message that it is delievered on 20th April 04:25 pm. I already raised a concern and the issue in myntra got closed saying that logistics team has deivered the package. Its clearly the case where delivery agent stole the package. Myntra should seriously look into this and resolve the issue. Myntra should track the location of delievery agent during the time to confirm whether the package has been delievred or not and take action.

                                    The same thing happened with me also. When, I contacted Myntra Customer Care rep, they are bluntantly saying 5 days have passed so, we can't help.

                                    Myntra should look into it. Myntra should track the location of delievery agent during the time to confirm whether the package has been delievred or not and take action.
