Hi Consumer Support Team,
On 1st Jan i had ordered myprotein whey isolate 1 kg of 2 quantity of amount in Rs. 6748.50 INR. Unfortunately i didn't get item/refund. I have contacted them many times(more than 10 times) but always i am getting their response like their finance team is investigating. They told it will take 5-10 working days in investigation, but its already been over twice. The Jan month is about to end so its almost a month. I am expecting whole refund or the same product. I have been provided bank statement. Kindly help.
