I AM A MEMBER OF MY RECHARGE SINCE APRIL22 ND MY ID NO[protected] BUT AFTER 22/11/2013 MY MY RECHARGE ACCOUNT IS NOT OPEN I CONTACT TO COSTUMER CARE SEVERAL TIME AND GET PASSWORD AND THEY GIVE NEW PASSWORD AND ADVISED FOR CLEAR THE HISTORY OF YO UR LAPTOP AND AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPS NEAR ABOUT 50/- TO 60/- RUPEES IS EXPEND IN PHONE WITH CASUMER CARE BEFORE 4 DAYS THEY CANT PICK MY PHONE AND ALWAYS ANGAGE BUT MY PHONE BILL IS DEDUCTED IN EVERY CALL AT LAST I STOP THE RINGING AFTER OF MY BALANCE NOW I WANT TO TAKE NECESSARY ACTION AGAINST THE COMPANY FOR SUCH TYPE OF HURUSMENT AND WHICHI I DEPSITE RS1800/- AS MEMBER SHIP IS RETURN AFTER DEDUCTING THE MONEY WHICH I GET RECHARGE I.E.RS500/-(400/- FOR RECHARGE AND RS.100/- FOR CHANGE OF PHONE NUMBER.
