I ordered tempered glass for my mobile Yureka Black in myscreenguard.com on 27th July. My order I'd is #75772. They delivered me a product on 31th July. They sent me a wrong product. It doesn't suits for my mobile. So I registered a complaint against that and asked to refund my amount on 31st July itself. My return I'd is #1916. They asked me to sent the pictures of it. And I sent the pictures on 1st August. After that I haven't received any response from their side. I have sent more than 15 mail's but didn't replied yet. Please help me to get my money back. Yes you are absolutely right. This is fraud company and cheating customers. This company must be banned but government is not taking any strict legal action. Below is wrong return address and number provided on parcel.
