[Resolved] Myscreenguard.com — no response from website and order is still in processed state for more than a week | |||||
I bought a screen guard for nokia 6 from myscreenguard.com which they asked us to pay the amount in advance by online payment and the product seems be in processed state from the date of placing the order. I've sent many mails to them regarding the details for the product transit but they hadn't replied. The order was placed on september 3 2018 and the amount was 100.90 was paid in advance using payumoney gateway and the details are as follows.. Order ID Order Status Date Added No. of Products Customer Total #104523 Processed 03/09/2018 1 Kamal V Rs.100.9 please provide me the product or refund my amount.
