I had purchased a back cover for a samsung phone from this fraudulent website on the 14th of march and even paid extra for express next day delivery.
It has been more than 15 days now and forget receiving my product, but i am yet to even receive any kind of confirmation about my purchase.
The website has no helpline number and the chat facility that is available is a complete sham with nobody ever attending the same.
Moreover and upon researching online i found loads of instances where other consumers too have raised this same complaint of never receiving their goods from this scam of a website.
This is completely unacceptable in today's day and age and in a country like india.
I urge the consumer forum to take strict action against this obviously fraudulent seller and take them to task.
I expect to be refunded and also see this sham of a website taken down.
