Fantasy Sports Complaint Jaipur Rajasthan I have win Rs.160000 approx on 28 th apr18 . in www.MyTeam11.in website after deduction of Govt tax 30.9 percent it was credited in myteam11 Account Rs.111847/- and i withdraw to my saving account on 29 th april of Rs.60000/- But still not received money on my account. and now they cheat with me and blocked my teaam11 id. When I was contact customer care. They are saying your account is on hold. When I am asking why . They are saying you have another MYTeam11 account that the reason your account is on hold. I was told them when I was win on 28th apr18. then on 1st of may18 my wife create account on her phone to play the same. then they are saying this is our violation policy. now they are cheat with me and dont want to give winning amount. They have cheat with many people they are take people Pan Number and they pay winning tax amount in people pan Number but they not transfer winning amount to people. They are saying we will not give you any thing you can complaint where ever you want. if complaint comes to us then we will look into it. i have compliant on PG Portal in many Department but that company is not listed. Please help me to get money on my account.
