Why my account is suspended when I try to withdraw money

No reason but account suspend please help to get back the account please

I recently got suspended I don't know why but before suspended I added my brothers myteam11 bank account to my account and after that my account is suspended they are saying it's a ristricted area but without any information they are accepting my payment until I won a contest they banned me please make my account unban atleast make me once to login into account to make my with draw my team 11 mail id :[protected]@gmail.com

This my team 11 has banned mine and my other two friends account saying that we are playing multiple accounts.We three have verified profiles and we used same device for 2 days since we were out of station for saving mobile charge.There is a law in my team 11 that verified profiles can use same devices. Later we planed to play with one another as a competition.One of our friend is an expert and simply created team with no playing players which we others don't know.Later after matches only we know. We three didn't think this as series later we created private contest and played but suddenly we saw out accounts were banned and these my team11 members don't give proper reasons for it. Please resolve this issue.
Their way of logics:-
1.Users can't play with known players.Then why are they creating private contests.
2.If oponent simply creates waste team you will be banned.

Totally we three got 1.9 lakhs scam.

My money not come plese send to 1000 rupees ihave complaint police and cbi ok please send to 1000 ok my money come to few minutes ok I call the police

I withdraw 10000k and in myteam poker account I have around 4.5k they just blocked my account. I send them email in reply they says you are playing with known people.

PAN card has been registered by some wrong person. So request you to please my PAN card removed from this email id. Check my name as updated my pan card and check email id person name who use my pan card. You are running these apps to fool people and cheat them. Please help otherwise i have to close my account or report against myteam11.

On Dec 28th 2020

1. while I was playing my team poker I added 1k to my account later while playing in table I added 666 rs I lost all after that i tried to add 333 rs due to wallet error 333 rs erased from my account I raised a complaint immediately I sent email from register gmail

2. Again I added money and started playing again 649 rs erased while joining table due to their table error again I sent email

So after sending message to customer support they said
We are working on your issue we we will resolve soon .. then up to Jan 03 rd they did said same ...

Then finally they asked me table id, after that i started searching table id ..there was no id on that date ..everything was fresh ...After sending email after registering complaint they said we will solve when it reached 5 to 6 days they asked table id ...why they are not asked me table id when I suddenly sent email and chat requested ...still they are said we will solve ...

On Jan 03 I added only 12rs to account and won up to 215 rs in poker ...suddenly they suspended my account..

Why they are cheating very cheaply ...I have not done anything...I was regular player but they cheated me...

Now the proof chats they sent in app due to suspension they are not available

Sir help me to withdraw my winning amount in myteam11 fantasy site.
They are holding my withdrawl request again and again and giving diffrent diffrent reasons. They do not want to give me my winning amount without any reason. Whenever i talked them about to process my withdraw they told me "your details are being checked. So as of now i realise that they will not give my winnings. So sir please help me to process my withdrawl requests because i had nothing done wrong. It is very important for me because i had borrowed the deposited amount almost 25000 and my winnings are about 40000.
Now i have nothing to give that person from which i borrowed that money.
Please sir help me because the situation is now very serious. If they will not give my money then i will have to commit suicide (Only one option for me)

Cricket match mcc tour of pakistan match mcc vs nr 17/02/2020. One player will be absent. This is safe mode game but player was absent so i lost the match. Last time same mcc match abonded, so many players absent, but this time one player absent so i call customer care tell the isseue cancel the match but not responce my call and mail also. The customer care says worthless.

Batsman h ali present so i am choose select vice captain, but match start h ali was absent. So refund my entry money 875 rupees..

Only 9 players among the 11 players are shown in playing 11 of jpfc. So i couldn't select people according to that. So i couldn't choose according to my wish. I wanted to select f. D. G. Serrano to my team but i couldn't do it because of your technical issue. So i want my joining fee back and if he played well and if i missed the 1st prize, i want compensation.

My name is rinku kumari.
Recently i won rs 27500 on myteam 11 & then i requested them to transfer it to my bank account.
They deducted the amount from my team 11 account but did not transferred it to my bank account.
When i enquired about it, they replied that i have created two accounts on myteam11 which is not allowed as per them.
But the other account they claim belongs to my husband.
We have 2 separate account and submitted all identity proofs, pan, bank account separate for each account. When i called them they are saying because you use same device for login with your and your wife account it is considered as multiple account. Actually they are cheating with us and our winning money they are using for their purpose. Kindly look into that.

Not received winning money of 4 thousand 300rs.Every time you call them they will be ready to give new theory of why money not transferred to my account.
The reason was I have to change my bank account, I could not understand when I can deposit money from same account they don't have any issue, when they have to transfer amount to that account they have an issue.why the government not taking any steps against these unfair online gaming.

While in other account my mother has given her own pan card and bank account.
Sir, how they can claim that two different accounts on team 11 with two different emails, different bank account, two different pan cards belongs to one person.

I have been using myteam11 from past two years, they always accept my deposit and allowed me to play. Till i win some amount.

Now i have won 12000 in my account. When i request to withdraw that amount they told me that you have used multiple account and it is considered as fair play violation.

Actually me and my friends are playing. We all are verified all our documents and bank details with them to clarification to prove we were multiple users.

Still they don't credited the amount. But in my myteam11 account it shows payment approved.

Now they told we won't give any of the money including my deposit amount.

In case of fair play violation why they allowed us to deposit the amount and play to win.

It seems that they have created this platform to cheat the users in a professional manner.

Government has to stop this kind of platform who tends to cheat the users.

My final hope is with consumer complaints.

Do the needful.

Dear sir,

I won the 1st prize on 17/04/2019 (Ipl match between chennai vs hyderabad).
Winning amount supposed to transferred to bank next working day. I keep calling customer care, there response was worst. Initially they told me end of the day you will get the amount, after that they told me call back. They never call back. Again more than hundred attempt i got connected with customer care agent.
Next day they told will do video call. Never called back. Again i did same exercise after the so many reminder they made the video call. They conducted test (It was more than cat, mat exams). I thought everything is finished, winning amount will come to my bank account.

Now they created new drama. Your account is suspended due to violation of policy. I have been playing the my team 11 long ago. I have done more than 50 withdrawals (All are small amount less than 2000). It means if you won the good amount of money than policy violation.

Iam honestly requesting you to kindly get my winning amount (91, 000)

Post match started my team 11 abandoned the match without any notice and called the CUSTOMER CARE they are saying server issue due to that match is abandoned. Today i was lucky day for me so i thought i will win match but instead of that ###T excuse they are giving and i found some phishy work going on internally.. They have 2 option to play regular and safe i created 18 team four different contest under safe games and they pissed of our happiness and also they are saying regular server has no issue. Which is again a big cheating i feel same company how is it possible one is working and other is not. My details are below
