ON 11 JUNE I WAS GOING TO BOOK A TICKET FROM NEW DELHI TO KUWAIT URL (https://in.mytrip.com/) Money duducted but ticket not booked i call my trip customer service of mytrip they told we didnot get amount,
they sends me a message (Hello AMARE ALAM! We were unable to confirm your payment so your booking has not been processed. We have not taken any money from your account. Best regards, Mytrip)
than i called bank they told you will get refund in 5 working days .but after 20 days passed i didnot get any refund.
please help me to refund my amount.
