Mytrip — No response for cancellation or changing my booking

I have booked the flight from chandigarh to delhi on 5th April 2022 and return on 10th april. Order number is LJEF78. The totak amount paid was Rs 9, 433‬ which also included the flexible ticket and covid 19 insurance. No PNR was shared by them.

I wanted to change the dates for my return since I have flexible ticket but after writing emails and trying to reach out to them by customer care number as well, I am not able to get any response from them. I have checked and found that many people have faced this kind of issue with thi site where nobody gives any response.

I have again tried now to cancel my booking but have not received any confirmation still. I need my refund back and also please help in blacklisting this website so no other person can be fooled.
