The travel company is not providing a refund of Rs.10, 827 for canceled tickets, it's past 20 days after cancellation. The airline company Vistara has already sanctioned the full amount for a refund. The travel company 'mytrip' is not attending to my query or providing any solutions for my problem. Their team has even generated the refund application till today(5/3/22). I have to call the customer care services and wait 30 mins in queue and still after speaking with agents I don't get any solution just fake promises to get a call back with one hour. The mytrip company is going to deduct an amount of rs.2500 from refund as convenience charges, when they are not providing any services to me. I have to call Vistara as well as mytrip company to check my refund status. I don't want to pay any convenience charges to mytrip company, as they have not provided any services and are wasting my time for getting refund. Was this information helpful? |
