Mytrip — Refund not received

I have booked a flight from Delhi to Mumbai for 13 January 2022 by mytrip.com on November 12, 2021.

aforesaid flight has been canceled by Vistara. Vistara has also informed me that you will receive the full amount. Vistara has also confirmed to me that we have intimated to mytrip.com for proceeding of full refund.

Still, I have not received the amount of Rs. 4633.
