N. A. — cats menace

Dear sir,

I am a resident of c-ward, mumbai-400 002 at mangaldas bldg no.6, 4th floor, room no.425, 20 kitchen garden (Near mangaldas market).
In our building, there are stray cats making it difficult for us to live because of the nuisance made by the them. They are defecating and urinating everywhere and creating howling by loud sounds the whole night..
You are requested to look into the matter and take immediate actions to
Stop this cats' menace.
