[Resolved]  N. A. — Passholders acquiring unreserved seats

For Trains between Mumbai/Pune and visa versa.
1)Passholders aquire seats in unreserved compartment other than the pass holders bogiee.
2)when a passenger having ticket travels in passholders bogiee Fine of Rs.200/300 is lavied on them.
3)Similarly when passholder travels in unreserved bogiee other than ment for passholders they should also be fined.
4)passholders when ever they travel they donot have any curtosie for elderly people/women /children and they are in group/even the ticket checkers donot take any action against them,saying that most of them are Railway employess.Are the Railways for the general Public or is it for there Employees Only??
TICKETING:
people who hve to travel on current ticket on Deccan queen get their tickets at the ticketing window after the train has left.
Reasons:
1) There are only 2 ticketing windows at Pune Station,most of the ticketing is done by Railway policeman on giving the sum for the service rendered.
2)Formerly for short Time Unreserved tickets were given 3 days in advance even for Pune/Mumbai and visa versa.
3)Suddenly this is been STOPPED saying that the distance is less than 200 km.

Sir, I have repeatedly raised the above 2 Complains to the Railway Ministry Grievence cell,where the say that its for the Central Railway to take quick action.
BUT TILL DATE THE SITUATION HAS REMAINED UNCHANGED.
