[Resolved]  N-Tech — asking to pay penalty

I got a call from a company named n-tech and they told the details. They asked me to write a name in paper and take a photo and sent to them. That they have added in signature of confirmation. I didn't even start to work with them. They have asked to complete the captcha within 10 days. But after seeing the site i found it as fraud and did not start to work with them. But now i got a mail and call from them to pay the penalty amount or they will sent me to police or meet in the court. So kindly let me out from this problem and have no money to pay.
