Order no. 24714657 Product: datawind calling tablet Name: chalton lowden Product delivered on: 18 july 2016 Product replaced on: 01 august 2016 They delivered a dead product after replacement. So as per procedure i called their customer care number, and guess what they tell me to get some letter from the product service centre to replace that product. I am busy man, so i told him to refund my amount. He argued saying that we do not have such procedure of refund. But on the tv add they keep shouting that "agar product se aap santusht na hove, toh aapke paisa wapas ki gauranttee". So as usual he hung up the call (Disconnected the phone without helping me, the customer). Now i have the recordings and i am on my way to file a complaint at the consumer complaint head office in my city bhavnagar gujarat. So all my indian bhai and behens, do not get carried away by their sales tv advertisements, because all they know is to any how sell their dull products to fools, and never pay their money back or give proper satisfactory customer service.
