Naaptol Lucky Draw Scam — My personal details are not safe with shopping websites

I got a letter from naaptol stating that on occassion of their 12th anniversary they have been sending prizes to lucky customers.Alongwith the letter i got a scratch card scratching which said i got rs 750000 prize and i need to pay tax first.
