I had ordered a pressure cooker set at naaptol on 24/05/2019 and the delivered item was damaged and i had contacted customer care and tey said the return will be done within a week but after 2 weeks they called me and said they will not be able to take return and will not be able refund the cash ( registered number : [protected]) I need my cash back or i need a new product Was this information helpful? | |||||

I shopped for a sewing machine from naaptol online but it did not work even on the first day when I tried to contact the customer care they said cant do anything about it but after months Got a letter by speed post along with a scratch card stating that I have win a cash prize and plz sms the six digit code on no [protected].
