Hello, I Basavaraj Harindal, customer of naptol online shopping. Reg. Mobile number [protected]. I got message from naaptol company (i.e. Dear custmer, Welcome to NAAPTOL company (home shopping) you win- 1st prize (Tata safari car) or amount Rs. 12, 60, 000.00 Registration service charge Rs 8, 600.00 on 05/02/2018 diposit for any bank, more details HELPLINE mo no.[protected], Toll free no. [protected]) Then I called helpline number and they sent account details (Jayram kumar a/c no.[protected] Sbin0001561 Sbi bank) Then I deposited registration service charge Rs 8, 600.00 after I called that helpline number but they did not answering. Please take my complaint and give me the solution with money back from that person. Please get me the solution soon. I attached photo copy of cash deposit slip below. If any customer is a winner of our campaign, we always show their name on our website also we send an acknowledgment mails to them.So this seems to be fraud call, would request you, not to transfer any amount.Be rest assured as we shall take an appropriate action against the same. i have received a sms from naaptol company regarding the lucky draw and i have won tata safari car. and even i have received a call frm some unknwn number saying about the lucky draw and tata safari car. they said us to pay 6550/- for registration. is this true call from naaptol or fake.???
