Order no: 63346478 Product does not switch on, when spoke to customer care, they say insert sim and switch it on. I mean we are not illiterates that we don’t understand how to turn a tablet on. When asked for refund, it seems they don’t have that in their policy. The customer care executives don’t know how to talk to customers. Don’t ever buy anything from naaptol.
