Sir Reference to order no stated above, this is to state that the order was cancelled on 27th december, 2018 and subsequently complaint regarding reversion of payment was lodged on 29th december, 2018. The payment was made through net banking. As on 11/01/2019 the payment has not been reverted despite numerous calls to the customer care. The usual reply "our technical/accounts department will revert back to you within 24 hours". No calls have been received regarding the complaint although is put "on priority".
