[Resolved] Naaptol Online Shopping — product by cod order[protected] for solar lantern is not working

Dear sir/madam,
Product through cod order[protected] for solar lantern of rs 399.00 has been delivered but it is not working even after charging in sun light and not worked then by charging plug also.
Therefore either replace with solar lantern in working condition or if working product is not available then refund my money.
