Last month my father order the slim sauna belt from naaptol and when we unpack the box and use the belt, the heating and the vibration of the belt is not working properly. So immediately i call the customer care for register my complain. But this company employees is like the pm of india. They are not ready to accept the product and after so many calls, they ready to pick the product but till date nobody is come. Please pack the complete product in travel worthy packaging. 2. Delhivery courier boy will come to pick the product at your door step within 3-4 working days. 3.
