[Resolved] Naaptol Online Shopping — received defective sarees returned the same for replacement | |||
Sir, I have ordered ( order no. 9919924 ) nine georgetted sarees the same was delivered by the blue dart courier service( AWB no.[protected]) with defect on 28.7.2014 and the same was returned back to the Blue dart courier service on the next day 29.7.2014 itself. Moreover i have spoken over phone to your one of your naaptol service team member. he has also accepted the defect and assured that he will send another set of the same sarees ordered yet (30/8/2014) i have not received the same. I have never experienced such a worst online shopping from your naaptol service, yet what is the action taken for my complaint order No.6698309, if no reply is received within three days i am sorry to say that i will proceed for legal proceedings under consumer protection Act, as i have already consulted my lawyer regarding this matter.
