I received a registered post to my house on 12th August 2023 from NAPTOL regarding redeem of gift coupon with scratch card. When scratched it shown 840, 000/- prize winner. I believed as usually purchase with NAPTOL. The letter said due to 14th Birthday celebration this prize redeem is going on. AS in the letter we contacted a person and he asked to share the details, i shared the he said that i will receive a mail from RBI as this is a gift prize regarding tax information and also to understand the geniuses. Received from an email [protected]@rbiindia.co.in informing about tax and to pay register charges of Rs.8400/- To check whether it is fake or not googled and got a website https://winnernaaptol.co.in/ which had contact numbers and getting connected said they are agent if you pay through us it is only Rs.2999/- and after payment you get money in the account within 3 minutes. They sent the bank details and i payed thro Gpay Rs.2999/- after payment they sent screenshot showing error uploading after 97% because of non payment of NOC charges which is 9200/- but i asked them why they have not informed this before but they only saying to pay this amount and redeem the money as in gift coupon. then i realized this is fake. said i do not want any gift and return the money they are saying this is non refundable. Their name and contact number Mr. Subacho +91 [protected] and Mr. Anil +91 [protected]. Kindly request to refund my money Rs.2999/- I understand this is a great blunder but due to my financial crisis my mind diverted and paid them.
