I ordered the above item and received on 19th Apri, 21 in the afternoon. Due to covid-19 we were busy with other related issues. Today morning (21.4.2021) we opened it to check if it's working. The juicer is not working at all( no juice is coming) and it's very delicate. The handle is not rotating once you put fruits. I immediately called your customer care number [protected] to complain about the product but the lady on the line told me that she can't help me because the varranty period is over. I want to return the product as it is not working as shown in the demo on TV and want a refund.
