I ordered the product on 2nd nov 2017 with order id: 41188892 and i got the same on 5th nov 2017. On 26th dec 2017 i went a picnic with my family and returned on 1st january 2018. During the trip 4 bags got damaged. The quality of the product that much worst. I then called the customer care number on 3rd january 2018 and i got a reply that with in 48 hrs an executive will contact me and do the necessary action. But till 6th january no support from your side i again called and the get the same reply. But this time they provide me the compliant number.[protected] and asked me to pack the product. I waited for the call from the executive. But no response. Then to now daily i called and yesterday they told that with in one hour the executive will surely contact me and collect the product and replace it with new one. But the same result happen. Today is 14th day that i am complaining. Kindly let me know what to do to replace the product. Was this information helpful? | |||||

We have purchased 7 bag from naaptol. It is too worst. you show something else & send torned bag.We want money refund otherwise we will complain in consumer court.

I am also going to do the same thing. I am going to file a complain in CBD Belapur consumer court. They are just scamming people. They are running a e commerce business but they don't have any payment gateway. It means they are doing it knowingly also just have a look to there refund policy. It will make you clear everything. Just log a complain in consumer court.
File a consumer case @ http://confonet.nic.in/default.htm. There are lot of complaint against Naaptol all over india. Naaptol fraudster founder Manu Agarwal 47 year old is a IIT guy, who sells basically road side platform quality products and brings to his studio & make a polished video with his brainless barking anchors.

The delivery boy asked me to pay Rs.1398/_(Rs.999+398)for the cost of product & delivery charge, but he did not give me the invoice copy at all . As soon as I took the delivery & opened the packet, I went shocked to see the poor stuff & useless colour of the product, immediately l asked the delivery boy to get it returned but he did not do so.
It is requested to arrange to return the product with the cost of delivery charge & or supply me PanipatKambal( blanquet) inliew of the same.Pl. confirm by return mail.

We buyed these 7 bags from naaptol 2-3 days ago and today they delivered it and those bags are completely different from the one which are shown . Worst quality. Bags are torn zips are not working properly, material is also completely different and when we are asking to return they are giving us voucher of 500 even though we don't want them also we are calling them but they are not talking properly
