The product shown on TV is totally different in size and quality. The dinner set of 81 pieces was the product. Not at all satisfied with quality. Glasses are stained once and looked like old steel material kept for years. Knieves given are of very bad quality. Spending 3000 for such pathetic product is just waste of money. When we called for returning of product customer care person Anita Das assured us of sending someone to collect it. But today they refused and sent us a message saying problem has been resolved successfully.such a poor quality and un educated people are working don't have telephonic ethics worst service I have ever been got it in such a poor experience.
