[Resolved] Naaptol — product quantity, quality and size are not same as shown in advertisement. | |||||
I ordered a product (43 pcs coloured stainless steel storage set) from naaptol after watching the advertisement on 10th october 2019 but the received product was short in quantity, broken and very small in size.in received order instead of receiving 43 pcs of storage set, i only received 20 storage set. I called customer care to request a refund in cash but they only provide bouche of the same amount. Since the company's advertisement is just a lie, i don't want to buy any product from them.
