Naaptol — They sell worst products at high prices and take the payment twice

Naaptol advertised a mini mixie saying it is sturdy and show all types of grains and chutneys being ground in it. Priced at 800, I orderd it with payment option as COD.
Though committed a delivery in 3 days I received the item after a week. The delivery guy showed a QR code for payment. I paid thro paytm app. It was taking time and the delivery guy said it failed and you will get it back later and asked to pay to his number. I paid 800 to his number. After an hour the paytm payment was also successful.
The worst part is when discussed with both naaptol as well as the delivery guy both asked to contact the other and it never got resolved. I have mentioned the complaint on their portal but nothing happened.
Further worst thing is after 3-4 days, when I called them, a guy from their customer services says that guarantee of the product is only for 48 hours and hence no refund will be given. He transferred the call to 3-4 guys and all of them talking irrelevant things other than the refund of the double payment made.
