Nadakacheri — money got deducted from account

When i make the payment, Payment status showing successful but not able to print the income certificate. Three times made the payment but not yet received certificate. When i selected print option in nadakacheri portal it iemps showing as not able to print the page/not payment failure. More than 3 attempts . can we have quick resolution on this

I have not yet got my income and caste certificate no RD[protected] It was applied in 14/09/18 but still not got the certificate

I payed two times money 25 rs in my bank account is debited but in nadakacheri website it's showing failed
