Nadakacheri — Regarding status of failed payment of online caste certificate application.

I had applied for caste and income certificate in Nadakacheri website end of the application process there we have to make payment of rs 25 /.I did payment using UPI but even though payment was successful it is still showing failed transaction in SBI pay page.After that page stopped working for me .It didn't let me login again.My ACK No is RD[protected] and my transaction ID in phonepe app is T2109221807502768240641.
