On october 29 2019 i bought an apple airpods form cout loot order id cl1504963 and order one more item from the same coutloot but after some item i realised they aren’t required any more so i cancelled the both the order but the coutloot is not canceling my order they are forcing me to but one of the product either they will not give the money back my 8500 rs are now stuck in the coutloot

Few days back I purchased book my show e-gift card at nafa.in, but still the order is in pending state. I contacted them several times, but I didn't get any respond from them. So finally today I made a complaint against them.
