I purchased a caratelane giftcard from nafa.in worth 5000 and still didn't receive it.
I ordered the gift card on 19 feb 2020 and the order id is # 87728.
I want to request full refund of my money.
I have dropped the [protected]@nafa.in multiple emails and have not heard back once. I have with me the complaint number which was auto generated

Hi there,

I have placed 2 order on nafa.in to purchase gift card on 30/11/2019 for myntra gift coupon but till date i haven't received the same.
I have dropped many emails to the support mail id mentioned there but haven't received any reply from them.
The status is still showing as pending for delivery. At the same time they promises that it will be delivered instantly. Order contains 3 gift cards - 2 (100 rs gift card) and 1 (500rs gift card).

Please help me with this complaint

I had purchased a Nykaa e-gift card (of value Rs. 1000) for Rs. 990 from the online site nafa.in on 1st January, 2020 at 00:27 hours.
The transaction was successful and the transaction was done through the PayU portal. The transaction ID is[protected]. The order was successful and I received an email stating that the e-gift card would be delivered within 24 hours. But as of now i.e., 5th January, 2020, the order status still says "Pending for delivery". Make note that though the order was placed on 01.01.2020, the order page on the nafa.in website for some reason shows that the order was placed on 31.12.2019.
Nonetheless, there is no other way to contact them except on their support email which is [protected]@nafa.in. I have sent multiple emails in order to know the status of the order but have not got any reply.
On further searching, I found another support platform to lodge a complaint. The website is nafa.freshdesk.com/support/home.
I have lodged two complaints namely ticket numbers 2268 and 2271 there and I was promised a reply within 24 hours. But there has been no response from their end.
Kindly look into the matter and I hope I will get a satisfactory resolution soon.
I have attached proof of the payment, the order and my complaint registration confirmations along with this complaint.

I purchased a woohoo voucher of worth 500/-. They mention the voucher as instant delivery voucher and will get delivered in few minutes. I made my purchase on 23-dec-2019.

Till now i haven't received my voucher. There is no reply from customer support email address.

I need my voucher or need a refund to my purchase.

I have not received the gift card and it is pending for delivery for the last 3 months, already sent dozen of emails and registered many complaints still not resolved.
I also raised complaint to paypal website requesting the refund.
These guys are never responding to any emails.
I want it to be solved on high priority.

I have purchased gift vouchers worth 5700rs. On your website. Order ids are 85122 and 85123. They have mentioned instant delivery on email but no delivery was made. They aren't responding to emails. No customer care number is available. This is really disappointing and the amount is very high for someone like me. I want my money back or i'll have to report this to cyber crime and make you pay more.

On october 29 2019 i bought an apple airpods form cout loot order id cl1504963 and order one more item from the same coutloot but after some item i realised they aren’t required any more so i cancelled the both the order but the coutloot is not canceling my order they are forcing me to but one of the product either they will not give the money back my 8500 rs are now stuck in the coutloot

I had purchased vouchers of taj from nafa website and received them by mail. When i tried using the vouchers on 15th sept it showed 2 vouchers of rs 3000 & 2004 as 0 balance. 1 voucher of 3000 was showing as not activated and 1 voucher 0f 3000 had a balance of 2111. I wrote a mail to support. Nafa and attached pics of screen shots of vouchers which clearly showed the balance and status of the cards. They have not even acknowledged the mail. I have not received any reply from them. Request that nobody should ever buy from this fraud website

I have placed the withdrawal request for the gift cards which I have sold and it's been more than a week I have placed the withdrawal request, Their website says money will be transferred to the bank account within 3 working days, but it's been more than a week. Please look into it and transfer the money to my Bank account as earliest as possible.

After i google for transfer amazon wallate money to bank i found nafa.in so i go there and buy a voucher of bigbazar and sell it all process done amount credited in my nafa account but when i transfer that amount in my bank . that gone.and not till now it credited.it's about 6month or more but still i don't get my money.it's small amount 100 for me.but fraud is fraud small or big.

Nafa.in is fraud. They sold my flipkart gift vouchers and no response to chat and they did not pay for my gift cards submitted even after 30 days it showed sold payment processing fraud!
I have attached a photo which shows the vouchers i have submitted now the voucher is sold and there is no money added to my paytm account even after 30 days, no number or chat available fraud my request no. 13300 and listing no. 87648, 87649, 87726 my money is 190rs, 190rs, 95rs plz.. Check and resolved my problem.

I emailed them on [protected]@nafa.in 3-4 times regarding my payout request, they mention over there that within 24 hours they will send payment into my preferred pay out method as Paytm, but still there is no payment received in my paytm account, they never respond on their support email, even i purchased big bazar voucher worth 500 but that is invalid shown by merchant so that is again in loss, so i request you to take it serious complain, may be they are running big fraud company, my payout request numbers are here

This company is complete fraud who does not have any customer care no and also no one responds on email. I listed a voucher of cleartrip of rs. 1520.00 which was sold in just about 2 hrs. And as per my preference amount i requested to transfer in my bank account payment request no is #14585 and has been promised to be remitted in 3 days in my bank account which has never been cleared ever. I have emailed them several times but no one responds on it. This website is complete fraud and cheating the customers.

I had purchased a 2000rs giftcard of big baazar from nafa.in and its not send to me till now
I have send 10 20 mails to them till now they have not even responded to me
This is not fair i had paid the full amount of the fiftcard and the confirmation mail said that the gift card will be delievered in 24 hours
So why so much of a delay, somebody please help me to get in contact with these people, they are not even replying to mails

It's a fraud website owner name anil chowdhury. I have sold my gift card but still i didn't received my money. I have messaged so many times but they're not responding still they running their website like nothing happen. I will lodge a consumer complaint against them.its more than 4 months. No response. Beware of this site. They will first give you the services but after that they will stop doing that.

I sold a makemytrip gift voucher worth rs. 45000 for rs. 34900 for which the payment of rs. 33155 (After deducting 5% of there fees) is pending since 8 days, it was mentioned that i shall receive the payment in 3 working days but still not received, i mailed them several times but there's no reply. My voucher was sold on 27th and 13th of march 2019. Then i requested to payout on same day. I did received the payout request of email saying i will get the payment in next 3 business days. Till today (2 may 2019) more than 30 days passed and no payment sent to me. On 4 april i sent email of their support but no response till now. So i am putting this request here and will take strict legal action on their behaviour. They should stop or close their service. Don't know if they shut their work then they should have to close the site. Buying and selling is still going on there. Their whatsapp no. ([protected]) also closed where we used to ask about issues.

Hi five days back i know about the nafa.in and purchased Flipkart voucher 200 and 300 they delivered so I get confidence and after two day I go for higher amount voucher I purchased flipkart gift voucher 2 items 2000&2000 totally 4000 here they started the game my voucher not delivered so the only option to contact them by email i send lot mail they not even replying please help on this.

I bought 5 flipkart gift card from nafa.in i only received 3 of them but 2 is still pending for delivery one is for 5000₹ and second one is for 2000₹.
Im trying to contact them but they are not resposiding on my emails and even i text them on fb but didnt got any reply.
Now im feeling they are doing fraud with me. I saw alot of complaint about nafa.in after that.

My order no is 72221 i order it on 25/04/19 according to them its suppose to deliver within 24hrs.

I sell the gift card of "myntra" and "dominos's pizza" on nafa. It has been sold out after 24 hours it shown my money. I clicked for transferred my money on the bank has shown the message shown your withdrawal accept received the money is credited between three business day but it is over almost 11 days passed we did not get received my money. It was an amount of rs 428/- and 238/-. The request order no is 88376 and 88670 i requested on 8th april, 2019 but i did not receive money till today 19th april, 2019.
